I generally look to reviews to become familiar with services and providers for common remarks or any repeated complaints. I found no negative reviews for Integrity Gutters; all are positive! After since hiring Integrity, I have a personal understanding why all the reviews are positive. I called one morning and spoke to Jeremy about my gutter problems. He stopped on his way home that same evening. My first impression was that he showed attention and listened to what I was describing and noticing with the existing gutters on my house. Then he examined and then provided his recommendations and feedback. He provided 2 options & costs, gave me a date he could start, as well as a time to expect job completion all at this initial meeting. On the day he started, it was brutally hot.
He and his assistant started around midday, removing old gutters, installing new gutters and by 6ish, the job was finished and clean up nicely done, too. The house looks so much better with the new 6” gutters and I am very pleased with the outcome. It was something I had dreaded but I do believe the good outcome and success has everything to do with this guy’s ‘Integrity.’

Timely, friendly and communicative customer service and fair pricing! We had a small but significant issue with our gutter in the house we moved into. Jeremy was able to get there and quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He took a look at the rest of the gutters and found another small issue and made a preventative fix, all for a very fair price. He was honest and easy to deal with.
