We used Integrity Contracting Services to update our very worn wooden deck. Our desire was to use Trex materials to minimize our maintenance efforts in the future and to keep our deck footprint as close to what it was originally. Mark and Chad worked with us to problem solve a number of situations and the end result is simply beautiful. Their work and customer service are terrific and Integrity’s Trex installer is a true artisan and craftsman. We are very happy and will consider them for future projects.

Excellent experience from discussing initial concept and quoting our screened porch refresh, to project updates and open feedback loop throughout - as well as a team of experienced professionals who took pride in their work and were very respectful of our space while working and at the end of every day. I spent months researching and interviewing contractors for our project (garage conversion) because it was very important for me to find one that I trusted as well as finding one that could see my vision for what I wanted. The quote was extremely detailed and the communication with Mark is what sold me that Integrity Contracting was a great fit. The process was extremely smooth. Construction began as expected. We work from home and so we were in the thick of it daily. Chad & sub contractors were all respectful in our space. And the end product is exactly what we wanted and on budget. We have been in our new space for a couple weeks now and we couldn’t be happier.

The team at Integrity are fantastic! We hired them for an extensive master bathroom & closet remodel and they knocked it out of the park. We interviewed quite a few companies but Mark & Chad stood out from day one, from the time Mark came with our plans already printed and he had many thoughtful questions to inform the quote he'd built.

Their estimate was very detailed, fair, and head and shoulders above the other quotes we had. Their team of trade workers was fantastic, especially their tile guy - he was a master at his job.

Throughout the project the team was fantastic and prompt communicators. They were very thoughtful about scheduling and how/when workers would come which was helpful with our young family at home. Our project was completed in just over 3 months, close to their original estimate (and it overlapped with holidays).

We are thrilled with the final output from the project and very glad we selected Integrity for this project. It's pretty bold to put the adjective "integrity" in your company name, but Mark and Chad truly back it up. Definitely would recommend them for your next bath remodel project.

We had a great experience with Integrity to replace a swing door with a pocket door in our primary bathroom. Quality workmanship and outstanding communication from Mark. We always knew when workers were coming to our home and they show up when they say they will!! They take pride in their work so they are very detail oriented, which I appreciated. Reasonably priced for high quality work too. We look forward to working with them again on future projects!

They were very professional and patient with my numerous questions. The bid was very detailed making it easy to see what was entailed in the removal and reconstruction of the deck. The contractor who did the work was meticulous with how he did everything. The deck looks so very much better with Trex rather than wood it is truly amazing. The best part is no more having to have someone come out and repair and stain it frequently.

Deck initially done by a non Trex pro. Work was of poor quality. Contacted Mark with Integrity Contracting, a Trex Pro, to inspect the work. He confirmed the improper install in several areas. Decided to start over using Mark. I now have the deck I wanted. Beautifully finished – highest quality work. Process went smoothly. Mark stayed in touch about everything along the way.

I contacted this company to come out and provide us a quote on work we needed done to our house. We explained how the last contractor we had ghosted us after not fully completing a job he had been paid for and that we really needed to get the work done asap. We had the money and are ready to move forward. 13 days after coming out and speaking with us, taking measurements, writing down everything we wanted, we still did not have a quote. I reached out to the owner, which is who came to our house, and he told me he was going to clear his schedule to work on computer stuff and would have our quote to us by the end of the next week. It is now two weeks after that date and I have reached out twice asking about our quote and I receive an email today letting me know that they will not be able to provide us a quote or perform the work for us because in those 28 days of us waiting on them they revived approval for more projects than what they can handle and we will need to find a new contractor. And he tells me this on a Friday no less. Needless to say this is very bad business on their part. I would definitely think twice before calling them to perform any work you need done.

Mark and Chad were very professional and kept us informed on the project throughout. We changed our mind a few times but they were so nice and handled everything just as we wanted. It’s just a beautiful job that we will enjoy it for years to come. We would recommend Mark/Chad and Integrity Construction whole heartedly.

Integrity Contracting performed just as professional as they get. In this day and time when workers are so busy, these professionals never made any lame excuses but made every possible effort to attend to completing what they committed to do and do it as if my project was the only one. I have a good idea what it takes to build things and I was pleased all the work was done without cutting corners and always insuring that I was pleased before they left. Mark and Chad are exceptional people and as honest and fair as they come. Their team of tradesmen were all very professional and courteous, which is paramount when folks are working in your house. We also felt the cost of our project, which was a complete master bath revamp, was reasonable and definitely exceptional value for what we paid!

They were very efficient and this large job of removing a closet and shower, adding walls, repairing rotted flooring and doing plumbing. Just an all over remodel. They had the groups coming in as were needed and this job was finished in such a short time. Showed us everything as they were starting a different part of the job. Plus everything was itemized on the statement. Would definitely call them for any remodel.

Chad and Mark are a pleasure to work with. They truly care about their clients and subcontractors. The name "Integrity" is a great choice, as it truly illustrates the way they conduct their business.

We have worked with Integrity Contracting on two projects in our home. We hired them to completely remodel and update our master bath. We worked with our designer to develop the plan (cabinets, tile, shower, floor, fixtures, etc.) and then Integrity drew it up. They listen well and are easy to work with. They were prompt, neat, and professional in every aspect of the project. They communicate well and we always knew the plan for each day. Demolition, including the big old Jacuzzi and the old shower, sinks, and cabinets was smooth and they took good care of the rest of the house. They cleaned up their work each day. It came together beautifully, on time and on budget.(Their tile guy is wonderful!) The second project was outside. They hand built and erected a beautiful arbor over the 3 door garage doors. They use a great carpenter, too. We routinely get compliments on it. Lovely work all around.

Another fantastic job by Integrity! One of my clients upon having their home inspected, found that the primary bedroom shower had been leaking which caused extensive water damage to the floor under the shower pan and even the floor joists. Well, it was a tile shower which required removing the tile, shower, pan, garden tub and even sheetrock to make the repairs needed. Quite an extensive renovation was required. Integrity was very careful with protecting the flooring and furniture in the bedroom and soothing the clients' anxiety over the situation. They did a beautiful job with everything replaced and good as new! Thank you Mark and Chad and crew for a great quality renovation and for taking care of our clients so well!

In 2018 we used Integrity Contracting for our kitchen upgrade project, and we were very pleased with their work. Mark & Chad worked closely with us on the initial improvement design and objectives. Then, as the project got underway, one or both of them was often on-site for part of each day their sub-contractors were actually executing the changes. One of the things we like most about working with Integrity was that we could call them at any time with any question and they responded in a timely fashion. They were also very accommodating as the project progressed and we wanted to add certain features or tweak others. They always met with us in person and were quick to point out pros and cons of our requests, offered the price quotes quickly, and helped steer us toward decision options to consider that we might not have considered without their input. Integrity worked with several extremely competent sub-contractors; all of whom were courteous and punctual, in addition to being good at their area of expertise. We are VERY pleased with the final outcome of our project, and we've had no difficulty recommending Integrity Contracting to our friends and neighbors already. They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient professionals with whom it's been our pleasure to work on our kitchen. Should we have any future home improvement projects to consider, we will not hesitate to call upon Integrity Contracting again.

We did a major remodel! They listened to what we wanted, and were respectful of us and our belongings. They were good at relaying schedule changes...that’s tough in construction! Their billing invoices were on a spreadsheet, and you could see each line item charge. There were no surprises. They did a good job at clean up too! We’d use them again!

EDIT: Due to my prior experience, I used Integrity Contracting again when my basement flooded and had another excellent experience. Mark, Chad and the team worked with me every step of the way and I couldn't be happier. They helped me identify areas where I could save money by doing some of the work myself (moving furniture, painting etc) which I really appreciated. I also overpaid on the final invoice and I was contacted immediately and issued a refund for the difference.

We recently had a large job completed by Mark and Chad. There were small and large projects in every room of the house. They completely gutted and remodeled two bathrooms, and they look marvelous! I recently had a major addition added to the back of my house which overlooks Old Hickory Lake. The house is on a steep incline requiring special handling of materials. I had several quotes for the project that were unreasonably high mainly due to the lay of the land. I was able to get a reasonable quote from Integrity Contracting. I was able to make small reductions to dimensions and finishes with the help of Mark and Chad to drastically reduce my overall project costs. They also allowed me to do part of the work in conjunction with their contractors to further reduce my costs. In the end the project actually came in under their initial estimate. Mark was able to readily keep up with all change orders and modifications in his very detailed cost spreadsheet as we went along. I was always aware of how my costs were changing as I made modifications to materials and finishes. Chad made sure all materials and labor were scheduled so there were no breaks in the construction process. Mark and Chad were a joy to work with and provided me a beautiful addition to my home.

Selling a house can be very stressful, but this task was so much easier when we contacted Integrity Contracting Services. Several jobs that we anticipated were completed by Integrity with complete satisfaction and fair, upfront pricing. They were prompt in returning calls, setting up appointments and keeping us informed. Then some emergency tasks surfaced, alarming to us but not Integrity.
