Insured Roofs did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They took care everything so it made the process extremely smooth for us. It took almost 5 months to just get the insurance approval, but Insured Roof was persistent on their follow up, answering questions ands providing information needed, we were able to get a beautiful new roof as a result. I am especially pleased with all the interactions I had with Insured Roof’s owner Judd Addy, he was pleasant, hands on, knowledgeable and very responsive. He walked us through every step of the way, from the initial inspection to the final payment from the insurance company, he was always there to provide assistance. I filed a claim with my insurance company for a full roof replacement which took about five months to be approved with several back-and-forth communication with the adjuster.

Judd, from Insured Roofs guided me in the claim process until we reached a resolution.

Once approved, the work was quickly scheduled to make up for the delay in the claim process. Judd provided timely updates and followed up with me while work was being completed.
