Innovative Solutions Contracting Llc

This contractor was forcing me to sign the contract that i did not even know what service and tasks they will provide. Even, asked them many time to provide a detail quote about what they will do, they did not answer at all. They just wanted to force people sign a unclear contract in order to trap people in their profit business. My recommendation is DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS THEY PROVIDE A FREE DETAIL QUOTE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE.

We made an emergency call for a leak and they came right away. Mr. Robles has been to our residence twice and both times has been nothing but professional and VERY helpful! I recommend this company to anyone seeking work on their homes. Since day one they have shown us nothing but quality work and go above and beyond!

I would not recommend doing business with this company save yourself the pain of having last minute changes to prices and being overcharged. Very unprofessional business practices. We had to sign for a portion of the work the day the work began since they failed to quote it in the original estimate. When it was discussed several times and referred as oh it will be nothing, very little cost we can use the extra material from the insurance job etc. After half the siding had already been ripped off my house. I was called at work to say in order for the remaining work to be completed a work order needed to be signed or it would not be completed. I had to sign an updated work order felt like I had no choice since I was told they would not complete the work otherwise.

We had two other roofing companies who said they would work with our insurance company and made all kinds of promises, and then disappeared. This company worked hard on our case from start to finish and helped us keep on the HOA, with great communication all the way through! Then they showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job, cleaned up and you could barely tell they were ever there! The roof looks great! We are beyond pleased!

Extremely courteous in all aspects from selling to completion. Workmanship beyond expectations, our roof has never looked so good since we bought the home in 2006. Highly recommend, they even have magnetic rollers to roll around your yard to pick up every last nail.

They did an excellent job on my town house house roof replacement. Tori is a wonderful person, she was regularly touch base with me and provided the claim status and maintained the correct invoices and work hard to spoke with an Insurance adjuster to get final insurance claim check received. This company works tirelessly on your behalf to get the job done. I call innovative Solutions and some1 reached me within a couple of minutes... they came check the roof and fixed it in a matter of minutes.... couldnt be any happier and relax and finally to enjoy my house i def recommend them all day long to all friends and family and for sure use them in the future.
