Last year we had our roof replaced by J&M roofing. They helped us through the entire process from the intial quote, discussing all our options and even recommending financing options.
I had a pleasant experience with everyone that I interacted with. The team that came and actually did the roof were quick and polite.

We talked to J&M Roofing at a trade show last year about installing eavestrouphs on our garage. A quote was provided shortly after and we set an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the installer arrived, placed the eavestrouphs, and was done in no time. They look great, thanks for the speedy service.

Great communication and respond on questions. Work was done in a timelly manner, great clean up job. Roof looks great, and no issues (roof was installed in May 2024). I would definitely hired them back when needed.

The roofing crew showed up on time and went to work. I watched this team and everyone knew what to do. They checked the plywood under the shingles before laying the new ones down.

Had J&M do our eavestroughs. They did a fantastic job.I also requested a slight adjustment so I could put a rainbarrel under one. Very good communication.

The workmanship is excellent.
Had shingles, sofits, evstrough and facia done. All looks great. The quoter made a few mistake, witch I was upchargeged for or I would have given a 5 star.

Had them do a quick repair job before selling our home. They scheduled me in asap and did a fantastic job, took care of a few extra little possible problem areas. Matched our older shingles very nicely.

They were able to patch some shingles that blew off in a wind storm. They arrived quickly, before the next storm could cause damage. Will definitely call them again in the future. Thanks!

I received a quote in a short amount of time after contacting them and although the job i had them complete was relatively minor, it was done efficiently and completed to my expectations.

J&M was the only company that offered small fixes to my roof vs full replacement! They were honest and helpful!

My initial enquiry was quickly answered and Joel was very forthcoming in the options available to address my roof problem (small leak/loose shingles). Once we made the decision to repair rather than replace, (for now), the work was scheduled within a week and James the roofer came and provided excellent workmanship and advice. We will need to replace our roof sometime in the next three years and J & M have the job!

Joel talked me through the whole process and helped me choose the best material for our needs. He was wonderful to work with. Once the job got started they were done in no time.
Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because of the few weather delays which is of no fault of theirs but the communication lacked when things got pushed back. Otherwise everything was amazing.

J&M replaced my roof last year. They’re estimate came in much cheaper then all the others even with some additions I had tossed in, and also helps a lot with use of their payment plan for those that need that option. They were very quick and had the job done in a couple days. Highly recommend

I called J&M to sort out a "leaky roof" problem near a peak. They had a fellow out the next day to repair it. The fix worked. The communication was excellent. The price was reasonable. I would recommend these folks to anyone.........

I enjoyed working with J&M Roofing. They completed my roof quickly, on time, and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent and after the job was done they left the yard nice and clean. We found J&M at the Medicine Hat Home Show and had them quote on our garage roof which was in need of replacement. Work done was excellent, fast and complete. Replacement of rotted fascia was required as well as some plywood on the roof itself after finding issues. Would highly recommend and would certainly use them again in the future.

Great communication, they tolerated my many (MANY) questions and were willing to work with me to organize specially requested products. My only issue was a fairly poor clean-up job after the install. Loads of nails were left all over my driveway, walk paths and lawn; a once over with a magnetic sweeper would have done wonders. You'll never get 100% of them, but it didn't look like they even tried. Would still recommend them, though.

Job details and timing were clearly communicated. The job site was cleaned up each day and by the end of the job, barely any old roofing nails were found in the garden beds. It has almost been a year since the roof was installed, and there has been no issues and it looks great.

J & M re-shingled our bungalow in October, 2024. Although it took a few tries to get them over because of their busy schedule, the job was completed before the weather turned cold. The job included new shingles, roof vents, and flashings/caulking around the vents and chimneys. The work was done to a high standard and clean-up was thorough. Overall, we were very satisfied with their workmanship.

The downspouts were in such places that were not doing their jobs at all. I had visited their booth at a Trade Show and decided to give them a call and I am glad I did. They came promptly and everhing is just working fine.

I contacted J&M to replace eavestrough on my house because the seams were leaking. The fella showed up quickly and actually talked me out of a total replacement. He came back and repaired my troughs, they no longer leak!!

They also quoted me for a full roof replacement because I selected the wrong option on their online booking request. I don't need a roof done, but when I do, I will be using these guys. The price was really good!

These guys have fixed the drip edge and dripping eavestrough corners that Allsite Exteriors said they fixed and wouldn't come back to repair after they got paid, even after multiple contacts. What they repaired has stayed repaired like it should, and if it did fail due to something, they came back and repaired it

Also installed a metal roof on my shed to replace and aging asphalt one. Was done over the day so it was completed while I was at work, and added snow breaks and a ridge vent, which makes the shed cooler compared to the old turtle vent..

They warranty their work, and any small problem I have had, they have repaired after a phone call or email
