Spandico did a wonderful job. Not only did they give us a free estimate that our original company would not, they were able to basically re-create the size and color of our leaf filter gutters at a fraction of the cost the original company quoted. Because of the location of the fairly minor tree damage, they were able to keep the gutter filters from the original gutters and use them on the new section. We were pleased with the service, timing, product, and installation quality. I will happy use them in the future when needed and have no qualms recommending them to anyone needing gutter work.

As an engineer, I am the kind of person who tries to fix things on his own, but a roof on my home is beyond what I want to tackle. That said, the Spandico representative went over all my questions in great detail. In fact, one question led to another and to another. The knowledge demonstrated was phenomenal. Aspects of my roof were pointed out that I didn't even consider! It gave me peace of mind that the job would be done correctly. It definitely was!

Carpenters came out ahead of the roofing team and fixed items ahead of time. Then in two days the team tore off the old roof, only replace necessary plywood, and installed spectacularly looking new roof over our heads. EVERYTHING was cleaned up. In fact, their representative swept the entire area with a magnet to look for any loose nails. The final day, a gutter specialist came out and finished connecting the upper level gutters to the lower level gutters.

Overall, I cannot praise Spandico enough. We have found them to be extremely transparent, knowledgeable, and price competitive.

I discovered a leak in my roof during some heavy rains. I had three people out to quote me on the repairs and assess whether I needed a new roof. Suffice it to say, two of the three wanted to just milk my insurance. Spandico was the only one who was interested first in trying to repair my roof. In then end, we found a few more leaks which made me nervous that there were more I couldn't see, so I went with a full replacement through Spandico. Their price was reasonable and they weren't out to take advantage of my insurance for their benefit. The install team and crew worked their butts off and I commend them on a great job and cleanup. I'd highly recommend Spandico to anyone looking for roof work.

Finding a quality company you can trust to replace the roof on your home can be a laborious process. After doing a couple days research narrowing down the list to four contractors, and meeting with all four in person and reviewing their quotes/estimates, We chose Spandico and after the install we couldn't be more certain that we made the right choice.

The Pros:
The estimate was clearly drawn out, explained and concise with the detail I was looking for.

The communication with the Nabil (Owner, Man in the Field) and Nancy (Office Coordinator) was fantastic. Emails, phone calls and text messages were responded to same day, and typically in about an hour or less. To be able to ask questions throughout the entire process (from estimate to completion) and know you're going to get a knowledgeable and timely response is great.

The quality of work and attention to detail are unparalleled. This wasn't a halfway done, create a giant mess then throw on some shingles and leave job. There was a level of intentionality in every step that the crew performed and nothing seemed rushed, but effectively thought out to give the best result both functionally and aesthetically.

Fairness: From the initial quote to the final invoice, the difference was less than 1%. Five feet of boad had to be replaced, and it was clearly shown as to why and the pricing was the same price if I bought it from a big-box hardware store myself.

Cons:
The Only con I could mention was their pricing wasn't the highest or second highest of the estimates I received, but they weren't the lowest either. I suppose this is a double edged sword though as in this type of work you definitely get what you pay for, and I suppose paying a slightly higher amount potentially is the difference between some of the fly-by-night contractors and the quality work we had done.

At the end of the day, I'd 100% go with Spandico again, and if I'm in this same house 30 years from now and they are still around (Odd's are they will be since they've been doing this in town since the early 70's), I'll be having them take care of us again.

Contacted SPANDICO for a problem with a leaking corener gutter and missing flashing on my home. Rich came out soon after calling and accurately determined the gutter corner mitre needed to be replaced. Service was professionally completed at a fair price for the work within two weeks time. Also cleaned the gutters, re-sealed the endcap of another gutter and replaced a missing flashing at the base of the stucco on my home. I highly recommend them if you need this kind of service for you home.

Last week I had my roof replaced and can say that I’m completely satisfied with the quality of labor and workmanship, the product, overall installation and responsiveness of the Spandico team.
From the first call, over the visit for the cost estimate, the actual work and follow-up after completion, Spansico has provided First Class service.
The work crew was very efficient, quick and safe, and the cleanup afterwards was outstanding. Any debris, nails and such were picked up, all flowerbeds survived without any issues.
Inadvertently, a small section of a gutter was damaged by a slipping ladder; after inspection by the crew lead it was promptly acknowledged and the section was replaced promptly the following day.
The total cost was in line with current market rates, a detailed cost estimate explained the various items.
Rich, Nancy, Nabil and the entire Spandico team were always available to address any concerns and questions.

I also needed tuck pointing done on one of the chimneys, which was completed prior to the roof replacement. That work was performed just as well as the roofing.

Had 2 leaking chimneys on a 120 year old house. Flashing was poorly done by a different roofer several years ago. Rich hoped we could fix the existing flashing, and it was definitely better after heavy rain, but still leaking a bit. We decided to replace it all entirely. Two guys were here for an entire day. They were very meticulous and it seems to have corrected the issues. Rich has been very responsive throughout the process, and Spandico is now our go-to roofer.

I had an attic vent and adjacent shingles damaged by a Racoon. I submitted an inquiry online and heard from Spandico promptly. They showed up quickly to inspect the damage and came out the following day to complete the repair. I will be using them for any future needs.

The 2 guys from Spandico did a great job. They repaired rotted wood on the roof of my screened in porch, replaced rotted fascia, primed the wood, and sealed up the roof so we could enjoy this space for many years to come. I heard about Spandico from others on a local Facebook group. I had Rich out last year for an estimate but had other expenses that took priority. They came back for a re-evaluation this year, had the work done within days, and with only a little increase in price. Work looks good with closest matching shingles... you can hardly tell.

We recently had our house painted and the front gutters were stained and dirty. The house is 42 years old and we figured new gutters were in order. Rich came out to quote and advised that gutters were good and that a good cleaning and some screens would be all we would need. They fit us into their schedule and did an excellent. They look new. They did an excellent installation and clean up. They saved us money by being honest and we could not be more pleased.

Nabil came out to make a quote within hours. Flashing repairs were squeezed in before the heavy rains came for the weekend saving us further leaks and damage. Nancy was instrumental in making the process move quickly.

Spandico tore off and replaced a flat roof in addition to all the gutters, downspouts and gutter guards on my house. The crew was great: professional, great attention to detail and very friendly. They even went beyond the scope of work with several aspects of the job.
Great communication with crew and Rich. Rich's quote was detailed and pretty much inline with other companies. Rich was also very accommodating. I requested that I be allowed to purchase replacement facia board (this is a line-item price in all roofing bids) so that I could prime and paint both sides prior to install. When the gutters came down and more rot was discovered than I had replacement board for, the crew shifted their work to other parts of the job to allow me time to purchase and paint more board, all with a "no worries" attitude. Spandico says on their web site that referrals are a main source of their business. In talking with two neighbors I learned that each had Spandico replace theirs roof and they were very happy with their work. That sealed the deal for me and I have no regrets, they were terrific!

Detailed, highly professional quote with top-notch materials and level of detail. Crew was fantastic and efficient and completed a multi-layer tear off with new roof replacement in a day and a half. Site was left clean and owner followed up with work. Unfortunately, a tire got bit with a roofing nail but, once informed, the owner personally came to the tire store and took care of the bill. Highly recommended local business.

I just had a complete tear off, and reroof done with Spandico, on June 21 and 22. It was over 100 degrees the first day, and pretty close the second day. The crew did an excellent job, and left my yard and driveway cleaner than it was before. They also installed new gutters with oversized downspouts, and that came out just as nice. Spandico has previously completed my Mother's home, as well as my two next door neighbors. They always do an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them

I had a small leak in my roof. I was worried it was going to be a major job to repair. I was told it was just some caulking, it was fixed right away, and it was super affordable!

We've had Spandico (specifically Rich) out to our house twice now to inspect potential issues with our roof. Neither time did they make any money, but both times Rich was professional, clearly knowledgeable and super helpful. And the response time from our call to having someone come out was less than a full day. This is clearly a top notch company. We'll likely be replacing our roof within the year. Rich was fast to get us a reasonable quote, and provided photos of the roof/soffit damage. His team was able to fix the roof and the animal damaged soffit. Fast response time and prompt service! I called for repairs to our soffit and asked them to also look at our roof to see if it needed any additional repairs. They came the next day to look at the needed repair and inspect our roof. They found a couple of spots that needed small repairs and provided me with the pictures of these areas. Once I approved the estimate (a quick online process), they completed the repair in less than a week. We have used Spandico for other repair work on our roof and are happy with their response time, communication, and the quality of their work.

Our older roof needed multiple repair fixes- replacing cracked shingles, a missing shingle, fixing nail pops, replacing a soil pipe flashing with a new tin boot and then sealing the large vent about the soil pipe with plastic cement. Oh, and we needed a downspout pipe band attached to secure a downspout to the house. The workman was friendly, listened and responded to all of my concerns and his work looked perfectly done.
I've very happy with it and will call Spandico when we need an estimate on a new roof in the future!
