Excellent service from start to finish. Wolf Van Sterling responded to my email the same day I sent it. He came out the next day and took pictures of the problems and explained in detail what was needed to fix them. He showed me the pictures of the repairs once him and Justin Cooperider finished. I am confident I will not have any more leaks in my kitchen. I definitely recommend Innovative for any roof repair / replacement.

We had multiple people come out and these guys were by far the most
responsive and truly understood the problem. They were also the most
cost effective. They didn't try and sell me unnecessary services or
anything like that. They simply stated what they thought the issue was
and explained exactly how they would fix it. Even as they were fixing
the roof they noticed some other places that needed to be patched and
did that without any extra charge. Wolf was the main person I dealt
with over the phone and he was extremely transparent and very
communicative. Great guy. I met with the owners who did the initial
walk through with me in person and they were very nice guys. I also
met with the roofers who were doing the actual work on the roof and
both of them were very pleasant to deal with. Overall I have nothing
bad to say about this business, everthing was super easy and smooth
from the initial first call to the last call/followup. I highly
recommend Innovative Roofing Systems.

They were great! Hired them to repair the chimney cap that was caved and rusted. They came out and took great pictures after the work was complete and it was included in the invoice. Will definitely use them again

First, let me say this is going to be a long review, but it’s well deserved. A few weeks ago I noticed a strange leak behind the master shower wall. I ruled out a plumbing leak and immediately started getting roofing companies out to my home. I was recommended Innovative Roofing Systems by a family member and gave them a call to come out, on top of 3 other companies I also called. The process from start to finish was absolutely amazing and everything you hope for as a customer in need. I worked with Wolf Van Sterling from start to finish. He came out to my house the day I called. His evaluation was honest and from the heart. He gave me options as to what I COULD do, since we couldn’t 100% determine the leak source, but knew my roof was old (20+ years) and leaking somewhere. All the other companies just recommended me a new roof, no options to even consider or even a guess as to what could be leaking. Ultimately, I leaned towards the new roof replacement because of the age (and of course the leak). I committed to IRS because the sense of trust and relationship that I built with Wolf from day one was nothing like the larger companies who came out and I can truly feel the passion behind what he does. Not to mention the pricing was very affordable and competitive. The quality that was being offered at the price point surpassed all the other bigger company estimates that wanted to charge more. After all the paperwork was signed, we set up a date for the install which ended up being quicker than expected. Wolf kept in touch with me the whole time while we waited for the materials to be delivered the day before the install. He even texted me the day before the shingle delivery to let me know what time to expect them. The day the shingles were delivered, Wolf came back out to my home to check that all the materials had arrived and that nothing was missing. That alone shows such commitment and drive for high quality work and customer experience.

On the day of install, the crew made it to my house at 6:40am and started working at 7am sharp. Wolf was already there at 6:40am to start supervising and helping the install. He helped relocate all the things around my home that could have been damaged from shingles or materials coming off the old roof. During the install, they continuously did sweeps of my yard picking up trash/debris and doing metal sweeps for nails and staples. I stood outside to watch the process and Wolf was there explaining step by step what I was seeing and what all of it would do for my roof. They were even able to locate the source of the leak, which ended up being a vent cover (and it was Wolfs suspicion all along, so he was right!). The roof install started at 7am and the crew was done by 1pm, which blew my mind! Their work ethic was absolutely incredible. And Wolf stayed the entire install to supervise it, which words can’t describe how much that meant to me. With the other larger roofing companies, they told me a site manager would show up at the start, leave during the whole install and then come back some time in the day after the install was over to check on it. But he watched the whole thing start to finish and even went up on the roof multiple times to watch from there and lend a hand if needed. They did one final clean up and magnet sweep of my yard when they were done and Wolf went up to inspect the final roof before calling it done. Overall, an absolutely incredible experience from inspection day to install day. I couldn’t have picked a better company to install my new roof. And I know if I ever do run into issues in the future, Wolf is a call or text away and will be there to help me with anything. Can’t recommend Innovative Roofing Systems enough to family and friends! Great people are running this company and they are passionate about what they do and take pride in the quality of work they put out. I felt like family the whole time. Which is hard to come by these days with a lot of companies. So hats off to this great group of people!

I can't recommend IRS enough! Their people (Wolf and Justin) took great care of us. It was a small job (too small for some companies) to remove an unused vent but they came out and spent the time to understand the issue and come up with a solution. They were professional and responsive. The work looks fantastic, as if the vent had never been there.

I manage over 1 million sq. ft. of retail shopping space in Columbus. IRS handles all of my roof repairs in addition to providing detailed roof inspections for all of my roofs. The IRS team provides excellent customer service to me and my tenants and timely response times (24-48 hours) for repairs. The website customer portal is user friendly and creates an email verification when a service request is schedule and then when completed. I love this feature so I can inform my tenants and close out work orders. I highly recommend IRS for your roofing needs.

He provides first class service and communication to myself and my tenants. He fixes the issue the first time.
