Levi came and installed a storm door that I purchased from Lowe’s. The communication between Levi and myself was extraordinary. He showed up ahead of schedule and had the job complete in no time. After the installation, he gave me a full demo and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability.

Call Innovative Installations about replacing a roof and fascia board due to insurance contacting me about dropping me unless these issues were fixed. They spong into action came out and looked over the work needed and had me a quote in a day and came out and went over things. They came in under what other companies where going to charge and had me a crew out that upcoming Monday to start replacing the roof and fascia. Can’t thank the whole crew at innovative installations enough. If you’re needing any repairs done these are your guys.

Had an install of a storm door today subcontracted out through home Depot with innovative installations. Everything about the service was polite, speedy, and informative. The storm door install looks and functions great.

Highly recommend. I had inspection due to water damage showing up on a ceiling, it turns out my roof vent had blown off. Brandon the owner and his production manager were able to climb my roof same day to get me tarped and save me any additional damage. And they got me on the books for full replacement just the following week since I was going without insurance involvement due to age of my roof and it's subsequent depreciation (24 years)

I cannot recommend Innovative Installations enough! My old roof was in bad shape from storm damage and these guys went to battle with my insurance company on MY behalf to make it happen! From the first meeting to the final inspection, the guys were present, communicated thoroughly, were extremely kind, and very knowledgeable! They were very respectful and treated us like family! Once again, if you need a new roof, gutters, doors, or anything in between, you will never be disappointed.

Kyle McGhee stopped by and offered to do a free inspection ( via a drone) which is nice because he didn’t have to climb up on a ladder. After taking photos he showed me what he had found and we zoomed in on the roof. He said there wasn’t anything concerning which impressed me because there were dents on the “turtles” and part of a chimney was missing but nothing that needs attention right now. I appreciate his honesty. He was kind, courteous and professional. When another storm hits Indy, we will call him for sure! Nice guy!

Our Installer Brandon did a great job. The sales guy at Lowe’s on 37. Derek wrote down the wrong door color of white which should have been black. I did not catch it on the paperwork and Brandon brought a white door had to go back to the store to exchange it and went out of his way to make sure we could get it installed today. He did a great job.
