Puget Power Washing

Super happy with our experience! We had a large moss-covered concrete patio and driveway that to my knowledge have never been power washed before, along with our steps and sidewalk. It took most of the day, but the end result was transformative and I'm super appreciative that Riley took care of clean up as well, so no mud splatter or leftover moss chunks. After seeing the difference, my wife has suggested that we start getting our outdoor space power washed more regularly. Well worth the money for how much time and effort my job took; I'd absolutely work with Puget Power Washing again.

Pressure washing was good. Customer service sucked the worst I have ever dealt with. Employees was schedule to show up and never came twice. I wouldn't use them again.

they did great today power washing our back and front patio! They were prompt in showing up, friendly and worked non stop until the job was done! We have never had pressure washing done before so in case anybody else hasn’t before either be minded that directly after your wash appointment you need to have about an hour available to wipe down your windows and patio belongings because they will get dirt and water on them from the back splash of the power washer! 10/10 would recommend! ( photos show half of patio power washed and half dirty for reference)

Did a nice job pressure washing and the crew was friendly and respectful. I’d give a 5 but they arrived very late and left a bunch of dirt/mud just outside the entrance.

They did an excellent power washing of all three spaces including the open second story deck, the cement patio below it, AND, the 8" space between them under the upper deck. Within this third space there is a corrugated plexiglass rain shield that prevents water and debris from falling onto the patio. It is especially difficult to access this narrow space for cleaning. And within it there are roughly 15 spaces between the joists that must be flushed, and within each of those spaces there are crossmembers blocking a clear flush. This process took longer than the other two spaces combined. We are extremely satisfied with there work, the pricing, and there friendly can-do attitude.

Paid for gutter and window cleaning. Didn’t not clean all my gutters or windows. Pushed all the material on the ground. Additionally showed up late outside the arrival window by over a hour without any communication.

12/19/2023: Crew came out and addressed areas that were incomplete. Onsite crew was great to deal with and very responsive.

Edwin arrived on time. Did his work in a timely fashion. I imagine his gutter cleaner will prove to be effective.

Update: The rep called me immediately after this review and apologized for not talking with me about what to expect at the time of service. He then walked me through everything he did to clean the roof. They made out right. Great customer service!

Earlier: The representative didn't knock on the door or talk to us before the service. So, I wasn't really sure about what they would do or what they did (after the service).

Great service. Soft roof wash and moss treatment. This was the first time I've used them. What I liked from the beginning was a friendly attitude from the office. Then the estimator came out and had a friendly, approachable and business-like demeanor.

Next, the techs who handled the job came out and were thorough in their work and were able to answer my questions about the process. What was also quite noticeable was their attention to safety on the roof.

The company also keeps you updated on the name of the tech coming, when the tech is on the way and confirms that work has concluded.

Overall a very efficient and easy company to work with at a reasonable price.

Puget Power Washing did fabulous work with cleaning our porch, driveway, patio, and furniture. Within just a few minutes of contacting the company, we had a quote and time scheduled for the services. The services were schedule with just a few days which was a welcomed surprise to waiting weeks for most services. Communication regarding the work was timely, clear, and helpful in knowing timelines for the work being completed. Riley and his team came in and did an awesome job on our roof. I called them and within a couple hours they were at our property to give me an estimate and less than 24 hours from that, they were on our roof cleaning the moss and gutters. I would highly recommend using puget power washing. I will definitely be calling them again.

Hired Puget Power Washing to clean our windows inside and out, mirrors, ect. They basically cleaned all the glass in our home. The experience was first class, communication was amazing & professional, right down to the last interaction (paying our bill). I will hire them again; no doubt about it.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and were good workers. They were accommodating when moving all the items from the deck and wanted to ensure the items were put back exactly where they had been.
They were extremely conscientious about making sure all areas were cleaned up after they had washed everything, including the window after cleaning the peak of the house.

Was agreed upon that my back yard patio, front driveway and sidewalk in front of my house would be cleaned/pressures washed. Sidewalk in front of my house was not pressured washed or cleaned. There is some amount of sand/material from my driveway that is on the sidewalk now and my backyard patio was cleaned but it seems a lot of the sand/dirt was blown onto one corner for some reason.

This was the second time I’ve used your company. The team is always professional and responsive to details.

Now that the lights are finally working they look good. But it was way too much work to get to this point. We had an appointment for Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving. The crew finally showed up at 6pm in the dark. There was an issue in their strings of lights and it brought down all our exterior lights. They came back Friday but didn't fix the issue. After not hearing anything for 5 days I contacted them and a crew came out today, a week after my last contact. This crew was able to resolve their equipment issue and now the holiday lights are working. However, our regular exterior lights still do not work and after much troubleshooting we have an appointment with an electrician. This was a lot of time and expense to get us to this point.

Really nice guys, easy going and happy to top the extra mile to make everything just right. Really appreciate the kindness and quality work.

This was our 3rd year having our lights installed and though the installers were great and their work was good, they were not dispatched out the day we had been scheduled (and stayed home to accommodate). We called 4 times to find out the status of our scheduled service and no one ever called us back. Eventually installers randomly showed up on a completely different day and still no one has called to explain.

They are very professional and easy to work with. Great value and quick installation. Everyone I talked and worked with was very friendly.

I had a really tough time with Riley. The job was not communicated well and they left a pretty large mess that I needed to clean up. The price they charged was more than enough to justify cleaning up the debris the left all over my patio. Wasn't thrilled. When I asked them to return to clean it up, they gave me a bunch of grief about not wanting to come out for "a small inconvenience." I gave up and cleaned it myself. Lesson learned. I would look somewhere else if you want to be sure that they will follow up if they make a mistake. Really frustrating experience.

Hired Puget Power to set up Christmas lights last year and though it seemed pricy we went ahead with it as I'm not climbing my roof anymore and it was a little late in the season to get other bids. Hired them back again this year as we get a bit of a price break for repeat customer, the light install was good although a few were not working. Than they offered me a "deal" to wash and clean my roof and gutters when they came to get the lights. Again seemed a little pricey but roof needed it and so I accepted their bid. Things went bad after. They only did half my roof.. not sure they even put moss kill down that I was charged for, never saw the grey they said I would after treatment. Than I get to looking at what I could see of the roof off my upper deck and saw they never cleaned the back part of the roof or the gutters. Called and they apologized and sent someone out to do the rest of the job. Had not paid for service at this point yet. Meanwhile my gutters is about to fall off because of the load in it. Than a few days later I go look at the front planter area and notice when they removed the Christmas lights off the fence they broke multiple lights off the strand and left them laying in my planter bed along with broken remnants of the plastic pieces all along the top of my fence and in my planter bed along with staples sticking out all over. Like they just came and ripped them off the fence with no regard to what they left. I left voice mail, sent text messages and email with no response because they had already received payment in full so apparently I don't matter now. Would not recommend and I will never hire them again.

Great experience with Puget Power Washing. This is our 4th year using this company for Christmas lights. Our lights are all in uniform. The line is tight and clean presentation. Best in neighborhood.

I had quite bit of debris from the many wind storms this past winter. The crew did a great job not only clearing the roof but getting the debris collected for my yard waste pick up
