The crew did an awesome clean up after they were finished, I couldn't even tell they had been there. They sent me a lot of photos of my new roof as soon as they were done. Elite Gold contractors cleaned my roof and gutters and applied moss control yesterday. Eric showed up early, was incredibly gracious and did an amazing and very thorough job. The roof looks new, he cleaned up all of the debris and washed off the house exterior where needed. Everything was EXACTLY as quoted. They also took lots of pictures to document the condition of the roof and their work which was much appreciated. They were absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with. Our old roof was about 20 years old. Following several years of being pummeled by wind, rain, snow, tree branches and having a couple leaks patched, we decided it was probably time to replace it. That's where Elite Gold Contractors comes in!

I was searching reviews and looking for a fellow local small business so when I found this one, I submit an estimate request. Even though it was evening, I got a response from Paul probably within an hour. From introduction, to inspection, to roof replacement, to final walkthrough, Paul was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with. Most communication was via text message which is preferrable to me.

At the inspection, Paul arrived at the established time, introduced himself and began checking out our roof up close and by real-time drone video. He explained the primary areas of concern and then days later he provided estimates for a smaller temporary fix and for a full roof replacement by email. It seemed like a fair estimate so after checking our finances we decided to go with the full roof replacement.

On roof replacement day, his team arrived at 7:30am as estimated and were all done by 7:30pm same day! We received progress photos and updates by text message throughout the process. Our roof had some damaged plywood panels so we were notified when they found out how many needed to be replaced. Once everything was finished they cleaned up everything, including a little debris that went over our fence. The next day we did a final walkthrough to make sure everything was as we wanted and if we had any questions.

I'm really impressed with their work, professionalism and also their speed! The whole experience was pleasant and next time a tree branch decides to javelin our roof, we'll know who to call/text. Thanks Paul!

Wow!! We couldn't be more impressed!
I shopped around and received multiple estimates for a 25-year warrantied roof. Elite Gold's quote was about $7k less than others and Paul told me he uses a double-sized crew (I had noticed them in the neighborhood completing jobs much quicker than their competitors.)

They dropped a dumpster on the driveway early evening and the next morning, 7 gents got to work. They arrived around 8:30A and finished install and clean-up before 6:00P THE SAME DAY!!! The dumpster disappeared overnight. I never thought it would be possible to get a roof installed IN ONE DAY, FOR LESS MONEY, WITH A PREMIUM PRODUCT (HOA APPROVED!)

Whole process was VERY transparent with great photos/drone shots throughout. Paul and his team were complete professionals!

Updated Review:

I no longer recommend Elite Gold Contractors. We had a leak, and they did replace the dryer flapper vent and fix the damaged drywall. The same leak came back. I then found the dryer vent pipe was disconnected and not long enough to reach the new dryer flapper vent by about 4". I conclude the warm, moist dryer vented into the pipe sleeve, condensed into water, pooled, and caused the leak. I assume the vent location changed slightly with the new roof installation, and the install team didn't realize they'd pulled the pipe apart creating the problem. If so, easy mistake to make, considering the pipe is wrapped in insulation. Unfortunately, when I discussed this with Elite Gold, they were not willing to accept any possible responsibility for this.

Had a good experience with Paul and the team. Paul was honest and helped me understand the quote and why I _didn't_ need work some other vendors suggested. Roof and new gutters came out great. Very fair price. As with all contracting, do your homework and inspect the work. I found a couple minor issues (connecting a vent hose was missed and the soffits were not cleaned as agree upon). Paul's response was immediate: "we'll get it fixed", and they did with zero fussiness. This is the reason to hire them - if something isn't right, they'll make it right. Would absolutely recommend doing business with them.
