This company was great from the very beginning until the end. Good communication and attention to details. Nothing was overlooked and work was superior. I would highly recommend!!

My experience was underwhelming, would not recommend. From wrong measurements, (seems pretty basic) ordering wrong doors (2) to reorders, did not replace with like kind, (not happy with an unapproved work around), waiting, poor quality materials that were recommended and used, created a new problem that was never resolved. Project was 2 sliding glass doors, 4 main entrance doors. One positive -had a sub-contractor tile installer that did a very nice job on the floor tile.

We had Integrity Construction add a finished ceiling to our three season porch and add skirting around the outside of the porch. We were happy with all staff from the Project Superintendent to the Manager, Design Consultant, carpenters, electrician, and plumber. We appreciated their flexibility and patience in dealing with an array of decisions that needed to be made such as choosing the correct materials for the ceiling and experimenting with various stains. We were happy with all the outcomes.

The Integrity Construction team exceeded our expectations. We were looking to add an exterior basement entrance in place of an existing window. They discussed with us several options and presented a proposal clearly outlining all the steps. Everyone on their team was very professional, honest, and very good about communicating what to expect next throughout the project. We recently investigated adding a master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room onto our farmhouse that was built in 1897. We requested estimates from several builders and selected Integrity for several reasons.

First and foremost was honesty about what to expect before, during and after the project. Nothing hidden - we knew what to expect throughout the project.

Second, was an amazing design that blended the rooflines of the addition with those of the existing home. The design focused on simple elegance that fit the theme of our farmhouse. The design team listened to our vision and incorporated each essential point - they made our dream space become a reality. We also appreciated the use of local contractors that we will use in the future.

Third, was a casual (but professional) working relationship with us and the many contractors that were involved with the project. Taylor, Justin and Joani worked well together as a team and continually involved us on day-to-day decisions.

And finally, "integrity" of how they handled a small issue that came up with one of the contractors. The issue was handled professionally with a positive outcome.

In summary, we had an overall great experience with Integrity Construction. We highly recommend the company.

We chose Integrity Construction when we decided to build our dream home near Woodward. They came out and trounced through Derecho ridden woods to help figure out placement of our future home, when it came to design, Matt listened to what we wanted in our home, looked at the example floor plans that we liked, but also listened to what wasn't right about those floor plans. The first design he presented us with needed very little tweaking to make it just right for us. The process was a painless as building a new home can be. Throughout the process they kept us in the loop of what was going on, and were very responsive in getting back to us when we had questions or concerns. The employees and the company live up to their name of Integrity Construction.

Integrity Construction was helpful and guided me through all of the steps in new home construction, and explained the answers in detail... answering all of my questions about new home construction in Ames vs buying a home and doing a remodeling renovation. They were kind and courteous, and had a lot of really great examples of what is possible... that was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful experience building our new home with Integrity! They were excellent in planning and layout, great listeners, flexible and knowledgeable. Their crews were well qualified and it showed in the quality of the build and construction. They could easily visualize our design ideas and when there was a problem, it was solved promptly. My wife and I built our home with Integrity 2021-2022. We met with Brad and his team during an initial meeting and had a very good interaction, feeling that we would work well together. Matt really helped carry out our design ideas so that our future home was what we had hoped for. Throughout the build process, Meg, Greg, and Scott were wonderful references with impeccable attention to detail. Most importantly to us was responsiveness, as we had a LOT of questions. They were quick to reply and get answers for us. As with anything post-pandemic, there were delays, most of which were unrelated to Integrity and their subcontractors but more to supply chain issues. Following completion, they have continued to be extremely attentive to any issues that have cropped up, as have their subs. I cannot say enough about Brad and his team. Greg came onboard with Integrity during our build, hit the ground running, and I would say is a perfect fit for the Integrity team. Our home is a dream come true. We would be extremely happy to work with Integrity again!

Integrity built our home two years ago. We had lived in another home in Ames for 14 years before deciding to purchase this home. Our previous home was a wonderful place. We actually were concerned about our move since we loved our old house. However, this home is the best we’ve lived in. We absolutely love this place. We recently decided on a complete whim, that we might want to consider buying a bigger house. I was aware of an Integrity Construction spec home that was for sale so we drove by it just to 'look'. We arrived at the home 5 minutes before the start of an open house so we decided to go inside. We walked through the house and immediately fell in love with it!
