What do you do, as a homeowner, when you have a 100 yr. old historic home which is structurally unsound and has an exterior in need of a total restoration? You find the best possible contractor for the project. We did exactly that, with the hiring of INDIGO RENOVATIONS.
Our home, a 4000sqft Colonial Revival, needed an entire exterior restoration and renovation. The project had its surprises, but the team at INDIGO handled each one with efficiency and craftsmanship. Balancing the requirements of a local Historic Preservation Committee and a homeowner who has an obsession for detail, also proved that INDIGO was up to the challenge. Zach, Eric and their team of carpenters, led by Martin, were open and flexible, easy to work with and professional. Most importantly, communication from start to finish was excellent. For all of this, we are most grateful. We would recommend them for your next project and would not hesitate to hire again.

Love these guys! They care about doing a great job and will take care of you. Quality work, attention to detail, very prompt responses. We had a two story addition built, so there was a lot of work to do - and they did an amazing job!

We used Indigo to tear down a wall between our kitchen and breezeway to make a new mudroom space. The space needed to be insulated and drywalled with a new door to the backyard installed. We are very happy with all aspects of working with Indigo. From the start, they were quick to review our project and get us a bid. From the time we decided to move forward, they scheduled a team to start within a week. The onsite team was professional and efficient. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up after each work day. The end product looks like it has always been part of our home and the quality is top-notch. I would highly recommend Indigo!

Indigo Renovations helped facilitate an exterior Hail Damage Claim for our roof and siding. They went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were satisfied. They also rebuilt our chimney. We were very impressed with their professionalism, their knowledge of the project, and efficiency. I would highly recommend them for any project. They worked with us and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions and answered any questions we had in the process. We will be using them for future projects!

We were extremely pleased with the work Indigo completed on our home. My fiancé has a very high standards when it comes to construction and indigo exceeded our expectations. We recently had a total roof replacement followed by a siding replacement by a different contractor that left some issues near the perimeter of the roofline. Ian came out and recognized the issues before we could even point them out and explained the details of what he planned to do giving us the confidence that he understands the mechanics of a roof. We explained how quickly we wanted the work done and Indigo had the work completed in 2 days. We rarely receive this level of professionalism from a contractor and would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Indigo based on the projects they have completed at my house and at my workplace. Ian and his team installed new seamless gutters and downspouts at my house, and my wife and I could not be happier! As the director of a banquet facility, I asked Indigo to convert an exterior closet into a new bathroom. The transformation from a bare room to sleek new bathroom was incredible! Indigo handled everything from electrical work, to plumbing, to tile work, painting, and installing the sink and toilet. Indigo was great to work with from the initial estimate to the finished product. Their communication and professionalism sets them apart as the premier company to work with in the Indy area.

Indigo did an awesome job on a roof repair this summer. I had rotting wood and shingles on a corner of my house. They showed up within a day and I had an estimate shortly after. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some type of home renovation.

Indigo helped replace/repair siding on my home from wind damage. They did an unbelievable job. Fair pricing and efficient work all around. I was very pleased and will definitely be using them again in the future.
