Well, this was an adventure I didn’t sign up for.

A few months ago, Indy Roof and Restoration came out to check a leak. They told me what the “problem” was and charged me $500 for a “long-term tarp” which, fun fact, lasted about as long as a wet paper towel. The roof kept leaking.

Round two: they send someone else out, who says, “Oh no, that’s not the issue, this is the issue.” Cool, so now the fix is $5,000 and I’ve already paid $500 for… what exactly? A fancy slip ’n slide?

When I asked why the first person didn’t mention the actual problem, and suggested applying the $500 toward the new repair, I was offered $200 off, but only if I gave them two referrals and left a Google review. So here’s my review!

Spoiler alert: I’ll be referring myself to literally anyone else.

Luke Mroz, the Project Manager of my homes roof project absolutely nailed it. I was in the ER during a good portion of the project and he kept me well informed of progress and any issues along the way. Can't recommend Luke and Indy Roof & Restoration enough. If you want excellent pricing, communication, and workmanship, then this is the place to go.

Bryan was great, especially working with our insurance. As first time homeowners experiencing a leak in our roof, Bryan walked us through everything with our insurance, getting on the phone with them on our behalf and explaining the whole process from start to finish, it gave great piece of mind!

I recently had my roof fixed by Jimmy and his team at Indy Roof Company, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable about what he was doing and answer all the questions I had.

Brain was great ,He took the time to explain every detail of the job & answers any questions. Keep up the good work. Wish all company's was this helpful.

We recently got a new roof due to hail damage, and were extremely pleased with the work and support Bryan Brown provided. He ensured that all was good to go with Allstate Insurance for the claim, and made this a very seamless process. The roof looks great, we ended up getting gutters done too — thankful for Bryan & IndyRoof! Would recommend.

Honest, friendly, trustworthy experience! Refreshing NOT to have a high pressure and condescending sales experience. Buyer beware. I removed my initial review they requested mid-way through the quoting process. As we went through the process, the quoted price kept going up, and they tried to add unwanted work.

They admitted that they were worried they would have to change the price mid-job, which tells me they have done this before. I walked away and am disappointed for my wasted time.

I normally wouldn't leave a review about this, but since they initially requested one before work was agreed to or completed, I thought I would be honest.

Tyler was great to work with, got me covered by insurance and the quality of work was excellent, I would definitely choose Indy Roof & Restoration for future projects and would highly recommend.

AJ and the crew at Indy Roof & Restoration were absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. The crew treated our house and property like it was their own. I would definitely recommend Indy Roof & Restoration to anyone needing a roof or exterior work done.

Worked with AJ from start to finish, great communication. Roof and gutters were torn off and re-done in a day and a half. Great experience.

Shawn Signore was very professional and explained his process thoroughly and professionally. He inspected our roof from inside and outside the house. He was also very careful to not do any harm to the roof. I would highly recommend him and his company to others.

Tyler Spicer was professional and helpful! He had a lot of knowledge about roofing. He informed me I had a unique roof! No hail damage! Highly recommend!

Tyler Spicer came out did an inspection and found there was no damage, offered me gutters because there a superior option on the market, I would highly recommend him and this company! Very trustworthy!

Horrible. Hired them last August when I had a limb take out my gutters. Indy Roof spotted hail damage on the roof and pushed for a new roof and siding in addition to the gutters. Insurance company declined much of the damage so Indy Roof pushed me to go with an independent adjuster, saying they would cover the costs as long as they did the work. Now they refuse to start work and ghost my calls. Meanwhile the independent adjuster is harassing me for over $500. I physically went to Indy Roof and spoke to Carl Miller, director of operations and he fully assured me he would get everything taken care of. It’s been 3-weeks now and I’ve heard nothing and my phone calls haven’t been returned.

My family and I are moving, and we need a new roof. AJ's been to my house twice to take a look and offer us a quote. What I look for the most during quotes is honesty. AJ was more than honest and pointed out things that I hadn't even thought of. His communication was excellent, and his quote was more than fair. I can't wait to see him work his magic on our roof! :)

Indy Roof did a great job with my roof replacement. AJ worked with me throughout the process. He was available nights and weekends to answer questions or bring samples. The communication was very well appreciated from both AJ and Derreck.

Paul arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. He seemed knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the things that he saw. He said that my roof was still in good shape, despite its age. He gave me quotes on some smaller jobs (gutter covers, replace a gutter), but was not high-pressure.

I needed to get my roof replaced. After a tornado we had a leak and many other issues I didn't even know about. IndyRoof was absolutely amazing to work with. Travis was new and let me know this but he has been above and beyond, super helpful and informational. He has talked me through the process and brought others in when needed. They scheduled me a date then they were able to even get me in sooner!!! I was so excited because I am pregnant and really wanted to get it done before the baby came. Brandon and his crew came in about 7 am and my old roof was torn off and my brand new one was put on within the day!!! They cleaned up after themselves and they was so easy to work with. Brandon updated me all throughout the day with calls or texts because I had to work and my daughter had a softball game. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. They walked me through this process even helped me with my insurance because I never done anything like this before. They were fabulous.

Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the issues on the the roof clearly, and was upfront. He was helping my neighbors and came over when I had my questions. He helped me get some information and assisted with making the claim with my insurance.

Matt went above and beyond on trying to
find the leak in our roof. Evening though he unable drill down specifically on the leak he did find a couple other areas of concern,
other than those of the roof, that might be causing the leak.

Honest people. They were replacing a roof in the neighborhood and came and checked mine. Said my roof was in great shape with no problems. Very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this company!

Overall had a great experience with Indy Roof & Restoration. Extremely helpful throughout the process, with everything from coming out to inspect the home, helping start the claim with insurance, came out when the insurance company sent their inspectors to look at the house, and then came out and knocked out the project. One thing I wish was a little better communication during the downtime or waiting period, while waiting for insurance to get things processed. We started the process in September 2024 and the project wrapped up the beginning of May 2025, very little communication between November and March. I get these are the winter months and no construction stuff can really happen during that time, but some sort of communication to let us know we weren’t forgotten.

Super thankful for the help with our new roof! AJ is reliable, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to start but I wish, we could give Bryan more than 5 stars. When we needed our roof looked at, we called him! He showed up when he said he would! He was really nice and courteous! He informed us with all the information we need! I will be calling him every time! I would refer him to anyone!

Indy Roof was the only company of 3 that was willing to help and support me through my roof replacement and insurance claim process. They stuck through and made sure to see the project to completion. AJ was fantastic to work with the the final roof looked fantastic!

Frank did a great job inspecting our roof and sharing his findings. We didn’t end up needing a repair, but we feel better knowing it’s checked and how to keep an eye on it in the future years.

Mark came out to access the condition of my roof and determined it was fine for a few more years. I appreciate his honesty and would definitely recommend him.

Matt Stumpo came out to give a quote, entire process took about an hour, including their presentation. Was very thorough in discussing the options and making sure any questions were answered.

Frank came out and did an inspection on my roof, and gave me an honest review and said it was still in good shape.

Very happy with our experience with Matt S. this evening. He came out very promptly, did a very thorough inspection and was very informative with us. This is by far the best experience we have had with a roofing company. Matt was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable and truly the best towards us. Highly recommend would not call anyone else!

Tyler Spicer was great! Awesome communication, even came out for estimate on a Sunday, as we had heavy rain on day of original day of estimate.

Tyler Spicer was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me in making decisions regarding my storm damaged roof. He assisted also in understanding the insurance information I received. I feel confident in my decision in getting my roof work done.

No one wants to need a roof replaced, but Bryan Brown worked so well with our insurance company to get as much as possible for us and our home. I can't recommend him enough. On the day of our roof replacement, the crew was quick and we are so happy with the end results. There were some clerical errors on what needed done on our property, but those were eventually resolved. The cleanup after the work was completed was done poorly. There were over 2 dozen nails/screws left around my house. The crew came back out and cleaned up after being asked to do so, but there were still areas that were noted that they did not clean. I understand that, with the volume of nails used and needed, there will be some left behind. But, this needed more attention and care.

Edit: After my job was completed, there were still so many things I needed help with, and the communication from IRR to me was poor. In nearly a 2 month wait from the completion of my project to when I received the final check from insurance, I only had successful contact with my representative, Bryan, one time. I'm happy to have a new roof, but I am all around disappointed at the communication. Review has gone from 4 stars to 3.

Frank with Indy Roofing came out and inspected our roof and this was a great and informative experience. Frank was very upfront with us and gave his honest observations.
If needed in the future Indy Roofing will be my first call.

AJ Gratz was very knowledgeable and had a lot of information to share about the roofing process. The new roof looks great.

I highly recommend Indy Roof. We worked directly with Paul regarding a small leak in our master bathroom when we get heavy rain. He showed up on time and quickly took care of the issue. He also informed us about easy maintenance every couple of years to prevent the same issue from happening in the future. Thank you Paul!
