Everyone was easy to work with and were very responsive! They got the job done quickly and our siding looks great!

We hired Innovative for our siding project and honestly, the whole experience exceeded expectations. The 3D renderings really helped us visualize the final look, and the end result matched perfectly. Skyler was our rep and was super helpful—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. We had Versetta Stone and Gutter Shutter installed, and everything looks amazing. If you’re in McHenry County and considering exterior work, I’d definitely recommend giving Innovative a call.

Payton Collins really educated me on what I can do with my home through them… even on a budget he was able to right fit me in to new gutters and siding… I didn’t feel pressured like the other crooks that come around here… I asked him for a few more business cards to refer him to others in the area! Skyler and attillo helped me with my home improvement project. Skyler was very knowledgeable about gutters, and attillo helped me with new Anderson windows, both of them were very professional and thorough through the whole process. They made it easy for big project. The installers were great. Everything lived up to my expectations. If you are in mchenry area, I highly recommend these guys. Start to finish, my husband and I had an amazing experience with Innovative. Their excellent work completely transformed the look of our house and I still can't believe it's ours. Each of the members of their crew that came out to work on the different aspects of our job (sales, siding, gutters, doors) were friendly, knowledgeable and masters of their craft. We liked them so much, a couple of our neighbors even signed on with them for work they wanted done on their homes. Can't recommend enough.

I had gutters replaced and they did a fantastic job. Everything was completed in great time. The guys made sure no pieces of the old gutters or nuts and bolts were left behind. I would suggest the 6 inch gutters and leaf guards. With our heavy rains lately I had flooding constantly. With the larger gutter and an extra downspout alleviated the problem. Thank you.

Complete Gutter Replacement... Whole experience from point of sale to installation was A++. Great communication by Ryleigh in the front office making our somewhat difficult installation a breeze. Tear off and install crews were Prompt, Courteous, Clean and had excellent craftsmanship. So pleased with this project!

We had an avalanche caused by our solar panels which bent and broke the gutter on the second story of our house. The solar panel company agreed to reimburse us but we needed to get 3 quotes. I contacted 3 companies. The first one to respond and come out was Innovative Home Concepts. They were so thorough they actually went up to the second story just to get a visual and the damage and gave us options to repair or replace. The other two companies never gave that level of attention and 1 never came out to look at the house. They completed the work and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

Toby and James came out to my home to have a look at damaged cedar siding, result of the dreaded woodpeckers. They gave me a fair quote for the work and kept me current with any wait time for materials. The final work is outstanding and matches the original siding perfectly. Seams flawless. Great follow up after job completion and always a friendly voice answering the phone when you call the main phone number. I would recommend them to a friend and use them again in a heartbeat.
Hell, I'd even buy James dinner if I ever got the chance...he's just that good!

Innovative is the company to call if you need windows. We had ordered 3 windows from a contractor In April. Order was cancelled in October after numerous missed installation appoints and total ghosting from the owner. None of that from Innovative. We ordered windows and they were installed in about 8 weeks. Great service and communication. Give them a call for any of your window needs!

Highly recommend going to Innovative for any of your roofing needs. Dylan was a great help in explaining everything and pointing things out that I hadn’t seen before. Looking to forward to working with him and Innovative more in the future.

Oh man I can only give 5 stars, if I could I would give them more. I worked with Skyler he was with me the whole process, answering questions or any concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he always got me the answer. Which didn't happen often much cause Skyler knew his stuff and was very professional. Skyler was my salesperson who arrived on time and had expert knowledge of the company products. He provided a visual learning experience using his computer screen about the products, services and history of his company. I was at ease and was able to find the correct solution to my problem with his assistance. I rate the salesman, service and products with a 5 star rating!

I’ve been told by another company that I need to get my gutters replaced (on two different occasions). I never spend this kind of money without getting a couple quotes. Found Innovative through Google search, saw that they have been in business for almost 20 years and are located/based here in town. The ladies on the phone were nice and helpful and were able to squeeze in an appointment right before Christmas. Skyler came to the door a couple minutes early (if you’re not early you’re late . Skyler was courteous, knowledgeable and I felt trustworthy. Not a whole lot of companies I do business with these days where the family comes out to the house. Skyler was knowledgeable and answered a ton of questions I had about all the “what ifs”. I’m waiting for one more quote but I’m pretty sure Innovative will be the company I go with.

I’d recommend staying away from this company. Started out well, came out because I was told I had roof damage by another contractor. Dylan took a lot of pictures confirmed I had damage and in fact had enough to warrant a roof replacement. Had their public adjuster contact me (Toby) and I filled out all the information and signed a bunch of documents and then radio silence. Nothing, to follow up no response from emails or messages, been several months. If you want customer services or an actual new roof I guess you have to go with another company.

Honest and great company. I had a couple companies come out as I was told by my insurance agent. Kevin had come by and took a look at my roof and siding and explained there was no damage or at least enough to make a hail claim. He explained it would be a waste of everyone's time and it will most likely be bad for failed claims to be made. I had 2 other companies come out and insist they can get this roof covered by my insurance company. That threw up a red flag. I took Kevin's advice to hold off and got a quote for replacing my roof. Will be calling this company going forward.

Innovative replaced our Roof and Gutters. Kevin in Sales and James in Operations were very helpful in deciding on materials and with installation. Very professional and work was done on time and at price quoted. Would definitely recommend.

A friend referred us to Kevin. We were concerned if we had storm damage due to the recent storm. Kevin came by and confirmed damage to the skylights, shingles, gutters and downspouts. As for the hassle of the claim, Kevin handled it all with the adjuster and got us all new gutters,skylights, and a whole new roof!! We virtually only needed to pick out our new roof and gutters throughout the process. They even took care of the permits! 5 star! Would def recommend!!

While we are just now getting close to performing the work my experience so far has been very positive. What led me to them in the first place was recommendations from two of my work colleagues. IHC spent a tremendous amount of time negotiating with my insurance company for over a year resulting in an outcome very much in my favor because of the experience IHC brought to the table. Once the insurance details were settled ironing out the granular information so hardware could be ordered was done promptly with all details of the work to be performed captured formally.

I had a great experience with the crew who put roof in they were very detailed and polite came here to work did a fantastic job it was all set into motion by Kevin he organized everything and made sure things were done properly and in time

Everything went seamlessly. The contracting and invoicing through email was a great feature. The 2 guys that showed up were well spoken and knowledgable and even went out of their way to add a few nails to another loose piece.

We asked for recommendations for gutters for our new home and several people mentioned Nate Druml with Innovative Home Concepts. We got 3 estimates and his was the best! He was very professional and easy to work with. He brought color samples the first day and got us an estimate quickly. The work was completed not long after we made our decision to go with his quote.
