Jo and his team were very nice, informative, honest and easy to work with. The cost was half of other estimates received and they were super fast and did really thorough work. We are very happy!

Jo and Insulation Co. were perfect. I chose them based on reviews. They walked me through getting my 1925 vermiculite insulation tested for asbestos (it was ok, no asbestos) and explained the timing with the electrician. Extremely helpful. Then the 3-person team led by Julio came out and did the job this morning. Incredible. They cleaned up on their way out. I recommend 100%.

Jo and his team did a fantastic job had a lot of bird nesting debri in the attic. They did a wonderful job cleaning it up sealing the attic space so the birds won't be a future problem and get new insulation taken care for my house. Right on time, quick, great clean up when done!

We had a very positive experience with Insulation Co. LLC. They arrived early and worked hard until the job was finished. Their work quality was excellent and We are very pleased with the overall project.

They arrived (on time) and immediately went to work, removing all the old insulation and ground cover. Then they repaired the vents that needed repairs. They identified 2 very small water leaks and told me where they were so I can pass that info to the plumber. They also took pictures of some wire connections that do not follow code. They installed new ground cover and insulation. They cleaned up all the old insulation and took that with them. They also dealt with the raccoon and her 3 babies. They were great.

Highly recommend Insulation Company. The crew did a great job and left the work site completely cleaned up. Project was difficult to access crawl space in San Juan County. Great documentation via pictures of work done. Office support outstanding as well. Scheduling was easy and there was flexibility when our contractor schedule required changes for the insulation work.

I already had a decent bid from another company, so I almost didn't even talk to Insulation Co. But Insulation Co offered deeper insulation for a lower price. They were clean and super quick. We later noticed a ceiling crack that was probably from their crew. When I told them, they sent someone out to repair it, no questions asked. Their responsiveness was why I decided to write this review.

Very quick response & bid was accurate. The workers were prompt, actually arrived a little early and were able to complete the work in a very timely manner. I had my crawl space done wich included removal of all the old insulation and vapor barrier, sanitized, rodent prevention, and new insulation and vapor barrier installed. Highly recommend! Insulation Co did a attic clean up/insulation replacement project at my home on Camano Island. Jo was great to work with for the estimate, scheduling and pre and post work follow-up and the crew of three guys who did the work were on-time, professional, fast and very knowledgeable! Insulation Co (Jo Estrada) had insulation installers come to our century old house to remove old attic insulation, do a bit of mold remediation, insulate the bathroom fan exhaust, cover the two previously open gable spaces at either end of our roof, then blow in new cellulose insulation. All this took a day, and all was cleaned up like nothing happened. Polite, efficient, professional, and the price was competitive.

Joe and his team went out of their way to make sure that everything was addressed with cleaning up, sealing everything, and installing insulation in both my attack and crawl space. The guys even went above and beyond and came back out to touch the job after an electrical crew had to re-due some work. New to the state and having to look for service for repair on the house I just purchased was a bit overwhelming. All employees were professional and the work was completed timely and exactly as the proposal detailed. Jo was very easy to communicate with and willing to work within our schedule.

Yet another 5 stars for this crawl space experts company. A crew of 5 came (on a Sunday!) and worked HARD for about 5 hours to remove ancient insulation and vapor mat and replace it with new
ones, clean out rodent debris, and block rodent access with screens and concrete. They found a (gasp) leak in a pipe that has been there who knows how long. Gave us good recommendations about a needed foundation repair. All for a reasonable price: they made and estimate and stuck to it.

Insulation Co replaced my worn crawlspace insulation in late 2024. They communicated well, came when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. Insulation Co was extremely prompt with a bid, communication and scheduling. The three men that did our crawl space remediation work did an excellent and thorough job!

Water had always been a problem for my crawlspace, especially during raining and snowing season. Asking around, installing a French drain and a sump pump appeared to be the solution. I searched around and picked Insulation Co.

Estimation without inspection seemed weird at first, but it made totally sense since the foundation layout is all there in the files.

The crew was friendly, very tidy, and very fast given the amount of work that was needed in our attic. We had the insulation removed and replaced, and any leaky air gaps sealed. We can already tell a difference. Jo worked with us to get a very hefty PSE rebate, too.

I went out to three separate vendors for quotes on new attic insulation and mold remediation, Insulation Co was by far the cheapest of the three. We had the crawl space of an 1850's/60's house insulated and vapor barrier installed. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job and the bill was as estimated. Insulation Co. was easy to work with and we will have them do the rest of the house when we are ready.

- I called and left a message with my address and issue (mold in the attic due to a detached stove vent).

- Less than an hour later Jo called back. He'd looked up my property on the publicly available city records, so was able to put together an accurate estimate based on my home's sqr ft.

- Then Jo walked me through the steps, the equipment, and the timeline. He followed up soon after via email with all the info we'd discussed, plus links to YouTube videos with additional information about the process. He included a line-itemed estimate/contract with clear terms.

- On the agreed date, his team showed up on time. They were courteous and efficient, and finished the project later that afternoon. The project lead had taken photos throughout the process and walked me through the work they had completed. They did a great job cleaning up too.

I had a very positive experience with this business. A company I used to replace the crawlspace insulation last year had mistakenly sealed off the critical fresh air intake for my wood stove, which was not discovered until I tried to use the stove for heat during the recent weeklong power outage. Although under warranty, that company has gone out of business.
Julio Garcia from Insulation Co. arrived promptly, quickly corrected the problem, and I now have my emergency heat source functioning again! I recommend using this business for both insulating and rodent proofing buildings.

It’s never fun having to tear out and replace all the insulation and vapor barrier in your crawlspace. I received bids from two different companies and Insulation Co. came in with a more detailed bid at a lower cost than the competitor. They did fantastic work. Everyone was friendly and communicative. They also took extra pictures of a leaky drain pipe that was causing issues so I could have that rectified ASAP. I would absolutely use Insulation Co. again!

The crew got there on time did not rest and we're out in 4 hours. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company if you ever have issues with your crawl space or insulation of any kind.

We did a full house remodel and, unfortunately, had to redo several areas due to the poor-quality subcontractors hired by our general contractor. For the insulation work, we decided to go directly with Insulation Co. and had them remove the old insulation from our attic. Since we were also doing extensive HVAC work, this made the entire process much smoother.
