We hired this company to replace our roof and some siding. They did a very good job. Their crew worked long hours and weekends to make sure that the job is finished as soon as possible. They also communicated quickly on issues and status. I highly recommend it.

We hired Imperial to replace our roof and put on new James Hardie siding, and we are really happy with the results. The crew was fast, efficient, and cleaned up perfectly every day. Mikhail was great to work with—super patient and helpful while we navigated the insurance process after our roof got hit by a hailstorm. He made it easy by providing all the photos and documentation we needed.

Team did a fantastic job of rescuing my roof in an emergency and did not stop until our roof and chimneys were all in good shape. A life saver. Very easy to communicate with, they got the job done quickly and kept the work site clean!! Very happy!

Imperial Building repaired my home from the hail storm last summer. They replaced my roof, garage doors, flashing between Hardi siding and stone and some other miscellaneous repairs. Mikhails company did an excellent job and the repairs were done very quick. Mikhail was always responsive either by voice, or text. The insurance claim was less than a smooth process and Mikhail was very patient in receiving payments.
It was quite an extensive job and I was happy to find a company that could do all of the repairs. Ironically I was driving to work and while waiting at a light a truck from Imperial Building was next to me. I had spoke to a couple companies, but they only did roofs and I would have needed to find a different contractor. The truck indicated they did siding, roofing and gutters. I checked them out on the web and found they are a certified hardi siding installer and a certified Timberline shingle installer. I thought perfect, this company can do all of my repairs.
I am very happy to have chosen Imperial Building and I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding experience with Mikhail and team from day 1 - highly recommend!

We had the team take on a large siding, trim, gutters, and fascia project, on both our home and garage, with some additional painting of deck materials and pillars around our home.

Mikhail is very attentive and responsive, making several in person trips to explain the process, answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate our large project prior to finalizing a contract.

From project start, the crew showed up every morning, worked all day and repeated until the job was done. These guys are impressive, hard labor, high ladders, several custom cuts and finishing, and the end result looks fantastic.

Throughout the install, there were a few quality concerns, one due to James Hardie board materials, and a couple areas where finishing touches weren’t up to par. Mikhail and team, no question, resolved all of these issues, replacing any impacted materials and perfecting the issues of concerns. His communication was consistent and immediate, chatting via text or call throughout the project.

All in all, we love the way our home looks and if I were to do it again, I’d call Mikhail and Imperial Builders to get the job done.

We used Imperial and are completely satisfied with the work performed. There is apprehension when spending many thousands of dollars with a company you really know little of. Glad we chose Imperial and recommend them. All experiences are different, but I don’t think you’ll regret using Imperial.
Imperial came in and took over the yard and house for 2 weeks and transformed our house. We had the roofing and siding replaced, 2 story colonial with brick on first level siding on second.
The crew showed a high level of concern for detail and did things the way I had imagined them being done. Quite impressed, always did the right thing. Same crew, same size each day while project in progress.
Clean up- I’ll admit the yard looked like a dump site while demo. was going on but at the end of the day clean-up was acceptable since they would be back a 7:00 am to start over. Final clean-up was thorough, and we have no complaints.

I needed new gutters and vented soffits. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected. They showed up every day at 8am and worked hard to get the job done. They transformed the look of my home. I am super happy with the work and look of my home. Very professional. Communication was excellent as we dealt with issues as they arose.

I contacted Imperial to replace my wood siding, which was rotted in places and damaged by woodpeckers, with Hardie fiber cement siding. Mikhail's quote came in below what others had quoted me and I chose them due to their high rating online. I was not disappointed. The crew performed the work immediately (literally the day after I cut them a check due to a gap in their schedule) and finished the job in a little over a week. They repaired framing that was damaged from water, and they replaced all the fiber board underneath the siding with plywood at a modest additional expense. The quality was top notch and everything was done as expected (e.g. cut to size, level, joints caulked). The crew was professional and friendly. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

Mikhail was very responsive. I requested his services Sunday night and he arrived Monday at 8 AM to review and provided a quote later that day. His large well equipped crew was there at 8 AM the following Wednesday, as promised, working into the night to finish even the unexpected damage below the leaking roof. The extra work was done at a resonable cost and clean up was very good, even in the dark of night. Better then expected. A great job!

Imperial installed new siding, soffits, and trim on our house.
The men were working by 8am every day and worked steady until 6pm or later. The entire crew was great.
They repaired some issues with our roof and the exterior walls before putting on the new siding. I watched some of the work as they did it and I could tell they knew what they were doing.
We had the added benefit of being able to add insulation to walls that had been poorly insulated - or not insulated at all.
Mikhail was great to work with and was always available to explain what was being done and why when I had questions.
This was not the lowest bid on this work, but I am very glad we chose Imperial. They were great, this was quality work. We are very happy with the result.

Imperial was hired to replace our condominium building’s roof, and the crew was phenomenal and went above and beyond. They worked long hours, which yes meant being woken up and seeing them beyond dinner, but they finished our building quickly. Additionally, they spent hours after their last day working into the late evening sweeping for debris (nails, trash—it rained with heavy winds during project) and they came again the next morning to continue cleanup for several more hours, and surprisingly reinstalled our neighbor’s yard art they moved out of the way. Exceptional company and crew...will use for future roofing needs in a home some day.

Imperial did our house so well, that we had them also come out and do my mom's house (pictured). They're easy to work with, price is fair, and the crew who did both places is fast, efficient, and polite. Prices are middle of the road, but quality of product and workmanship is on the high end. Very happy to work with them and if we knew a third place that needed a roof, I'd only ask for these guys.

Mikhail of Imperial Building and Roofing replaced our older rubber roof with a TPO roof (our pitch is too shallow for shingles) to ready it for solar panels. Mikhail was patient with our roofing questions, as we were not familiar with TPO. He and his workers were prompt (8:30am) and thorough. They continued working into the evening to make sure all was done before they left. The next week the solar team drilled the bolt holes, and Imperial returned to carefully heat weld the Anchor product pads around the bolts. The coordination with the solar team required rescheduling, first due to rain and then to impending cold weather. We thoroughly appreciated Imperial's flexibility, working aroung their other jobs, to get everything done in time (it is not recommended to walk on TPO below 45 degrees). We can't thank Mikhail enough for his care and dedication to making everything work for us.

The crew from Imperial was efficient and did excellent work on a good sized siding project. The trim was done correctly with close attention to the details like abutting wood trim and installing the proper overlap.

Recently had all my siding replaced by Imperial (including special trim around windows and doors, wider/white corner posts, vented vinyl soffits, 6" white molding under eaves and rakes, and all wood trim wrapped with Aluminum). The crew was very hard working and precise and the result looks fantastic. We are very pleased. In addition, Mikhail was great to work with...very up front and honest and willing to work with us to achieve the look we wanted. I was very nervous going into such a big (for me, at least) project, but it ended up being a great experience. I would recommend Imperial to any or my friends and family.

I had the folks at Imperial put on a new roof, tearing off the 23.5-year-old roof that was original to the house. Mikhail is extremely easy to work with, taking time to explain the process and give you a couple of different options. The installation crew had to deal with a couple of days of rain, delaying the start by one day - then working 12 hours the next and then finally, working three more the following day finishing in a drizzle. I can't say enough good things about the crew - they are hard workers, paying attention to all the details. I'm delighted with the finished product - although roofs are one of those things that you should really talk about 10-, 15- or 20-years down the road. As I said, the original roof last nearly 24 years without any leaks or shingles blowing off in the wind...if I get as much service out of this (and I fully expect it) then I will be extremely happy, Having said all that, I highly recommend Imperial. Mikhail is a man of his word and Imperial is an honorable company. We bought a house in 2017 with Imperial’s roof (they put the roof up in 2010) but we did not transfer the 25 year warranty when we bought. When some roof shingles came off during a storm, we called Imperial if they could help us. Although they did not have to, Imperial stopped by and fixed the roof free of charge and provided an inspection too! Thank you so much!!

Working with Mikhail and his company was easy! All calls, questions and requests were handled promptly. Mikhail was able to accommodate my schedule, readjusting the planned start date as I needed. The crew kept me appraised of the job in real time, with pictures of the job and some unexpected findings. The roof and gutters, as well as trim around the chimney and pipes looks great! Mikhail and his company are great to work with. Imperial Building and Roofing installed my roof 9 years ago...…...…..still looks new. I have been very happy with the roof quality and workmanship. I recently had a small leak and Mikhail immediately came out and diagnosed the issue was with the chimney flashing. He fixed the flashing and did not charge me anything …..problem solved. Would highly recommend this company for a new roof or any roofing issues.

We had Imperial replace our roof about a decade ago because neighbors spoke highly of the company and we have had a great experience, too. When we had hail damage, Imperial Roofing came out to evaluate the roof and then our insurance company did and approved a replacement which we had Imperial do. In between the first job and the second job, Imperial came out to our house to check on issues that arose and took care of things for us to improve ventilation, etc.

I called Imperial on a Friday morning for assistance with my siding. Mikhail, the owner called me back that morning and personally reviewed my case that day. He stuck to his timeline and promises. He provided honest work and conducted his business in the most professional manner. I will use him again if I need to have work completed on my home.

I was in a hurry to get the roofing done and solar panels mounted before Winter weather hit. I contacted Imperial on Thursday, got a quote on Friday, and the job was done the following Thursday in spite of cold, some rain and even some snow. They clearly explained what they would do and why for each step and showed me samples of shingles and explained the differences. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up.

I contacted Mikhail early on Sunday about a possible leak in our roof, and he was here first thing Monday morning (on New Year's eve). He carefully went over the roof and interior of our entryway, and let us know that there wasn't a leak. He came back and went over the area again with a moisture reader to make certain what was visible was previous staining, not new water marks. Mikhail was wonderful, and we plan to go with his company later this year when we need a new roof. Thanks!

Imperial replaced my shingles, replaced 8 windows, removed EFIS siding and put Hardie Board siding. They also fixed my front porch where I had leak issues. They did what they said they were going to do and did not cut corners. The crew worked hard and tried to get things done as fast as possible. Mikhail (the owner) was responsive and got back to you quickly if you had concerns. In addition, I had paid Mikhail for all the work completed. The fence at the front porch needed some welding so I had to delay the installation. Mikhail said once the fence is ready he'll come back to help me install it. He kept his word and drove out from Ann Arbor to Birmingham to do the install. He has won my trust and will definitely use his company for future projects.

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. Mikhail was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise. Mikhail and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to Imperial again and will recommend to friends and family.

My wife discovered beads of water under our kitchen tile. AT first we thought it was a plumbing issue and plumbers were called. After 1.5 hours of looking at all of our plumbing, we determined we did not have a plumbing problem. Hence we thought we had a siding problem and my wife called Imperial Building and Roofing to have them look at it. Two hours Michael (sp?) showed up. He quietly took his time looking at the inside and outside of my home and came up with the culprit (which was not the siding.. it was the flashing on the roof). He made some recommendations regarding a simple fix and left.
