I contacted this company to come out and give me an estimate on repairing my roof damaged in our last wind storm. They told me they would be out on Monday to inspect the roof. I was home most of the day but never saw anyone. I called on Tuesday to see if they had been out - had to leave a voice mail. Never got a call back. Called again on Wednesday and again left a voicemail. Still no call back by Thursday. I called this company first because of the number of good ratings on google. Clearly, something doesn't jive. I suspect the ratings are not actual customers because this company lacks professionalism and apparently can't even be bothered to return a call!

Like all the other reviews I couldn’t be happier with the new roof and the great crew at Inegrity. Ben installed some solar power exhaust attic fans and they look really cool with our roof lines.

Ben and his crew did a great job with a very complicated roof. Lots of different angles, peaks, and valleys. Highly recommend. Got some cool drone photos too.

Ben and his crew are amazing! They just finished my house and I'm convinced that this crew is the best in Yakima! Our Cedar Shake roof was in need of replacement. I called all over town and got quotes from 5 different roofing contractors. Ben with Integrity came out, checked out our roof, and gave us a quote for a 30 year Pabco Premier Roof. He also spent a few minutes reviewing color options and gave me a time frame of when it could be completed. Ben told me that a 40 and 50 year roof weren't worth it in my case due to the pitch. I appreciate straight-shooters, especially when it comes to contractors. Ben's quote was in line with the low estimates and we decided to use him based on their quality of work with many of the local houses that he referenced me to.

Day 1: Ben's crew arrived on site and knocked out the entire demo! We have a lot of square footage on our roof. I figured out would take closer to two days. Keith was the foreman on my job. He was fantastic (except he's a Raiders fan!). He kept me updated on the status whenever I was interested. The crew did a great job of cleanliness also. They put tarps down and kept everything clean throughout the entire process.

Day 2: The crew arrived and big a big portion of the roof. It was brutally hot out, so Ben told me he wasn't going to make his guys work through the heat of the day (I was glad to hear it!). They did a ton of work and finished about 75% of it.

Day 3: The crew showed up and finished up the rest of my roof before noon. I also paid them a little bit extra to install a solar vent on my roof. They showed me pictures of the entire installation process to show me what exactly they did. It looks great and was installed just like it needed to be.

Overall, our roof looks fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Aside from the new roof, you'd never even know they were here! I've got a background in Construction and I'll tell you this - Ben and his crews knows their stuff. Integrity Construction does high quality work at a reasonable price. There's nothing else you can want from your contractor! I will recommend these guys to everyone that I know. If you need a new roof, make sure to give these guys a call! You won't regret it!
