Wow!! Integrity Exteriors and Remodelers were prompt. The adjuster’s communication with our insurance company was professional. The roofing team installed a high quality shingle. They cleaned up after the job was done too. My yard is cleaner now than before the installation! My neighbor, who was a roofer, said the roofing team did a high quality installation job! Do not use this company!.. I've been waiting since September for my siding to get replaced, when I even told them I did not want to replace siding only roofing, they went and contacted my insurance to process a claim for my siding. They promised it would be done by end of December then promised end of January.. it is now almost April and my siding is still not done and contacted the number listed and office person was unable to answer any questions and said they still had to run a claim again with insurance and then redirected me to someone else... communication is poor and company is very unprofessional!! It is now middle of June and the contractor will not response to me with updates. All a person needs is some communication!!!!!! Keep me up to date like I asked since you are providing a service. I don't think respect is much to ask for!!
