Imperial Roofing is amazing! I needed a new roof done because the old roof started leaking. Their customer service was incredible! We got three separate companies to provide quotes, Imperial was not only the first to provide their quote (literally the following day after I called) but they also were the best quote. The quality of work was exceptional! I left to go to work the morning they were to begin and I came home at 3:30pm to find not only had they completed the ENTIRE roof but they also had cleaned up all of the scrap and old material. I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Imperial Roofing Sarnia is the best!

Have had a nagging intermittent leak problem during driving rains for a while, and based on other very positive reviews, contacted Imperial Roofing to see if they could figure it out. Myles came out and had a look at the roof, and then inside the attic, but unfortunately, the rain had stopped and he saw nothing obvious, but applied some possible fixes anyway. Just days ago, during a real downpour, the leak happened again, and I contacted Myles, and he was able to get here ASAP while the rain was still coming down. After another quick attic inspection he saw the actual water intrusion point, and went up top again, and found and fixed the problem. We've been dry ever since, and I have nothing but kudos for Imperial Roofing, and Myles McShea. When we replace our roof next time, Imperial will be our "go to" roofer. They're just that good.

Imperial Roofers were great. A shout out to Myles McShea who managed the project from start to finish. Myles made sure that I was "in the loop" regarding all elements of the project, from installing an emergency tarp to completing the job in a timely and professional manner.

Dustin and Zack came to install skylight they were very accommodating, knowledgeable and very kind and I thank Myles to send them over , great asset to this business, I really recommend Imperial roofing they are doing great Work.

During recent storm we lost a turbine off the roof.Miles went above and beyond came 30mins after calling on a saturday and went up and patched the hole.
Crew came on Monday and installed and repaired the roof.
Very professional and very reasonable!

Excellent service. A crew of 5 arrived yesterday. They removed 2 layers of shingles and put in new plywood, barrier, shingles and vents.
The crew was very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The new roof looks fantastic and they cleaned up great. I recommend this company and crew to anyone who is looking for a professional job.

I required a roof hole/vent for the installation of a bathroom ceiling fan. I called two other companies who said they would do it then never responded for over a month.

I wish had I called Imperial first, they gave me a clear deadline when they could come out and followed up promptly as soon as a staff was available.

Jamie did a great job and will gladly use Imperial in the future for any of my roofing needs.

One of their drivers crossed the line and smoked my buddys tow mirror off, they tried to hit and run, my buddy chased him down and called the owner of the company, owner told him to kick rocks and he refuses to pay. Disgusting excuse for a company owner when there were 2 other witnesses in the vehicle. loser
