Integrity Roofing replaced the roofs of my primary house in 2017, and my rent last month. The work they did is great and the price is great too. I like the shingles they used for both roofs.

I'm very happy with my new roof. The estimate they quoted me with was very fair. They didn't go over budget and worked well with another company that put in the spray foam insulation. They were great at communicating with me and got everything done in a timely manner. I feel like I got a good quality roof that will last a long time.

Integrity shingled my roof in April 2023. I had a raccoon get into the attic above my garage so I thought it could be a roofing problem. Fidel came the day I called and spent an hour fixing the soffit that the raccoon had torn open in order to access my attic. It wasn’t even their responsibility but he fixed it so the raccoon will not come back and he would not even charge me for the service. That is customer service above and beyond. Thank you Integrity Roofing for helping a damsel in distress.

I called Integrity Roofing due to a leak in my roof that nobody else could get to stop. They came out the same day I called and were the first one to tell me that the wrong style of roof was put on. Fidel temporarily sealed it for me and has been working closely with me to come to a more permanent solution.

Normally I don't like to do reviews but I think this company met all my expectations.

From the first moment on the phone he was very kind and attentive to all the questions I asked him, which he answered with knowledge and a very good explanation with experience.
The first visit we went up to the roof and he answered all my questions about the procedure and costs as well as gave options on how it worked when it is a duplex.
The cost was very reasonable and fair.
We asked him to let us know a day before he started work so we could organize myself with the family and he complied.
The work was fast and very organized. Day and a half.
A thorough cleaning since we have children. I didn't find any nails and boy did I hope to find some.

I can't say enough good things about Val and his team. Our skylight started to leaking and they made a special visit the very next day (a Sunday) to look. The work was done by Tuesday evening and Val provided pictures of the progress of the project. They knew exactly what the issue was and went above and beyond to fix it, even going as far as honouring their quote even when they could have charged us more.

They made the whole process so easy and low stress they came out and did the quote gave me a very fair price on installing new shingles in comparison to 4 other companies that came and gave me a quote. We love Integrity Roofing. Winter arrived early and they were unable to do our roof but before we knew it, spring arrived and Integrity called us. With prices on the rise I was worried about the cost but they honoured their quote. The men were very kind and patient with all my questions. I was worried about nails on my lawn, nope not a one. Open and closed valleys look excellent along with the rest of their craftmanship! They take their time to do it right in the first place and do not cut corners like some other companies! Had integrity roofing come replace the roof on my carport last year as not many company's work on flat roofs and they did a amazing job and were very professional the whole time! This year I needed a small repair job done on the main house and they were able to come the same day and stay late to complete the work. Integrity Roofing did our roof in late March. They did a great job! The weather that day started out great but the forecast changed to snow for that night. The crew stayed until the entire roof was done. They also did a great job cleaning up and ensuring all the roofing nails were cleared from our yard which we really appreciated as we have a dog. Our shingles were far past due to be replaced and I noticed Integrity Roofing was doing a job 2 houses over so I approached the job site and talked to the boss and he came over and measured ours out and sent me a written quote with warranty and everything all included , so Professional ! Then we made a plan to do the job and they were here exactly when they said and removed all the old shingles and prepared the roof to install the new ones , complete with all new modern vents and left the job site very clean and tidy and next day arrived right on time and completed the job , they do so many extras like calking the chimney and cleaning the eve’s then swept up and made sure no nails were anywhere. The crew was just fabulous and treated us with so much respect, I sure recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone.

Had a few quotes, ended up going with integrity because they were competitive and gave me the tested and true shingle for the windy south. I felt relaxed throughout the process of changing my roof, they worked hard and could tell that they took pride in the work. I had a tricky roof and some rotten wood that needed to be changed which was kind of stressful waiting for the final bill, but it was the same price as the quote! Val said he always feels bad when something unexpected shows up that is not visible when quoting and hates extra charges, which is why they include half sheet replacement free. Highly recommend this company!

My parents Melissa and Patrick had a great experience going with Lethbridge Integrity Roofing. Val, whom was excellent to deal with came in to fix the minor problems with their chimney leaking. Although, Val could have charged my parents for the labour fees, he waived that fee for them.

I hired Integrity Roofing to replace a metal roof on our garage. They were very professional, prompt at returning phone calls, and tidy. All the old roofing materials were cleared away- we haven't even seen a single stray screw. They identified a lack of insulation in our garage roof, and were able to install additional insulation immediately. Super nice team, definitely recommend.

Not only did Integrity Roofing give us the best price but they did an absolutely wonderful job of removing two layers of shingles, applying Corning Duration shingles, but also removed the existing eavestroughing and downspout and installed new fascia, soffiting and refitted the eavestroughing and downspouts. Beware!! They installed flat roof torch down on my roof and did it wrong then paid some one to patch the job and the roof is leaking. They make all kinds of excuses and will not take ownership, or fix the roof properly!
We are currently staring a lawsuit against them.
