I had an active leak in my roof and Dylan got a specialist out for an estimate the next day then the roof was fixed the following day. Great work, highly recommend.

I had a roof leak on my house, right in the middle of my living room. From first contact with Indianapolis Roofing until the work was completed was barely 24 hours.
However the crew they sent out did not do the agreed upon job (a valley rebuild), they only patched a small area. I called to ask the company to send someone to inspect the work. A few days later they sent another crew and they completed the work as expected.
Unfortunately when they finished, they left a pile of torn off shingles, nails and other debris next to my driveway, saying someone would be by to pick it up.
It’s been ten days now and three messages to the company, who assured me they would send a truck, and the pile remains. I know this company has great reviews for good work and clean up-that is why I chose them for my job, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

The team came out timely and was in constant communication with me. They were able to get out to do the work faster than any other roofer I called. The team even came back a second time for free to help clear up an additional hole a raccoon made in my house. The team was professional and easy to work with

Very quick to schedule someone to come out and take a look at an overflowing gutter. The two men were very kind and honest about what they saw, took pictures and even checked my other gutters/downspouts. Very pleased with all interactions with this company.

Gutters were installed extremely quick, and no mess left on premises. Came out the next day to change direction of two downspouts. Very thorough and responsive!!

I received multiple quotes for our roof. They were the most reasonably priced. They were able to replace our roof within a week as we were on a tight timeline and had to have everything completed by a certain date! Recently, we had Indianapolis Roofing replace our Roof, Gutters, and also had them paint our house.
All three projects were completed on time. Roofing was completed early.
The work was professionally done, and the entire area was clear of debris.
Dylan was fair and honest. When we were thinking about replacing all of our decking, he explained that only part of the decking needed work, saving us thousands of dollars.
The roof looks great, and I know we are safe for years to come.
The painting helped to freshen up the house. It hadn’t been overall painted in years.
The gutters are now the standard size, and they have the leaf guards, so that I won’t have to climb up and clean them out.

We asked that the company quote the roof replacement for our daughter's house. Every other company gave us a run-around about how they had to get in front of our insurance company and were double or triple the estimate given by Indianapolis Roofing.
They were very quick with the estimate and did exactly what we wanted in a professional way - no pushy sales tactics at all.

Dylan won't up-sell you for 99 different things. Dylan won't use predatory marketing tactics on you. Dylan will give you an honest opinion about cost-effective options to make your house look great. He and his company are very innovative for the space, I talked to about 12 contractors in total and he pointed out several easily overlooked methods that none of the others even considered. I don't want to share all their "trade secrets" in the interest of maintaining their competitive edge, but I'll share some low-hanging fruit:

I have some old gutters on my house, they are not in bad shape (other than sealing some leaks) but the fascia boards underneath them were rotting out and needed to be replaced. Every other contractor told me that these old gutters used an old style of barbed spike that would essentially require the gutter to be mangled and destroyed on removal, so they told me they would have to install new gutters... except Dylan. He pointed out that whole idea was stupid because you could just use bolt cutters on the spikes and salvage the gutter. He then also tossed me a VERY reasonable quote to paint the old gutters. Now? They look new (heck, the HOUSE looks new).

THAT, in combination with several other similar suggestions, is the common sense kind of thinking that you want in any contractor. Everyone involved was timely (uncommon for contractors) and Nesha was extremely helpful and polite. I had them repair much of my siding, a rough section of my roof, and paint the house. I'll be calling them back to replace the rest of the roof in a subsequent year, and I'm already talking to them about having a couple other jobs done.

The experience I went through was just amazing. Gutters were replaced well in time, staff was courteous and very responsive. Recommend their services to everyone!

They provided active insurance claim assistance at every step of the way beginning with documentation of the extent and specifics of the damage using modern drone technology. They were present during the insurance company inspection, properly documenting the needed repairs and costs in a manner that was acceptable to the insurance company and filing the necessary documents. Their service and workmanship were outstanding, as was their communication throughout the project. The company also includes a guarantee that goes far beyond any I have seen in this industry.
