We had an amazing experience with Innovative, despite having a very hard time with our insurance company. Kyle at Innovative went above and beyond to help us figure things out with insurance in order to get our damaged roof replaced. His communication and extra efforts were so appreciated, and the final product on our home is beautiful, and they cleaned up as if they were never there. You won’t regret going with Innovative.

They began the work at seven In the morning and finished around two In the afternoon on the same day. The crew was highly professional, friendly, considerate, and very thorough In their work. The use of nail guns made the job quieter and quicker. They did a great job in cleaning up. Tim, one of their sales people, explained everything thoroughly and is a pleasure to work with.

We could not ask for a better experience. We highly recommend Innovative Construction & Roofing!

Prompt professional service. Kyle was easy to work with. He prepared an accurate, timely quote and when I gave him the order he scheduled the work for the next week. The crew showed up at 6:30 AM and were complete at 5:30 pm that same day. They spent over an hour meticulously cleaning up and left my grounds cleaner than they found it. Spectacular work!

Innovative did a tremendous job for us when a storm caused us to need a full roof and siding replacement. Our contact, Kyle Cornell, was great to work with! From communicating with our insurance company on our behalf to being hyper-communicative throughout, we always felt in great hands with Kyle. Very quick response to our call for a new roof. Gave a bid quickly and explained everything they would be doing. Work was finished in a couple of days.

Kyle was awesome to work with. He was extremely professional and efficient. He came over and consulted on our gutter issues. He had a proposal over by day’s end and a crew over the next day to fix the issue. All in all, this was a 5 star experience.

I was having problems with my gutters being clogged on the second story of my home. I contacted Kyle and Innovative to help me clean them out and put screens on them. He gave me an estimate and his team was out to install them shortly after the contract was agreed upon. I will definitely be contacting Kyle and Innovative for any future projects on my home

Kyle was very professional and helpful in regards to our inspection and installation. The installation team was right on time with what Kyle relayed, and he showed up that morning as well to make sure everything was on schedule. I needed to have my 100+ yo slate roof (historic district) replaced, and getting some bids, it was clear Innovative was going to be my choice. They have done a number of my neighbor's roofs, and had great recommendations from everyone I consulted.

They replaced my roof, replaced part of my gutters. It was a really good experience. They really cared the job was done right. Kyle my sales/quality control man checked to make sure everything got done right, and gave me a great result.

Great experience all around. Had a full roof replacement and couldn’t be happier with the results. Kyle Cornell was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely informative throughout the whole process.

Kyle Cornell and other Innovative reps came to my home and took immediate temporary actions to prevent rain/water leaks in 3 roof areas. I was concerned about impending rain that could affect recent ceiling work and persistent leaking that precluded wall repair and painting in 2 other areas. They assessed roof problems, shared photos, and submitted a repair proposal which we accepted. On completing repair actions, Kyle submitted photos again for our review/assessment of their work. I expressed concern about some wavy flashing, presented a question about the use of adhesives, and asked about some raised shingles. Kyle had Innovative reps come back out to address all questions/concerns, submitted repair photos again, and strived to ensure I was totally satisfied with their repair work.

These guys were very very good. Great point person for the company, was extremely responsive, understanding, and spent the time to explain things to me. They did great work, great attention to detail, took their time and in my opinion did it right. People on my street stopped and pointed out how meticulous these guys were working and how good of work they were doing. My house now looks a lot better than it did before Innovative touched it. Very much appreciate the service, and definitely recommend to others.

After getting several bids for a new roof, Innovative was one of the most reasonably priced and did a wonderful job working with our insurance company. Kyle was easy to work with, quick to respond, and got things done in a timely manner through the whole process. If there were any problems he took care of them.

We had hail damage and our Homeowner's Insurance was only going to pay for some gutters and downspouts. We called Innovative, who was recommended by our daughter. They (Innovative) worked with our insurance company who then agreed to replace our roof. Kyle at Innovative represented us for the whole process, beginning with the first call until the job was complete. Kyle answered every call we made to him. He was great!

We heard about Innovative from our neighbors, and they really liked their work. We thought we’d try them and were glad we did. They did the job in a timely manner (less than one full day). This was my first project with Innvoative. They were in competition with four other suppliers for the new roof plus gutter guard on my building. Over all, they were very kind and efficient at the office phone communications lines, always giving prompt feedback on any information I required.
Their sales manager who came out to do the estimate also was very matter-of-factly, which is a quality I appreciate very much. We talked about all the particulars of my project, he addressed all my concerns, and the quote was detailed, well structured, and complete. I had an issue with a rake on the front of the house, where there was a hole that needed fixing. They also handled that at the same time to my complete satisfaction. I also liked that they gave me several address references of previous clients with similar projects. I checked them all, and they were all very happy. The project went smooth and fast: not an easy job on a very complicated and steep saddle roof, three stories up in the air. Their team was efficient and well set up together. They cleaned up to a default, not just my yard, but also the neighbors.
I like reliable and professional companies, where I can see that they take pride in their work, do what they promised to do and do it well the first time around. (Well, who doesn't?)
I know I will call them again in the future, if I ever heed to redo other roofs of any of my properties. Thanks for doing a great job, team!

I called innovative roofing about getting a new roof because of a few leaks after a series of bad storms. Kyle Cornell came out and after a detailed roof inspections notice strom damage to our roof, I called my insurance company and Kyle met with the adjuster at our house and from that point on Kyle took care of everything. I have never seen someone so detailed about there work and all the time he had to put in with the adjuster to make it right for us. By far the best construction/roofing experience we have ever had.
We also had a dormer on out 3rd floor that was in sad shape, Innovative gave us a great price to install new siding and soffit along with white flashing over all of the window trim. This made the house look great along with the new roof.

Innovative came out and looked at my roof after a hail storm and within 2 weeks we had a brand new roof. Good guys to work with and very good quality work.

From start to finish Collin was so easy to work with and very professional. He promptly returned phone calls and easily explained the roofing process to us. Our roofers did an excellent job installing our new roof and cleaned up well when the job was done. We highly recommend Innovative to anyone in need of a new roof.

Josh came out to look at our gutters. We were expecting to have to replace them. He said they didn't need replacing just cleaning out and new guards. Wow! He cleaned them out to assist for the immediate need. Thank you! Looking forward to the estimate for the new guards. Appreciate his professionalism.

Had some storm damaged. They worked with Insurance Company so received full replacement cost for home and garage roof. Handled everything. Promptly retiled roof including replacing rotten planks. Kept me informed of their schedule. Did a great job. Clean-up great and No damage to grass or floor beds or plants. I have used innovative on prior jobs and never disappointed.

We had some roofing repairs which needed to be done at a second property which is at present vacant. Kyle Cornell from Innovative Construction handled the entire project from start to finish without our having to be at the property. After the job was finished, we visited the property to find the work had been finished beautifully. Throughout the project, Kyle was prompt in returning questions. I highly recommend Kyle. And Nina in the office handled payment by credit card perfectly. By the way, the cost was very affordable. We hope we won't need roofing repairs again, but if we do Innovative is the first company we'll call for a quote.

They did a fine job on a 1 million + house. Request Tim and Mike as they get things done.

Well just to start off, I have never used this company for anything. Every truck of theirs I have encountered has been a reckless driver. They have either been tailgating me or cut me off. They may be doing "Roofs the right way" but they are driving the wrong way. Just for that factor alone I would never recommend them not call them. The truck with the last 3 of 312 was the most recent driver to cut me off. Hopefully somone there checks these.

I live in an apartment currently and this place was contracted to replace our roof recently. I would never use this company once i have my own place soon. They left a mess everywhere to the point all of us at the building had to walk on a pile of old shingles and nails to leave the building. Had a few people in my family use Fuchs Construction and they have always been very friendly. They will be my go to.

Innovative did a roof repair at my place of business. They got out here and addressed the issue quickly and professionally. Kyle and his team were knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The job was completed safely, on time and within budget. Innovative is a rare company that puts ethics above profits and exceeds expectations!! A general contractor who we hired to replace our siding and our roof, did not use a roofing company to do our roof replacement. The result was an inadequate roof that experienced leaks in the first 6 months. After a roofing expert inspected our roof and supplied a detailed report, the general contractor refused to correct and replace the inadequate roof. Innovative took the time to meet with us and our roofing expert multiple times to discuss options. They recently replaced our entire roof and the quality is top notch! The crew, including the roofers and the siding workers, were courteous, professional and picked up after themselves. Highly recommended!! :)

Had my siding and roof replaced due to hail damage. Innovative Construction & Roofing did a GREAT job working with my insurance agency. A year and a half, we are still getting compliments. I would highly recommend them!

My new roof is OUTSTANDING! Jarrett helped me choose the color and it worked out to be perfect! Jarrett and Pam tolerated me (it wasn't easy) and practically held my hand as we went thru the restoring process. Being an older person, and having so much hail and storm damage to the house I helped build, was very traumatic for me. So far, we can cross the roof off the list of restoring my house to its perfect condition. Next is guttering and siding, and I trust them to keep hold of my hand and we'll make it thru together.
The workers were very efficient and did a great job. They were quiet and cleaned up nicely when they were finished.

After a recent storm, a few of our neighbors had damage to their roofs. We thought it would be prudent to have our roof looked at so we called Innovative Roofing and requested a free inspection. Tim, one of their team members, came out the next day. After he conducted a thorough inspection of our two-story roof, he assured us our roof was in great condition and didn't need any repairs, much less a replacement. How is that for integrity?! It's so refreshing to interact with a company like this. Rest assured, if and when, our roof needs repair or replacing, we will be calling Innovative!

My overall experience with Innovative Constriction and Roofing was great. I know a couple of the guys on the team personally. Innovative does great work.

Innovative did a great job working with me on my roof replacement. My roof was damaged by a hail storm in April 2012. I had spoken with other companies and had been told that my home wasn't eligible for roof replacement under my homeowners insurance policy. Josh Krannawetter with Innovative visited my home, and after a thorough inspection, told me that it should qualify for complete replacement, including all copper, blue stone slate, and flat membrane. Sure enough he was correct. Their work was done according to schedule and the look and quality are excellent. I've rehabbed 3 houses and without a doubt, Innovative is one of the best firms I've worked with.

The company coordinated hail damage repairs. The project was slow getting started but the delays were reasonable. Unfortunately we had 3 contractors by the time the job was finished, but each contractor proved to be professional and kept us informed, answered questions and even took calls during a son's little league game. I also worked with a customer relations manager who was also very professional, and most importantly she was reachable. Once the project got underway, things went as smoothly as a large project can go. They worked with both my insurance company and my mortgage company to ensure the work was competed professionally We had roofing, gutter, awning, and screen work done. I am pleased with the outcome and would use this company again. The company has also completed several major projects in my community (Pasadena Hills).

Great company. Learned of them because they work with Habitat for Humanity. Great salesperson and very helpful walking through my first homeowner's claim. They were on time and done quickly. They did great work. I would highly recommend.

Innovative was an outstanding company to work with. Of the three companies I initially contacted for an estimate they were the only one to return my call promptly and show up on the agreed upon day/time. They also went above and beyond by assisting the appraiser determine if the repairs would be covered by our insurance and helping us find rebates for the building supplies. Finally they performed the work well and on time. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased my first home. The disclosure said nothing was wrong with the roof but when it came time to inspect it we found buckets in the attic and chalk on the shingles signaling problem areas (and clearly indicating that the roof had recently been recently inspected). Our inspector validated this; the roof needed to be replaced completely. Maybe the dishonesty on the disclosure prompted the sellers to seek out a reputable company to ensure the sale, I don't know. What I do know is that in a time when I had a million things to worry about in the purchase of my first home, I didn't have to worry about a roof...I even got a call asking what color I wanted. When I arrived at the home I found a packet of information, addressed to me, giving me helpful information about my roof as well as providing the details of a lifetime warranty. Many things went wrong during and after the sale of this home, but the roof isn't one of them. I rest a little easier knowing that I don't have to worry about that. I look forward to working with Innovative Construction & Roofing to keep my roof maintained...and one more worry out of my life as homeowner.

Great experience with Innovative. They worked with our insurance company and got everything we wanted done. If any issues occurred or I had questions I simply had to give them a call or text and they responded right away. Overall, great to work with.

Prompt, professional roofers who had folks available to explain everything from the beginning to the end. Many would worry about the mess from having your rood done - not with these guys! Very thorough job of tidying up. They wow'ed us after we failed to meet the requirements for a rebate they suggested by sending us a check for the lost rebate funds. What company does THAT? This one!

We contacted Innovative Roofing wanting quotes on replacing the rubber roof which was on our house. Our roof was flat and pooled water with every rain story. We wanted to upgrade to a sloped shingled roof. Curtis, from Innovative, was prompt in coming over and checking our existing structure. He then came up with three quotes for replacing the roof with shingles, going back with rubber, and finally putting a slight slope on the roof with existing rubber. We chose the third options as meeting our needs and being most economical. Curtis had his workforce over within 2 weeks of signing the contract, and the new roof was completed within 2 days. During the construction, a window screen was torn. Curtis had it repaired without question. We have had the roof now for close to a month and have gone through quite a few periods of rain. We have seen no leaks and the water appears to be draining the way we hoped. Curtis and the people at Innovative were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. We recommend them highly and look forward to doing more construction projects with them.

Our experience with Innovative Construction and Roofing was nothing but positive. They were professional and completed the replacement of our slate roof quickly and with excellent craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them for any historic renovation or hail damaged roof replacement.

I had hail damage on my roof and they came out the next day to take a look at it. Innovative was great to deal with, they handled everything from start to finish. They met the adjuster at my house, submitted the necessary paperwork, contacted the insurance company and put the new roof on at my schedule and finished in a couple of days. All I had to do was cash the insurance checks.

There were other roofing contractors working in my subdivision at the time because of the storm and I can tell from listening to some of my neighbors they didn't get the service I got.

Innovative worked quickly and efficiently, kept us informed, worked with us on our insurance claim, was always responsive and Greg was awesome! Even when there was a problem, everyone was quick to get it resolved. We would definitely use Innovative again for our future projects!

The work they did (roofing/siding/gutters) was done very well. Schedule delays were more than expected but I think that was because there were so many in our area needing work after wide spread damage from a hail storm. They worked with my insurance and made it easier on me. I would use them again.

We took our time deciding on a roofing company after the big hailstorm, and we talked to all of them. Then we researched and eliminated the folks with bad reviews. Innovative was at the top of the reviews with a couple of others. But then we met Josh. Josh was our rep from Innovative and he was great. He took care of us as we lived through the process, meeting with us when there were questions or concerns. He handled all of our concerns and provided us with guidance every step of the way. Our new slate roof is beautiful. We would use them again, but our roof is gonna be here long after we are gone!

Overall very professional and great looking completed job. The salesperson was hard to reach at times but we were very satisfied with the end result, which were exactly as promised. Thank you!

Our roof was replaced in one day and the crew did a wonderful job in addressing any concerns we had during the process. The roof was completed a few months ago and we have had no issues. The architectural shingles look very nice.

So along comes a wind storm and takes off the a huge section right out of the middle of my roof. I called Innovative Roofing and within days my roof was fixed and the color match was perfect between new shingles and existing roof. I dealt with Tim Medlock and Colin Martin, both were extremely professional and knowledgable. They answered any questions I had and completed the job in the exact time frame we had discussed. They were not only competitvely priced but also a breeze to deal with. If you need any roof work this is the place to call. Thanks again guys!!!
