As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect for an inspection. Devon made it super easy for us, even when we had a bit of a hiccup with the rest of our stuff. He was able to reschedule us in quickly. The report was extremely helpful and easy to read and understand. And very detailed! He communicated extremely well so you knew when your report was done, and followed up after 24 hours to see if we had any questions. His responses are super quick and is always open to questions!

Devon is THE guy for your need. Professional, friendly and awesome knowledge. His report isn't a cheap one, I could literaly call it a bible guideline for your futur home! Videos, pictures, descriptions, suggestions...you'll know everything you should know and know exactly wich prior repairs to be done and even know wich exact type of worker you should look for for every situation. And you won't have to worry about waiting a long time for his report... got mine in less than 12 hrs even if he was busy!!

I live out of province from the home I wanted to buy, and this inspection was so thorough I felt as if I was there. All aspects of the home were covered and documented flawlessly. From the drone pictures and videos, to the abundance of pictures and videos within the home, it was very easy to visualize every part of the home and surrounding property. The inspection report not only showed everything, but it also explained every technical term, so there would be no misunderstanding the technical side of it. It was fast, friendly, and very user friendly. I felt it could not have been any more helpful, I am a very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend and if ever needed I will be using again.

Thoroughness & clarity best describe my experience with Devon. If there was something in the report I didn’t understand, he was willing and able to discuss it.

This was not simply a checkbox inspection. He describes what the standard is and what is required to get there if that is not already the case.

InsideOut home inspection is a very good company to work with. I had a home inspection done by Devon he was very maticulas in his work. As we were not at the inspection that day after he completed the inspection he called us and walk us through the full inspection, he even sent us a video and photos of any defects. He sent us the full inspection sheets. I would recommend InsideOut for your home inspections.
