Installation Services of Southern New Hampshire

This is not an easy review for me to write - I had exterior doors and sliding doors installed. The work itself came out great - the doors look fantastic, the installation was fast and everything came out great.

However - communication has been close to impossible. Due to shortages of materials, ISSNH was not able to fulfill my original contract, and when I asked for a return of the remainder of my deposit until materials were available again, I stopped hearing back.
It was difficult to get communication back during the time of my job - voicemail was always full, so unable to leave a message. Emails and texts got no response for days or weeks.
Then once I requested the return of the remainder of my deposit, I received no response after several emails and texts, over the course of a month. I finally got a return email saying that a check was being put in the mail to me that day. It has been over 2 weeks, and I have sent several emails and texts saying I have not received the check - no response at all.

I really liked Dan as a person, and the work that was done on my house, and I wanted to be able to continue once materials were available - but after this, not only will I not be moving forward with ISSNH, I can't recommend the company to others.

A delay in communication from time to time is understandable, but this is unacceptable. It has been months, I have had no response, and I have not received the remainder of my balance,

Dan & Tim were highly recommended for the tile job in my home. They did a beautiful job, paying close attention to details. Thanks again for the beautiful job.

Dan Drugg and Installation Services of Southern NH came highly recommended to me by family and friends that have used him in the past. The work is remarkable and has a close attention to detail. They are professional, keep a very tidy work space and clean up nicely when they are done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for some help with flooring.
