Cannot say enough good about the job that Innovation Painting and Remodeling did for us. We were looking for someone to paint a large commercial space. I reached out to the guys at Innovation Painting to see if they could do the job in the timeline that we needed. I contacted them in the middle of February and really needed the job completed before April first as the new tenant was moving in. They sent someone right over to give us a clear estimate of what the job would entail and the pricing. I was incredibly pleased with the pricing and approved the estimate. The job was completed within the timeframe that I needed, and the results were fantastic. During the job, the crew was extremely easy to deal with and made sure that I was kept in the loop as to how things were progressing. In the last couple of days of the project, an issue with the building was identified and they were able to make the repairs needed and still finish the job on time. I will definitely be using Innovation Painting and Remodeling for future painting needs.

Innovation Painting & Remodeling is an excellent company, both in the fine work that their team provides and the professionalism of their people. Dylan, one of the owners, was onsite daily, reviewing the work and helping as needed. We had engaged Innovation to paint the interior of our house and to fix and replace light fixtures and fans. We are very pleased with the work and we highly recommend this company. The team was accommodating, respectful, and nice. We will be engaging Innovation to undertake some remodeling in the fall.

Great work by Sam and Dylan at Innovation. All the workers and painters showed up on time everyday and an owner or supervisor was always on site most of the time. Highly recommend them.

Professional company & very quick to get the work done while being communicative throughout. Have used them on two separate occasions over the past year for painting and some minor remodeling house projects, would recommend them to any family member, friend, & neighbor!

Bottom Line Up Front- These guys are fantastic; their work is clean and incredibly well done, and their attention to detail is meticulous.
I had them finish the inside of a three-bedroom addition to my home. Here are some key takeaways;

1. They showed up early every day. Not on time... Early. They waited in their vehicle until the agreed-upon time, but they were just waiting to get started.

2. They were upfront and very open with any additional work that needed to be done. There were no hidden costs or cut corners.

3. At no point did they settle for "just good enough." They actually spent the time to correct any flaws in paint or drywall until both they and I were happy.

4. They were amazing with the kids and the dogs. They were polite, and respectful and always spent a bit of time greeting everyone in the home.

5. I have already hired them for two other projects. I have recommended both my family and friends to do the same. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the team they have put together.

Did a good job. Crew was easy to work with and very helpful. A little disappointed that some of the trim didn’t come out as well as I expected, even with primer and two coats of paint. I think I will have to do a third coat.

We are exceedingly pleased with our experience with Innovation Contracting. They were responsive, came to do the job when they said they would, and got the job done (and done well) in the time they said it would get done! Liam and Matt, in particular, were great to deal with, although the entire crew was friendly, courteous, and obviously hard-working. We would highly recommend this company!

We were extremely happy with the high quality of work. The whole crew was very professional and kept us informed from start to finish. The job was completed on time.

The Innovation team did a wonderful job for us, painting our entire house exterior in less than 7 working days. Their work was high quality and thorough. Each member of the team was polite and helpful, responsive to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend them.

Be very careful hiring this company for anything other than painting. I hired for water damage to clapboards and sheathing. They proceeded to say water damage probably goes all the way to the roof(it did not. I hired a professional roofer to evaluate.) Instead of building new support beams that actually supported, they cut and slid in beams to look like they provided support when in fact they were not even nailed in. They then covered with Ty-vek and said they'd come back to finish. When I called I was ghosted. Thank goodness I didn't hire again or I may not have learned about their shoddy work. I hired another company which showed me their fake work. I had to pay to un-do what Innovations did and pay to have it done correctly. Hard lesson learned

After an initial misunderstanding on the contract, they made good on a revised project scope. The crew worked very hard and I never heard them complain about wearing those awful suits and masks to do lead abatement on my siding. At the final walk through, the project foreman, Matt, did more than I expected to make the siding look better. They did a fine job, on budget, and were respectful and professional. A crew of six really good guys!

Innovation did a great job painting my wood sided house. I dealt with Renee, Mat, and Nick who were all super helpful, very communicative, and very knowledgeable about their craft. My home is about 1800 sq/ft and the team had it all done in two days. I would recommend anyone in the Bangor area to hire them for work.

Very pleased with Innovation Painting! Matt communicated well with us from the estimate thru completion. The crew was polite,, worked long days and cleaned up after themselves. The house had a few challenges and they quickly solved them. The job was completed quickly and done well. I would not hesitate to hire them again and urge anyone considering their services to hire them.

We recently had trim work (painting) done on the exterior of our house. The team at innovation was great! They walked through the scope of work with me, and the pricing was fair as well. Their team was very responsive, answering any questions we had.
The team that did the painting were amazing, and were extremely helpful. They walked through the completed project to make sure I was satisfied, and went above and beyond. They exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend them, and look forward to working on future home projects with them!

I had the trim on my house painted. They were very polite and my yard and house looked great after they were finished. I would recommend them and hope to be able to call them again in the future for other projects.

The guys showed up on time for scheduled appointment. They got right to work and tolerated my messy house. Kept everything protected and did a great job.

Innovation General Contracting is awesome. They do great work. Sam Leask (owner) jumped right on my inquiry (he was doing a neighbor’s house) and gave me a reasonable quote. And the painting team did an awesome job. And great cleanup. And after they started the work they realized my eaves were way worse than expected and Sam & team went above and beyond to make it the best. And he honored the quote he gave me.

We had the outside of our house painted and Innovation was easy to deal with. The crew was hardworking and did a great job overall and touching up places we thought needed it. I would recommend them and will contract with them for an internal paint job in the future if schedules work out.

I needed my house painted and happened across a flyer from Sam and Innovation General Contracting. Sam answered the phone and it was easy to schedule a time to see the house. Sam spent time examining and measuring the house and at the end of an hour or so was ready to talk turkey. He explained a number of painting options (ex: brush or spray, one coat two coat) and put $$ numbers against each option. Price quoted was within the expected range. Scheduling a time to paint the house was easy. The guys showed up on time, were all business and did a great job. Gotta like that. We did!
