We had been dealing with a roof leak and the original installer was not helpful. This roofer responded immediately. The project manager was friendly, professional, and talked through potential issues, showing me video footage of concerned areas. A written estimate came shortly after the visit and upon my approval, the roofing team showed up on the weekend, knowing a big rain was coming the next day. Their team quickly identified the source, took extra steps to install a barrier, an extra flashing, fix a cosmetic issue, made sure the wood sheeting was not damaged, photographed everything, finished the install, and then tested it multiple times. The next day it rained all day and the owner and project manager contacted me to make sure all was well and I was satisfied, saying to call them if I ever had a problem. I have installed several roofs in my years, but this problem was beyond me. The respect, professional interactions, and excellence of the crew/work is not only deeply appreciated, but highly recommend. Know from this post I am not related to anyone in this company, so this is an accurate assessment of my experience.

We are extremely happy with the work crew of Infinity Roofing who did an outstanding job. They were quick to to respond from obtaining a reasonable estimate, to starting the job on time as promised and sending a hardworking crew to get the job done expertly. The crew worked on our roof for 2 days and each day the crew made sure to cover up the landscaping and clean up the yard thoroughly, picking up every bit of debris before leaving.
