ISA did my heat pump system and hot water heat pump in Jacksonville VT. I had gotten a few proposals and ISA definitely were the ones who knew what they were doing best. They are very professional, thorough and back up their work. I am glad I went with ISA and highly recommend them.

We'd used ISA to install ground-mounted solar panels at our property in Windham VT in 2016. We were very happy with the service and results, so we turned to ISA again in early 2022. Our propane-fired heating system had broken down and we decided to take the opportunity to convert to heat pumps. ISA installed a hot water heat pump, several cold climate heat pumps for room air heating (Mitsubishi hyper heat systems or mini-splits), and added a second solar panel, so that we would generate enough solar energy throughout the year to power our heat pumps during the winter. We were very happy with the expert and courteous service we received from ISA and their various contractors. ISA also made sure that we received all possible rebates, taking care of all the paperwork. We felt that we were in very good hands and can highly recommend ISA.

Wow! After they installed my mini split, the owner came back to do a inspection and decided they were off by 2 inches and they spent an entire extra day reinstalling and making 100% repairs. It’s the sort of integrity that I appreciate. I was skeptical but I am heating and cooling a very large space without any issues and not burning a bit of fossil fuel. Can’t beat it!

Integrated Solar did a great job with our mini-split heat pump design and installation. The crew was respectful and listened to our questions and concerns. I feel like we received a good value for our money with a well designed and installed heating/cooling system which will meet our needs for many years. I recommend ISA for your heat pump system!

As a couple doing a gut rehab of an old house, we felt competent to be our own contractor for much of the demolition and renovation work, but when it came to designing and installing an energy efficient heating system, we needed professional help. Integrated Solar Applications provided an exceptional level of knowledge, service, and support throughout the process.

We especially appreciated that they listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and educated us to the extent we wanted, and did a quality job of installing a great heat pump system. The entire Integrated Solar Applications team was courteous and personable. And they went above and beyond in helping us access all available rebates and incentives. We highly recommend them.
