We have used Integrity multiple times including a complete main floor remodel on our 1950's home. From the start of the project through completion, they were wonderful to work with. They helped us plan the design and were patient through our indecisions and changes. They were able to perfectly match our original hardwood floors in places where there had only been tile and their overall craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. I recently needed advice for a new problem and their lead project manager, Bart Schorzman, showed up the very next morning with Dan Hunter of Hunter Construction and Mike Zuyev of Pure Rebuilders to look at a new problem, advise a solution and remedy the problem while they were here. Everyone working on our remodel was competent, thorough, professional, and always left everything tidy. The final product is fabulous and I couldn't be happier.

We had a major exterior project at our house. We added an awning over the front door and a 60-foot walkway to the front of the house. Integrity Remodeling did all the work.

Their people and the subs they lined up had great skills and were great to work with. Every person on the job was professional, courteous, and punctual. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to explain their methods and aims. I had some basic ideas for the project, and they had a lot of experience and ideas for how to do what I wanted.

The work was in the fall and we were up against seasonal weather, but Integrity was able to organize everything with the subs--electrical, concrete, construction, metal roofing--and get the job finished before winter. They communicated well together to see that everything happened in good order.

I had another contractor already working on an adjacent project, tearing out concrete steps and a wall alongside the driveway and replacing it with a mortarless basalt rock wall. When the Integrity people came they worked well with him and his people.

The neighbors and other guests here have been very complimentary of their work.

In Michigan my wife and I did a major kitchen remodel and we thought we couldn't do better. We feel we have found a local contractor every bit as talented and a pleasure to work with.

Professional people doing high quality work. The kind of people you are happy to have around while the project is being done. We’ve used them for 4 projects over the past 20 yrs and have always been very happy with them and their work.

Very professional business practices. Excellent communication, detailed planning to avoid surprises, and good subs. The quality of the work met our expectations, the project came-in on schedule, and the craftsmanship was excellent. This was a relatively complicated kitchen and family room remodel that included redesign of bearing walls (they provided an engineer), installation of new windows, new kitchen cabinets and quartz counter tops, raising and installing hardwood floors.

Integrity Remodeling is my go-to home remodeling firm for any project large or small. Their attention to detail, highly skilled employees and careful oversight leaves every project a masterpiece. I have completed four jobs with Integrity since 2013 ranging in price from $30,000 to $380,000. Their continued smart company growth coupled with careful project load results in completing jobs on budget and on time. Not only is the job site safe and neat at all times but when the project is complete it is clean and move-in ready.

Over the years I have developed respect for the owner and employees. They are not the cheapest shop around, but I can assure you, they are the best value. You will be happy with the finished product.

Well, the owner nailed the business name. Whereas a lot of contractors will give lip service as to dependability the owner and employees of integrity remodeling stay true to their name. They did a very substantial remodel to our home, and while any construction or remodeling project is not a joyride, they made it so easy for us. Many suggestions on how to improve and/or save money but what was most impressive is that they showed up every day, did their work with quality, and cleaned up each evening.
The best part… Each day when we come home we are greeted with a beautifully remodeled home that is not just beautiful but very functional.
They did such a good job on our home that I asked them to bid on my business remodel. Commercial work is something they normally don’t do but the end result was just as good of an experience as what we experienced in our home.
Are they the least price contractor out there? No. But, they are competitive. If you are looking for excellent workmanship you’d be smart to talk to the folks at integrity. There is a reason they are very busy and I suggest you’d be lucky to be selected as one of their clients.

Added 3rd bay garage to my existing house. When I hired Todd, the most important factor to me was that the addition looked original to my home. Not only did he achieve that but ended up at budget which was remarkable in 2021 and lumber prices constantly changing!! In 2022, I hired Integrity and Todd again to replace all the windows in my home. Once again, stayed in original bid and completed it in the time frame agreed upon again! Highly recommend this company and all the crew!!

Integrity Remodeling remodeled my kitchen and main floor living areas and installed a new gas fireplace. They did a beautiful job on all aspects of the work. It turned out better than I could imagine. Everyone was great to work with: reliable, hard working and truly nice people. I hired Integrity Remodeling to do a major expansion of the house. Todd, the owner, takes a personal interest in the job & his clients. He was recommended by the architect & selecting Todd was the best decision I made. He is smart & resourceful.
