This company was going around the neighborhood inspecting roofs and came to my house. Josh Miller, the contractor, inspected my roof and gutters and said they were damaged and needed replaced. Insurance company came out twice and said I needed new gutters, but not a whole new roof. Some patch work on the backside of the roof was all. Once he knew he wasn’t going to get a new roof out of me or my insurance, they left me high and dry! No returned phone call or messages. Now I’m stuck with getting this work done and I honestly should’ve never answered the door. Just beware people. My insurance company called them “door knocker’s” and to never buy into the scam. The did my neighbor the same way!

After a hail storm hit my area, Billy scheduled a roof inspection with me. He updated me on a change to scheduling due to weather, and arrived on time. No roof damaged was found but he notified me that my siding had significant damage due to hail.

I can’t say enough great things about this Josh and Imperial roofing. From start to finish, they were sincere, professional, and extremely knowledgeable—especially when it came to working with my insurance company. They walked me through every step of the process, explained things clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely manageable.

What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—not just to get my roof approved through insurance, but to make sure the work was done right and with quality materials. They truly had my best interests in mind and treated my home like it was their own. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or dealing with an insurance claim. You won’t find better service with Josh or support anywhere else.

Big thanks to Billy for coming out and making a solid repair on my downspout and gutter yesterday. It was a small job but I couldn’t do it myself. He was on time and very professional throughout, he also inspected my siding and made a quick repair to some flashing after. Top notch service and communication at a fair price!

And the man’s got an eye for detail too—he recommended a shingle layout that catches the early morning sunlight just right, like some HGTV meets Bob Ross masterpiece. The end result? A roof with the kind of curb appeal that makes you stop and say “dang.”

Also, his handshake? Like a hydraulic press. You’ll know you’re in good hands—literally.

What a great company ! Zane was so knowledgeable , professional , honest and kind.
Zane kept us up to date on the process. He was on site to answer any questions we had. When Zane came to our home for the quote he went above and beyond to talk to us about our dogs and what they might experience during our roof install. We called our vet and had a chat on what was best to give them. Our fur babies were not phased by the install thanks to Zane. That is above and beyond !

We had a storm come thru and tear off the top part of our roof. Josh came out and was extremely knowledgeable on the insurance process and made it so much less of a headache than I ever imagined. We decided to go with a metal roof, Josh was able to get that taken care of for us too.

I got a roof replacement in spring of 2024. Zane was great to work with. He walked me through the process and answered all of the questions I had. The roof still looks great and is a big improvement.
