Recently had dryer vent cleaning completed by Wellman Exteriors and only have great things to say! Mike was professional, reliable, and overall fun and enjoyable to work with! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone!

I had one of his technicians out to my house and not only was he friendly but he was done and clean up early.

“Check the vent” indicator flashed on the dryer; I contacted Wellman Exteriors and was scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning 3 days later! I received a courtesy call from Austin to let me know he was on his way. Austin is not only professional, but he is very friendly and courteous. Explained what he would be doing, completed the job and cleaned up all the “stuff” when he finished. Austin did a quality job (hard to come by these days), and in addition, saved two baby birds who were nested inside the vent! I will definitely use Wellman in the future and will highly recommend to the HOA and friends & family. Thank you, Austin!

I had my chimney cleaned twice by Wellman Exteriors. The first time was done really well and they were very thorough and cleaned out all the fallen debris. Because they did well, I requested them again. The second time, however, there was a person being trained who cleaned the chimney and they were not nearly as thorough. They swept the chimney but did not vacuum out the fallen debris. I then received an invoice a month later saying my payment was due the very next day (which was really not enough notice). I reached out and explained that I was unhappy with the service and didn't feel I should be charged the entire amount. Rather than being understanding, the representative told me that they are not supposed to clean out the debris, which is what they had done the previous time. I tried to discuss further but my email was then ignored and more invoice reminders sent. I also tried calling several times to talk to a person, left a voicemail and no one ever answered. After all this, they even charged me a late fee after only 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. I am not sure what happened with the company but they used to be much more responsive and understanding and unfortunately I will definitely not be using their service again after this.

Excellent! Called this past Tuesday & had an appointment by Thursday! Two workers came in and cleaned my chimney in 15 minutes! No mess. No hassle on my part.

We used Wellman exteriors this week at Hampton place apartments, Mike Fox was our technician. He was very Professional, on time and over all friendly. He completed 150 dryer vent cleanings in less than a day and half. I would highly recommend wellman exteriors.

Wellman Exteriors worked within our community to provide sercivings for annual dryer inspections. Nick and Aaron were on time each morning, and greeted our team with respect and full understanding of the implementations of their work regiment. Time efficiency was provided to our community from each date of servicing. We used this service for dryer vent cleaning. Nick and Aaron were hard workers and had a system to do the majority of the work through the exterior vents, inconveniencing our residents as little as possible, especially in COVID conditions. They did our entire property in one day, and didn't let the inclement weather slow them down. They were professional and had good rapport with the residents and my maintenance team.
