Infinity helped me about 2 years ago with the roof replacement after some hail. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process, completed the work quickly and efficiently with good quality. Recently needed to call about a warranty issue. They responded lightning fast and took care of the issue. Definitely recommended.

I called Infinity to ask them if they could do an extensive siding repair due to a storm. Not only did they never call me back, I had to call them, but they then proceeded to let me know that they only do full siding replacement! This was after waiting a week for a phone call! So unprofessional! If I ever need a roof or siding replacement I will NOT and calling them!

Great experience with Eric Taylor. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the roof I wanted and helped with other things, too. They did an excellent job and did it quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after nicely. He was very patient with me in selecting the right shingle and did everything he could to help me make the right decision. I love the way the roof looks. He also was great at explaining things as to how my insurance company worked, the payments, etc. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Eric and Infinity.
