A team of more than 10 people installed a new roof on my house in one day. The quality is excellent and it looks great. The cleaned up and hauled away the old shingles. Their team worked seamlessly with my insurance company for payment. They installed the new roof within the budget the insurance company would pay. We only had to pay the insurance deductible. They were also very responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof.
Asked this company to give me a bid to replace our roof after hail damage in Fredericksburg, VA. When they learned our insurance would pay, they insisted we should sign a contract with them to negotiate with our insurance company, after looking at the roof and before giving a quote. We told them we were taking multiple bids for the work and if they wanted to submit a bid it would be welcome. The rep continued to argue that multiple bids weren't needed. Finally agreed to give a bid, but only gave it verbally. We asked that he submit a written quote and we still haven't received it 10 days later. They were presumptuous, pushy and used pressure tactics. Will not use them even if we receive a good written quote.
