They where great about everything through the whole experience! We had mold treated in a house and garage we bought and they went above and beyond. I can't say enough about them, I highly recommend them!

All of the work was done with utmost care and professionalism. We are very satisfied with the work and extremely satisfied with the staff who were very considerate of our situation. Each staff member displayed congeniality and confidence which helped us to cope with the inconvenience we experienced. Thank you for "bailing" us out of our dilemma. I gave a 5 stars because the cowardly owner of Insurcomm only deigns to respond publicly to glowing reviews. We are 2 years into our project (roof repair) and 3 project managers in. In that time we have been lied to, stolen from and stonewalled. They actively do not respond individually or as an organization to emails, texts or phone calls. They gutted our house tore off our siding and have left it open to the elements their work on site and in their office has been shoddy, incomplete and opaque at every step of the way. Cue the insincere PR with them saying “We’ll look into it” as if they are unaware of the details after two years of this process with no end in sight , if no one involved has given the officers , supervisors or the legal dept a heads up then what does that say about their internal communications. This project has failed and time and time again instead of addressing it they ignore it. They are not incompetent, they simply could not care less. Fortunately for us we have scrupulously documented every lie and every phone call message not responded to, our trail cameras recording their lackeys dropping industrial hvac and debris and logs from other projects in our dumpsters. I have a hearing problem and therefore record all meetings with my voice memo app which I then transcribe with another app so we have every meeting transcribed and every text and email plotted on a timeline with corresponding photos of their sloppy work and abysmal communication skills

Our representative communicated with us throughout the whole process. He gave us updates every step of the way and made a stressful situation feel as though we were in great hands and being taken care of. He showed up frequently to check in with us and the progress of the job. We had multiple parts of our house and property damaged from the storm and we were very overwhelmed with thinking we had to communicate and schedule multiple companies but Tom took care of everything and our house is better than it was before the storm. We hope our insurance company will utilize Insurcomm if something else happens in the future.

After fixing a leak in my toilet, I was worried I had a mold on the ceiling. The mitigation company I originally hired cancelled last minute, I contacted Insurcomm. Will came half an hour after we spoke. He was very professional and friendly. He covered everything with plastic and fixed the issue. He is very honest and trust worthy. I will give this company 10 stars, they were above and beyond what I was expecting.

Joe, Stu, Jess all great to work with. Their teams did a great job of the interior cleaning we needed after a small fire. This is a definite recommendation.

Not professional, don't know what's worse the flooding or dealing with these people. Never tell you how much they charge an hour, what they will do and just leave..Then ask for more money, They will tell you their machine s are expensive for them a day, as if their paying the electric bill on them. Not really worth the huge bill

Two trees fellow on roof 12/23/23. Roof was patched after water entered through two holes. Subsequently four roof areas were replaced with new shingles. Interior water stains were painted over in two short sessions for the painters. Roofing crew was great despite having to remove some snow before they replaced shingles. Damaged gutter was replaced. All work placed by and supervised by Insurcomm. The work and results were well done.

Our condo association recently went through an asbestos abatement ordeal that is invariably frustrating and worrisome. We were very fortunate that it was handled by Peter Carlberg (and his associates at Insurcomm) because Peter’s expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made a very difficult process go as smoothly and comfortably as possible.

It started innocuously enough when we saw the foam insulation on the steel girders in our basement-level garage begin to peel and fall onto the cars. When we discovered upon subsequent testing that the falling residue contained 40% asbestos, we were all very worried. Through the recommendation of the experienced individual who did the initial testing, we contacted Peter to see if he would conduct the abatement. He immediately came out, assessed the situation, and provided a reasonable quote for his services. We hired him to do the job, and from that point forward, the abatement process proceeded methodically, efficiently, and successfully – all thanks to Peter.

First off, Peter is an absolute expert in this line of work having decades of experience. There are a lot of different components to the abatement process including: 1) obtaining permits, 2) establishing containment, 3) asbestos removal, and 4) final testing. Before work began, he came to our location and explained to us in a precise and thorough manner each of these components in detail so that we all knew what was going to happen and why. Whenever we had additional questions or concerns, he calmly and effortlessly addressed them, referring again to established processes in place to deal with such issues and giving us “the big-picture” of how the process works in a manner we could understand. It was clear that Peter not only knew what he was doing (there was no question that he could not immediately and authoritatively answer), but he was an excellent and willing communicator who explained even complicated procedures in ways all of us could grasp.

After the meeting, Peter continued to do everything possible to facilitate the work including obtaining the town and state permits in a speedy manner. Once the work began, Peter went out of his way to keep us informed of the job’s progress. It was 2-day job, and on the afternoon of the first day, he emailed us pictures of the containment zone that was established and gave us a timeline for completion of asbestos removal through to the second day. The job was finished on schedule in the afternoon of the second day, and after final testing was completed, he walked us through the site showing us the steel girders with all insulation having been removed.

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with Peter’s expertise and professionalism that turned a very difficult situation for us into something more manageable. Because he knew so well what he was doing – and because he was able to communicate effectively about what the job entailed -- we were able to worry less. That was a great relief to all of us. I would not hesitate to give the highest possible recommendation to Peter for any asbestos abatement project or similar such jobs.

The general contractors Mike and Kurt went above and beyond to help with anything needed. The subcontractors they used were great and very efficient. Especially the painters.

What a fantastic experience with the whole crew from Insurcomm! Jeremy Boston took a personable approach to remediating what turned out to be a serious mold condition in my 1950's home in Rye. He guided me through the process so that I could feel 100% confident that my home would be safe and sound. To add to that, John and Jess worked tirelessly through oppressive heat to demo my infected bathroom and kitchen walls and to remove years of rotted wood from an insidious leak. Seriously good people, hard workers and completely compassionate. Always on time and total pros! Call them! They're rock stars!

I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom that destroyed my brand new great room ceiling. Naturally this happened over this year's 4th of July weekend when normally no one is available. Not true with Insurcomm. Within 2 hours I had a crew here with blowers and dehumidifiers. Once I was dry enough to replace the ceiling, dampness was tested and the room was fully encapsulated in plastic. All the furniture was moved to safety and covered for additional protection. Drywallers came and went, and Insurecomm returned on schedule and as promised to retest dryness, reinstall the furniture, remove equipment, ram-board, paper, plastic and trash. Yay! Are they the cheapest option out there? Probably not. But for the level of professionalism and know-how, they are worth every penny they charge. I hope I never have to call them again. But if the need arises, they will be my first call.

The folks at Insurcomm are nothing short of amazing! I woke the day after Thanksgiving to find my basement flooded with both water (leaking steam pipe) and sewage (backed up from street). Trevor and his professional, hard-working, kind crew rescued me from this awful situation, showing up within about a half hour of being called, deftly assessing the situation, and setting right to work to mitigate it. After pumping out the mess, the two techs steam cleaned and disinfected everything. They left the basement looking and smelling great, with industrial fans and dehumidifiers running. Trevor was in contact throughout the entire process, alway showing up when he said he would. The crew returned today to remove their equipment and my damaged items from the basement. Once again they were wonderful. Added bonus: because Insurcomm is so good at what they do and so well known in the area, insurance adjusters are willing to work directly with them on claims. I would hire Insurcomm again in a heartbeat and recommend them very, very highly. Thanks, guys!

We had a kitchen fire July 3rd while preparing for a 4th of July party.
What a mess! Luckily, we had a fire extinguisher and put the fire out quickly, however the soot and smoke left behind made quite a mess.
My husband called Insurcomm; they sent a crew THAT DAY to begin the process of cleaning up including a machine to clean the air.
They returned a few days later to clean the walls, woodwork and floors - and shampooed all upholstery.
Because of their quick and efficient service, we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. We cannot thank you enough, Insurcomm!!

Insurcomm was responsible for the mold mediation and reconstruction of a large portion of our home after it had suffered a water damage at the hands of Mother Nature. Right from the start they were professional and courteous, responding immediately. They made things happen around our schedule and time frame while maintaining the quality of the work. In the end we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product and how seamlessly they worked with our insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very awe full and misleading company. I had a flood come into my condo from the third floor unit and the condo association said to use them. There were in there quick however did poor work. Very amature people tore apart my condo and left a mess. Told us they were going to remove lots of wet walls and other things but never did. Decided to leave me with a soaked bathroom floor that is basically floating in water, stained wet ceilings, walls were the paint was so wet it peeled off the wall. I had to call in other people to get the rest of what was wet out of the condo as well as do some of it myself. Tried charging me for more demo than what was done. They may seem like they are on your side but are just out to get your money. Poor communication of what was being done left me with a huge bill of things they never even did. Didn’t receive a breakdown of what was actually done until I made it clear I needed it for insurance. Do not use this company you are better off clearing your home yourself.

I wouldn't ever recommend Insurcomm. I tried working with them when I had water damage to my home and they were evasive every time I tried asking how much this was going to cost me (estimated) after they had evaluated the damage. When I insisted that I get a written estimate for insurance purposes, they continued to avoid the question. Finally after two weeks of back and forth I received a written estimate for only half of the work that needed to be done. When I asked for the other half John Price from Insurcomm refused to send that to me, soon became confrontational and told me to get another contractor.

If you need contracted work done, look elsewhere.

Don't ever think about going here. They will take your entire insurance claim, do the worst/cheapest possible work and then take any remainder of your claim monies leaving you with no cash and horrible quality work.

There is a reason many if not most insurance companies despise working with insurcomm. Run away....far away.

After having experienced extensive water damage on multiple floor levels within the Chase Home, I called Insurcomm and they responded within 30-minutes with a team of professionals. The damage was extensive and involved a multitude of restoration services, all of which were provided by Insurcomm. It was a good feeling knowing that one company handled the entire job in all of its complexities. If you want a company that will give 110% of the best service possible, and if you want a company that cares deeply about the work and those affected by the disaster, then call Insurcomm during your time of need.

We had a water heater break and spill 15 gallons of water on the floor in our office on a Saturday. I found it and called Insurcomm at 6:30pm (when the patriots were playing). They were out 30 mins later with someone to assess the damage. Once it was assessed they went back to the shop and brought back all the man power and equipment necessary to get the job done. So within an hour they were on the job getting work done that was literally stopping further damage every second. So if you have a fire water mold issue that your waiting to get fixed or don't know who to call. Insurcomm can put your worries at ease. They are quick, reliable, knowledgeable and have the goods to get the job done efficiently and effectively. I can't say enough. Thanks guys!
