Integrity Roofing lived up to their name. Ira and the team were very responsive. We asked for different options up front before making a design and they were so willing to work with us. Treated us like we were a big huge client. We felt they really cared regardless of the size of the job. Once we signed the quote they were out the next day and finished the job in 2 days. They cleaned up our property when they were finished and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

From the moment Ira the sales person came to my house and explained what they would be doing I knew they were the company I wanted to do the job. The workmen were on time and worked very hard from 6:30am to 6pm so they could finish the job sooner than expected. They cleaned up my yard and fixed a few things that I had questions about. Mr. Ira Latham from Integrity Roofing Inc was highly professional in his work. He had an opening before my scheduled time so he informed me of that and had pushed my appointment ahead, he had been through with his inspection of the roof and provided me with photos and videos of it for my better understanding of the situation.

I’ve been a satisfied Integrity Roofing customer for many years, inclusive of the previous and now current owner, Steve Payne. His conscientious employees do excellent work at a fair price. Our most recent interaction was our annual roof inspection (covered by their excellent warranty), conducted by a relatively new employee, Ira Latham. He was professional and personable. I remain impressed with this excellent, reliable company.

BEWARE, we had this company do a re-roof on our house. What was to be a 3 day job, turned out to take 4 weeks. Some days they would show up and some not. A mistake by one of their workers caused a leak on our patio, which would take 5 different people to fix. The biggest problem we had with this company was they tried to bill us repeated times for products that were NEVER installed to the tune of over $3000.00. Buyer BEWARE

Had a great experience with Integrity Roofing. Came out the next day to give a quote on replacing the entire roof. Integrity worked hard to find a tile that matched the existing 20 year old tile. Job was completed on time and returned within 2 days to fix a couple areas we had identified. The ground around the house was cleaned every day for debris and nails. Would recommend Integrity highly!

Originally had them come out to give me a third opinion on my leaking roofing. Originally still had someone lined up to do the job but was going to use them anyway to certify the repair. The person bailed on me who originally was going to do it. Called Travis to let him know that I wouldn’t need the inspection because the guy bailed. Travis called his boss they agreed to come out that moment to do the same job. It was 3:40 pm mind you. They came out ( Travis and the owner of the company) and knocked out the repair and didn’t not leave till it was all buttoned up with zero leaks. Which they invited me to come into the attic to verify myself also. They saved me big time. I needed that repair and documentation done for my home that was already in the process of selling it.
They went beyond the extra mile to help me out.
Couldn’t recommend them enough. If you call for a quote. Ask specifically for Travis!!!!!!! I’m sure they’re all great. But Travis was specifically the one who helped me out! So ask for him!!!!!!

Zac did a phenomenal job for me by going out super last minute to a home my clients were trying to purchase to perform a last minute roof inspection. His speed of response and service is incredibly refreshing in this industry as not many others are. Will definitely be using him for all of my roofing needs in the future.

We had a leaky rook and worn down patio. We contacted Integrity Roofing for a quote, and not only was their quote fair but their follow-up and communication was prompt and thorough.

The before and after pictures gave me peace of mind to the work being done, and they crew completed the work on time.

Eventually, our older home will need a new roof, and Integrity Roofing will be my first, and likely only, call.

Excellent customer service. Take it from someone that has done many construction projects, these guys are the best.... Job done in a profession manner with attention to details and in a timely manner and great price.

Zac was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly, honest, and thorough. We had a relatively small repair job and it was taken care of professionally in a reasonable amount of time.

Zac and his crew really took care of us. We bought an older fixer upper that was in need of a new roof. The roof that they replaced was in disrepair even though the home inspection stated it was adequate. We got a real professional opinion from Integrity Roofing and were able to negotiate with the sellers to get it replaced. Upon tearing it apart the team discovered massive wood rot that was uncovered during the roof replacement, also the previous roof was installed improperly which would have made more damage during monsoon season. Had we listened to the home inspector we would have ended up with a money pit. Our new neighbors have complimented the job and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Zac and his team were always on time and communicated at every step of the way from picking the color to the very end during their clean up. Contractors that came after the roof was replaced even complemented his work. He wasn't the cheapest but in this case you certainly get what you pay for. I highly recommend any day.

Integrity was wonderful and the price was really great. They were very professional and did a terrific job. We had quite a few broken tiles that had to be replaced but you can't even tell because they did such a great job blending them in with the other tiles. They also related our walk deck of our master bedroom and did a great job there. After it was done, I find a few bubbles up against the wall where the door opens. They were out the next day to make sure everything was perfect.

Excellent roofing company. Had them come out to make some repairs that came up in a home inspection report. Zac Payne was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure it was all done right. Would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Integrity’s crew...they made the job look easy because they were extremely organized. The lead (unfortunately, I can not remember his name) went about the job as if he was working on his own home...he ,obviously, took a lot of pride in his work and every day it showed. The crew was not only hard working, they conducted themselves very professional.

We have a flat roof that Integrity just re-coated for us. Their people arrived exactly on time which hardly ever happens with tradespeople. They were very polite, thorough, hard-working and clean, leaving no mess at all. The owner even came around to inspect the job after it was finished to make sure it was done properly. Integrity is a perfect name for this company.

We’re very pleased with the work performed by Integrity Roofing. They are very professional and thorough in the way in which they do their work. Their customer service is outstanding. They are honest, clean, and neat. No debris of any kind was left behind. We have a flat foam roof that needed substantial repair work. They assessed the situation, provided us with a reasonable estimate, and performed the work in a very timely manner.

They certainly stand by their work and are willing to come back to inspect their work months after it has been completed. Prior to committing to having them do the work we asked them to provide us with references. We called them and everyone on that list had the same positive experience.

They offer a very comprehensive 5 year warranty. Their communication is outstanding and their workers are excellent. We greatly recommend them. And we have mentioned to them that they will be contacted, and paid by us, to have one of their workers present whenever we have any type of work performed on our satellite dishes or air conditioners in order to make sure that the roof is not damaged by any repair technician.
