We just had Insulite Skylights LLC replace all of our old skylights. What an amazing business! Unbelievable professionalism from start to finish. We received an estimate within days of contacting them, product was ready with two weeks, installation was done by a great crew in under four hours. One of the best experiences I have had here in Santa Fe. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Look no further fro your skylight needs.

I wanted to do business here. I called for an estimate. I specified I needed a quote for 4 glass skylights. I was sent a quote for acrylic. I responded asking them to redo the quote. I never received a response. I called again a couple weeks later and asked for a new quote. They said they would email it to me. They never did. I sent an email again asking them to send me the quote. No response. I called back a few days later and left a message asking them to call me to figure this out. No response. They may make a good product as others state, but the lack of responses from makes it impossible to do business here. I guess I will take my business to Albuquerque.

The employees of Insulite Skylights, did an amazing job at installing some much needed skylights in my home. They were kind and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them for all your skylighting needs.

Insulite worked hard to give us a custom skylight in short order. It's MUCH higher quality and a far more reasonable price than what's available off the shelf at the big stores. Don't assume that the big stores are your best bet for price or quality! Very happy with Insulite.

The entire new skylight project was Professional and easy and perfect. The guys came and measured and a few weeks later they came and took away the broken skylight and put the new one on in less than an hour. It looks beautiful and it’s perfect. They were very cordial and professional.

My skylight to my kitchen flew off on Sunday I woke up to snow on my kitchen floor Monday morning! I called and called all over it would be 4-5 weeks till I got one for the corrected size! My mom sent me a couple of local numbers so I called and one luckily said they can do it!! she spoke to the owner and knew what I was dealing with ( a tarp with a board over my skylight) mind that I have a whole house hold (4 kids) that we’re trying to do school at home at the time of snow falling through the skylight in our kitchen. I got the frame off took it to them so they got the correct measurements and they told me it would take 1-2 days. So great full of her answer! Woooowww not only did they do a great job they gave me the weather strip and got the job done in house! It meant so much to see what a local business would do for the community! I greatly appreciate the workman’s ship they did on my new skylight! They saved my butt! It was a totally great experience! I have more skylights that need to be redone and they will be the first place I call and the only place I call for my future work! Thank you again for the kick butt work!!

They did a great job of installing the skylights. There were some delays due to a problem at the factory where they were made, but they came out and covered the old leaky skylights with plastic so they didn't leak. Overall, very satisfied.

My old custom skylight finally started leaking badly. Discovered a flood and needed to repair asap. Gabe and Insulite (recommended by a roofing contractor) were willing to match my old one and complete the job by the end of the same day! We were very pleased with Insulite Skylights. They were recommended to us by a local contractor. They diagnosed the problem right away and since the skylight is a standard size, were able to replace it quickly. We were amazed at how fast and smoothly they put the new dome on. We will definitely call them when we want to replace some of our old skylights.

Our skylight was broken and when I called Insulite Skylights they came out the next day and installed our new skylight within two weeks. They would have installed earlier if the weather had cooperated. Most professional business I have dealt with while renovating my house the last six months. If you have old acrylic skylights, I strongly recommend you have Insulite Skylights LLC custom manufacture glass skylights and get the motorized (remote open/close) option. Our inside house temperature is significantly reduced and A/C in an adobe home is not required at all. The owner—Gabe— and his field supervisor—Eric— were completely professional, patient, and fully responsive. I am fully satisfied, this team truly stands out in Santa Fe.

Insulite was great to work with they sent someone to measure within a day and made the skylights within two weeks. Gabe the owner was very responsive and explained the difference in the skylights than ones available at big box stores. He helped rush the order since I was in a hurry to get them before a roofing job started and provided good communication about when they would arrive and be delivered (at no additional cost).

When the skylights arrived they looked great and were even better than I expected with high quality glass and a nice tint (I picked grey). They even adjusted the amount of argon gas in the sky lights based on the elevation they would be installed. I was glad to have waited a few weeks for the skylights that were custom and cost just a little more than skylights off the shelf.
