Last Friday, I called Indiana Quality for an emergent door replacement at my elderly mother's home due to a break in. Understanding the situation, Indiana Quality went above and beyond to get us a estimate and was able to work magic to get the new patio door installed within three days of that initial call.

Donald did an amazing job with the patio door installation and went out of his way to make my mom feel much more secure in her home. It is so nice to work with a company that not only does Quality and affordable work, but goes out of their way for their customers.

I couldn't be happier with my recent experience replacing all the windows in my rental property with Indiana Quality. I'd seen their work around my neighborhood and saw multiple recommendations on our neighborhood Facebook page, so I decided to give them a call.

Chris came out to give me an estimate and was very professional and understanding of my budget and timeline concerns. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, just straight talk about my options. The pricing and anticipated installation timeline were better than the other companies that came out for quotes. The office team kept me in the loop, and the install crew – Michael, Mike, Donald, and Eddy – were absolute pros. They were fast, efficient, and left the house as clean as when they arrived. The installed windows look great!

Towards the end of the installation, Chris stopped by to make sure that everything was going well and met my expectations. Seriously, this whole process went very well and I am highly satisfied. Michael, Mike, Austin, Donald, and Eddy are the dream team. This is the team that worked on my window. They were confident, pleasant, and polite. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you, gentleman, for helping me during the entire process.

They almost lose a star due to the communication leading up to the install being very disconnected from the request for an update I submitted (such as not fully reviewing a voicemail left with them and not calling the number specified to coordinate, not getting back to me on the days specified that they would, etc.) but the disappointment in that process was tempered by an excellent install team that provided prompt service.

The install was smooth and efficient. The install team of Michael, Mike and Austin were very prompt, courteous and quick to eliminate any confusion or concern. Michael was very transparent (and a pretty funny guy!) and made sure to double check the order and confirm we had the right components before starting the install. They were done a lot faster than I had expected, but the windows so far look great!

We will likely have more projects in the coming days, and my experience with Indiana Quality was satisfactory enough to consider them the first call for any further window replacements we might have.

I've seen their work on multiple homes, and my company does subcontracting drywall and painting work for them after window/door installation. I will use them when I need new windows/doors for sure! These are just three of the homes they did an excellent job on, that I've seen recently!

Chet and Luke were fantastic installers! The meticulously installed new sliding glass door and new window. They worked continuously and very hard especially on the slider. I would always recommend Chet and his son Luke!! Plus they were very pleasant and friendly answering all my questions!

Unfortunately the originally scheduled install date had to be rescheduled but we had time available and Chet communicated well to come out 2 days later on a Sunday morning to get our door installed. I’ve replaced front doors before (if the house isn’t cooperative, it isn’t easy, my house doesn’t cooperate) but Chet got it new front door installed, couldn’t be happier with it. No gaps, cracks, and we now have a fully functioning front door. We felt that Chet completed our door install soundly and professionally.

Frank, Austin, Mike W., and Michael did a quick and quality job with installing 2 basement windows that we had issues with of prior getting installed. Would rec Indiana Quality to family and friends.

Excellent customer care to the point of taking care of communications with the window supplier who was a nightmare to work with. Nita, the office manager, is great, and the install teams were great as well (Frank, Austin, Mike T., and Mike W.) I highly recommend this company!

Our installer, Chet, was knowledgeable and provided good service. Unfortunately, the door delivered was not what we had ordered so he will need to return when a new door is provided.

Had all the windows in my home replaced. 22 in total. Michael, Mike, Austin and Frank did a fantastic job. They completed the job in one day!!

Had my windows installed by them on a rainy day. After installation one of my shutters fell off and upon inspection all of them are now loose and will most likely fall down as well. It wasn’t brought to my attention that this would happen at all nor did they even mention they were loose after installation. I called to let them know and they said they didn’t touch my shutters so there is nothing they will do. If you plan on getting windows installed I would get the shutters included in the quote.

The guys were very professional and tidy. They laid down a tarp to keep broken glass from falling onto my patio and cleaned as they worked to install my new window. An overall seamless process.

Frank, Mike, and Michael were very professional, and the service was quick even though it was snowing and we were replacing 6 windows. Would recommend.

Frank & Austin arrived on time, they were to install three new windows. Unfortunately, one of the windows was damaged during shipping. Frank & Austin installed the the two good windows quickly and did some real quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got estimates from them, Lowe's and pella, I didn't exactly get the same sliding door at each place. Indiana quality gave me an estimate for 3 doors so I could choose. I chose the middle priced option. They were able to explain the door brands/models and differences better which I found helpful. Indiana quality was priced well and workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

At the moment we didn’t have a working front door, they insisted to get our existing door in working condition before leaving. This was the second time I had windows installed that were purchased from Home Depot and I will request these installers to return when I have the rest of my windows replaced.

I spoke with the scheduler in July for some repair work that needed to be done on a job installed by another Home Depot contractor. She assured me that they understood what needed to be done and set a day for her employees to fix the issues. She said it would take one to two days so I took the time off work, and cleared the rooms they needed to work in. The workers showed up took pictures and left within 10 min. No work done no follow up scheduled, they assured me someone would let me know when they could come back to fix the job despite that being the purpose of their visit to begin with. FIVE weeks later the scheduler calls me back with the same song and dance as the first time. I told her I would not clear my schedule again until I saw a statement of work and an estimated timeline for completion. She told me they could provide neither of those two things so I told her I would get with Home Depot and have someone else do the job. About 4 weeks later she decides it’s a great idea to start calling my dad to try to schedule through him! Apparently she contacted Home Depot and got his information from the original contract. He neither lives with me nor has been in charge of any aspects of scheduling my home renovation project. I emailed the company to find out who was in charge and essentially just try to get them to stop harassing my family. The owner called me immediately and just wanted to set up yet another time to come inspect my project. I would say their organization, communication and staff are more or less a joke.

Indiana Quality did a reinstall of a botched Lowe's window installation of two large picture windows and two dual double hung windows. The crew was professional, efficient, cordial and thorough. Every crew member was working all the time, something I did not experience with the original Lowe's crew.
