I recently had my siding done by Impact Siding and Roofing and it looks FABULOUS! Impact siding team were wonderful and really friendly as well as respectful. They put love and care into my home. Even after the job, they take time to make sure clean up is done thoroughly. David is attentive and answered all of my questions. They did a wonderful job repairing the siding of our chimney. When unexpected rotting wood was revealed, they easily added to the scope of the project and helped us get the job done right!

We have used Impact on several large projects including replacement windows and siding. The quality of work was excellent and the pricing reasonable.

Needed an unconventional repair on a cupola/weathervane needed. Last roofer just rigged a fix that only lasted a couple of months. Called Impact and they assessed options. To completely re-build would’ve cost too much. David was able to figure a fix that completely secured and repaired the structure. Will happily use Impact for future painting and repairs.

Impact Siding & Roofing was such a pleasant company to work on our home! I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and professional David land his crew were! From beginning to end they were very helpful. First off, I hate that we had to meet under the sad circumstances of a house fire that created fire damages to our new home! I was a very picky customer! lol . I wanted to find a contractor that would get our new home back to the way that it was prior to this horrible incident that happened few days before Christmas! Well David was the very first contractor that reached out to me and let me tell you that he was right on time!! He immediately came out and did an estimate of the exterior damages. I did get 3 other estimates but his was the cheapest and because we were cash paying customers I chose him! I couldn’t believe how quick his crew got our job done! My husband couldn’t believe the end results!!! It was absolutely perfect!! I am so glad to have chosen this company and we will be using them for any other remodeling jobs for our home in the future!

I contacted Impact Siding to come out to give me estimates on doing some repairs work on my house,however they gave me a schedule time which they did not honor, and when I called to reschedule they didn’t show up again or didn’t the courtesy to call me and explain why.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! If they can’t honor a schedule appointment,I’m sure that their work probably wouldn’t be up to standards!

David Lopez and his team helped complete a small project at my home that included replacing J Channel, garage trim and roof siding. He was easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Came out to estimate fast, did the work on time, and with great quality. Communication is not their strong suit but their work speaks for itself.

Our experience with David Lopez and Impact Siding:Roofing was excellent. When I contacted David for an estimate he was out the same day. I received a detailed estimate within three days with all materials and labor as well as pictures of the current state and what materials would look like on completion. No money was required until the day the crew showed up to begin work. He told me it would take approximately 10 working days for his crew to begin and they were on site on the day promised. They completed work sooner than promised for siding and then had a few days of idle time for the paint crew. We had a small electrical problem and David came over on a Saturday to trouble shoot and resolve. Work was done professionally and on time. Great experience with David and Impact Siding. I would highly recommend!

Impact Siding replaced some bad siding, rebuilt my chimney, and installed new gutters and gutter covers. Every single interaction with Impact Siding was professional and courteous and Kristy ensured my questions were answered promptly. The installers and painters were efficient and left the workplace clean at the end of each service. David could have easily oversold me services on an aging house but they gave me accurate assessments on what repairs were needed which were well documented on a detailed quote. I highly recommend them!

The top piece of vinyl siding flew off of my chimney during a recent storm, so I ended up hiring a handyman to make that repair and several others. It wasn’t all bad, but he definitely made mistakes and left a gap at the top of my chimney. Not very professional work. A neighbor mentioned Impact Siding and Roofing but I wasn’t sure that they would even take on my project. Kristy reached out to me and was very sweet and helpful through the whole process. David came out and took pictures of the affected siding. He took the time to explain the issues to me and assured me that his company could make the repairs AND make them look professional. Sure enough, his crew showed up and corrected everything very quickly. My siding now looks great and the final price was very fair. I was even able to pay using my credit card using QuickBooks. Moral of the story is let Impact Siding and Roofing make the repairs instead of a handyman.

This was the second time I've hired Impact Roofing and Siding to do repairs on my house. Both times they did fantastic work. Had small hole in roof which over time resulted in severe wood rot of the fascia, soffit and front porch exterior trim and framing.
I found the Impact contact at Home Advisors and call them for and estimate. Was able to have David come out to my place within a couple of days. David gave a detailed accounting of what would be necessary to complete the repair. The quote was reasonable so I gave Impact the buiness. A crew was scheduled for the job the following Thursday. They arrived as promised at 9am and had all the wood rot repair done by 2pm. They returned the following morning to complete the job by repairing my roof. This was done in roughly 4 hours. I could not be happier with the quality of Impact's work. All areas they touched looked as good as new if not better. If I should ever need services that they cover would not hesitate to contact Impact again.

I hired Impact Siding and Roofing to do a repair on my chimney and siding in the front of my house. They were on time both for the estimate and the actual work. We hired Impact to come out and replace a panel of siding that had been blown off during a storm. They came out on a day it was raining and got it fixed in about 10 minutes! On top of that they only charged about half of any other quote I received. The only issue was that as soon as he came down from the ladder, it stopping raining and the Sun came out.

I can’t say enough about how great Impact Siding is! They painted the exterior of our home and did a beautiful job. David was extremely helpful with choosing the right shade of white. The crew showed up when they said they would and didn’t stop until the job was done. Highly recommend!!!

This company replaced siding on my chimney. I experienced very good communication and customer service which is hard to find these days. The job ended up costing more than I hoped for but I am very satisfied with the quality of work done. They cleaned up everything after they finished. There was no debris left behind at all. My chimney had so many issues, parts if it looked like it was going to fall off. I found Impact on Thumbtack. Within minutes (around 30)+, I was contacted about setting up an inspection. David came out, made an assessment and gave me a price. He then prepared a written quote on his tablet that included a wood addendum to cover what happens in the event if the unforeseen. At this point, I am super impressed. Agreement was signed and start date was established along with a prospective end date. Guess what happened... Everything EXACTLY as promised! Dumpster was delivered night before work started. Next day tear off, wood replacement and new siding put on. ALL debris was removed from the driveway and dumpster was gone the next day. Chimney was then painted. As you can see, the work is superior! Impressing me is not easy to do, I ran a remodeling business for 12 years and I can be critical when warranted. Not the case here! We contacted Impact Siding and Roofing and worked with David to get an estimate. David was very knowledgeable and explained the issues we had with our siding to us in detail. The siding crew and the painting crew were very professional. They also answered any questions I had during the replacement process. Our siding was a mix of what looked to be LP siding and Hardie plank in certain areas. The LP siding had warped or rotted with leaking downspouts. The beads didn't match-up between the two sidings. There was also some sort of rodent chewing the soft siding at ground level. It was time to replace it all. I called three siding contractors. Frankly I had never heard of Impact Siding but a friend of ours from our old neighborhood had used them recently and gave David and team high marks. I can see why. During the estimating phase-- David came-out several times. He was professional, knowledgeable and persistent in a good way. We went through several proposals- smooth or cedar texture planks, what to replace etc. We went through his proposal line by line. I asked him to explain things I didn't understand like "drip" capping, what's included, what is not. I like the way the proposal was prepared breaking out all things siding from the painting portion. Overall pricing was competitive. And, after we agreed on all details--- they were able to start work in 10 days. Siding crew was on time each day and methodical. Project clean-up at the end was fine. Painting crew was next. A day of prep work first and then they started painting siding and trim. They use Sherwin Williams paint. Looks great. Very pleased. Not only will we enjoy the new Hardie siding and fresh paint, but I'm thinking resale value here.

We had initially used Impact Siding & Roofing for a smaller job replacing a skylight in the roof of our screen porch in 2021. They did an excellent job...so we decided to contact Impact Siding and Roofing again and have them come to our house and give us a quote on the remodeling of the inside of a 3rd garage that was unfinished.

Khristina, the office manager scheduled a meeting with their lead team member. We then received a quote that was within our budget and the work began.

All of the workers showed up on time and did an excellent job of transforming our garage into very attractive and usable space. Drywall was professionally installed and painted. Then cabinets, pegboards and benches (some of which were custom designed and built were installed).

One of the things that we really appreciated was the fact that team members who were present each day would stop periodically and ask us to check and see if they were meeting our expectations.

Bottom line is that this company did a wonderful job and I would happily recommend them to anyone who is in need of a professional job that is done in a timely manner and within budget.
