They were recommended by someone else and I’m glad I found them. They are great people who know what they are doing. They have a great service. Intercrus Decks was hired by me to build my deck last year and I’ve wanted to write a review since then. Definitely one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Hiring contractors always makes me nervous but dealing with them was a breeze. They were great to deal with right from the word go, Raman was very fast in answering any questions I had. Their work is of the highest quality.

Intercrus Decks situated in Bellevue is without doubt the best. Raman as well as Jack were professional, responsive, and generous... however their calendar in 2024 was full of activities, and so was the lot of projects that came up.Our initial idea was to build a multi-tiered composite deck to replace the old and uninteresting rectangular one. We settled for a tri-level composite design... each level having a different enclosure. Glass was the material used for wrapping around BBQ section and house entrance level that day, while cedar privacy wall was installed at those upper levels followed by metals railings at lower stations. Corner steps were used to bridge these levels so that they form a coherence with one another and make transition down to the ground level easy.The design idea we proposed was a special one considering the topography of our piece of land.Raman managed to bring it to life.Carpenter Alex did an excellent job using both cedar and composite materials.When examining the structure, it was evident that careful attention to detail had been taken during construction as every piece fitted accurately.Subcontractor John also installed a chain-link fence around the backyard despite its challenging terrain, such as long retaining walls.Jack handled all the permit challenges with the city, and was informative and knowledgeable while doing so.

Intercrus Decks in Bellevue carried out an excellent piece of work covering our patio, ranging from the design stage up to the installation phase. Ronny and his team were excellent throughout the installation process, right from the beginning to the end which saw them follow up after finalizing all operations with us in order ascertain that; indeed there is no other thing we could have wanted changed at all- whether it did not meet our requirements or there were some mistakes made by them while implementing what we had requested them do. Selecting Intercrus Decks to come up with an outdoor living space at our house has been an amazing decision as we are now able to enjoy outdoor life under any circumstances.

We chose Intercrus Decks over other companies partly because of their good drawing approval process. Unlike a hand-drawn sketch, they made a proper CAD drawing with to the required measurements. If you are struggling to picture/understand how the deck would look in/on your property, then just this one feature is valuable of itself! Joel and his team were professional in all their dealings, thoroughly conversant, quick to respond and ready to adapt as need be. Don't wait!

That is excellent news! My patio cover turned out perfectly well. Jack related to professionalism. Though things did not go as perfectly as planned, yet he remained attentive to every aspect of this work to ensure complete customer satisfaction in the end. All I can say is amazing! We are grateful for the installation of our recently acquired verandah. Alex was an amazing person who treated us with respect all the time during the process.
