When we discovered we were going to need our roof replaced, I was dreading what I thought would be a difficult and expensive process. That was not the case at all! Innovative Construction and Roofing completely took care of everything. Once our adjuster came out and appraised the damage, I sent the report to our representative for Innovative Construction and he told me they would include our $1500 deductible into the cost of the repair. I didn't pay a penny to replace our roof. They also brought out a large crew and had our roof finished by 1:00 pm. They had our driveway and lawn cleaner than what it was before they got there. Innovative replaced the roof and rain gutters on our house after the May 2013 hail storms. They also arranged to have a painter do our ceilings. The crew had some unexpected Issues come up (like boards that needed to be replaced) and took care of it quickly and with no hassle to us.
