Mr. Swain inspected our house and was excellent experience for me as a first time home buyer he was very thorough and explained everything in detail was a great inspector ould recommend to all home buyers and especially first time buyers!!!!!

By far the most thorough home inspection I've ever been part of. John is very meticulous with his notes, photos, and report. He even walked me through the home when he was finished to show me where everything was, how everything worked, and where my shutoffs where. When the inspection was complete, I received a full report with photos and detailed notes. John is very informative, very nice, and personable. Highly recommend!
