Andy and Alex are excellent. They called before coming they came early. They completed numerous jobs and much less time than I anticipated. They replaced valves under the kitchen sink. They also changed main water valve, and resolved a long-standing problem I had with my outside water system. Again I would highly recommend this company and especially the men working on my plumbing. Both Andy and Alex were cordial, professional, and efficient. As a side note I have very rarely given a 5 out of 5-star rating.

Dennis was very professional and efficient. He had an opening in his schedule to come early and immediately contacted us, which was extremely convenient. He fixed our issue quickly and for a reasonable price. Definitely would use them again and would highly recommend.

Jeremy was super helpful for a kitchen and outdoor faucet repair! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain workarounds moving forward relating to one of my issues. Will definitely use Isley again in the future if needed!

We had a sump pump that would not shutoff I knew that soon we would have a bigger problem. I call your office and was scheduled that morning to get a replacement. The crew came earlier than expected and they did a great job.

Had a water heater issue which is never a fun experience. Jake and Andrew from Isley arrived and fixed everything faster than expected. They found our water heater was still under warranty which saved us a lot of money and they communicated everything clearly throughout the process. I'll be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

No one likes a plumbing surprise especially under duress of a home buyers inspection report! Sadly, I got to learn the Navien tankless water heater I had them install in 2020 was leaking after they had just been in to service it on May 7 2025. The Navien itself is awesome and I am a big fan, but the install was poor. I should not have had a leak in just 5 years for a basement unit used by 2 people but perhaps that is how they get future revenue. This unit requires yearly flush (additional expense) which I have diligently done (though not shown on service log, I have the invoices) as we have hard water and I wanted to prolong its life. Sadly, at the May visit, they didn’t acknowledge the leak. I got to learn of it from the inspector in June. From the photo, it looks like this has been going on a while. We had them out to correct today, June 19 2025 and they refused to cover the cost stating the install labor warranty ended at 1 year. I also had them install water softener around the same time in 2020. That also came up on the inspection report. Mysteriously that is leaking at year 5 as well. Buyer beware, this company provides poor quality, either through cheap parts or sloppy install service, and denying that is just poor ethics.

We have used Isley for 8 years and will be moving to another service provider. Unfortunately, Dennis was rude and upon his arrival told me they wouldn’t be able to fix one of our issues because of another appointment. Additionally, despite the front office confirming they would be able to assess our water softener (the main reason for the visit), Dennis refused to assess.

They were able to come out on the day I called and give me an estimate on replacing our tank water heater with a tankless system. Then, the work was able to be done the very next day! Shaun and his partner were very prompt, kept me informed and completed the job in the time frame promised. We'll definitely keep calling Isley for all our plumbing needs.

Jake and his team did a great job and hopefully this new tank will last another 7 plus years.

We had our water heater serviced. The technicians were on time and very efficient. They we friendly and did a great job. We always use Isley.

Recently had an annual service along with a complete new water softener install. Shaun, the lead technician was extremely helpful and performed great service. Was able to frankly address any questions I had and provide service options. The water softener install was due to a failure and he was able to arrange the install during the same visit on his own initiative. I fully understood that if would have to be the following week but he went above and beyond to get the install complete during the same visit. Highly recommend LE Isley & Sons.

I had L.E. Isley deliver some salt for my home. They took it down to the basement, filled my softener tank and took the empty bags with them. Their service tech Steve could not have been nicer. I have used them for this service for a few years and I love it.

Old water heater leaking after 8 years, which seems to be about the best you get, and replaced with a tankless water heater. The Isley team was great. Pricing was reasonable and the installers were efficient and let the place clean.

Will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Jake Lembke, Isley, and his associate did an excellent job repairing my kitchen sink issues and a leaking bathroom faucet. I have an old home whose plumbing can pose a more than normal challenge. I greatly appreciated their friendly, efficient, cost-saving and professional work. I've used Isley for years. They will continue to be at the top of my list to call on plumbing issues.

I recently had a few plumbing issues and called Isley & Sons. One was with resin from my water softener in my bath tub. They sent technicians Jeremy & Caleb who discovered that I needed a part replaced in the softener. They also worked on an outdoor water spigot that had not worked since before I moved into my house 2 years ago. I had been told by a previous plumber that I would have to cut into my new kitchen cabinets to replace it. Jeremy determined that he would be able to fix it without having to do that. As one can imagine, I am grateful. Jeremy & Caleb were on time, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable. I will only call Isley & Sons for my future plumbing needs.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem. Isley was the third plumbing company I had called, and they identified the root cause and fixed it. I would definitely use them again.

Jeff along with an apprentice performed the scheduled maintenance on our Tankless Water Heater quickly and with great care. They also took the time to discuss some other concerns I had noticed in the house! They arrived earlier than expected but made sure to call ahead. Plus, when scheduling the scheduler did check to see if they could be a bit early if time permitted when setting up the appointment.

We had two issues as a result of a home inspection. Both plumbers with Isley were on time, had the necessary experience and materials with them to get the jobs done in a timely manner. They left the job site clean. As a realtor I have recommended this company and am happy to do so!

Although I usually use Jake at Isley Plumbing because he’s amazing today, they sent me Charlie and he did a wonderful job. He was kind. He was knowledgeable and he was quick.

I had a great experience with Shaun. He was straightforward and honest the entire time. We had a new water heater, water softener, and whole house filter quoted and installed. L.E. Isley & Sons is a great choice when choosing a plumber. My technician Jake was phenomenal. I had an issue with water pressure, and he quickly discovered it was the water softener and explained everything. I scheduled a next day install it was super fast. Prices are solid, they even let you provide your own softener. Jake did a great job and he even brought up our trash can after trash day on his way up. Can't beat customer service like that. Would highly recommend Isley, especially Jake!

Update: My 13y/o water heater went out and Isley was able to come by next day (Saturday!!) And replace it. Alex was super helpful and quick with it. You really can't go wrong with Isley for all your plumbing needs.

Excellent service. Isley confirms appt and sends reminders, shows up on time. Replaced my water heater next morning after diagnostic. Shawn said he was surprised that the burner was still working at the rate the tank was leaking. Sure enough, the burner went out that night; would have had a long Memorial Day weekend w/o hot water … close call! No upcharge for <24 hr service; final bill less than estimate!

I called Isley because my tankless water heater was not working. The individual that answered the phone was very professional in asking about the problem and setting up an appointment. Shaun Morris showed up as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. He got the water heater working again but warned me that the problem might resurface and told me what my options were. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained my options. The next day the water heater stopped again. Shaun came back with a replacement circuit board, but no luck in getting the problem resolved. I needed the old tankless water heater replaced, but this being 4th of July week, the work schedules were full. Luckily Shaun was able to adjust his schedule and fit me in before the holiday.
I will certainly call them again for future repairs. Everyone that I dealt with at Isley was professional and friendly and made certain that the customer was important to them. VERY SATISFIED and thrilled to have hot water again.

I was able to get an appointment quickly after I called, and the technicians were very courteous and professional. The charge for their service was very reasonable.
