Immaculate Restoration

I had a great visit for an estimate but then the company really dropped the ball and left me hanging. The estimator told me that they don't handle regular cleaning and didn't move furniture, but that they would apply an enzyme to the grout and use a steaming machine to get the cat pee out. So I got help moving furniture and hired house keepers for the non-floor cleaning to get ready for them. I waited for the estimate and kept asking Immaculate about my project and the company said they'd get to me, but then they never followed up. I was really disappointed and frustrated because I was relying on them and their representation that they'd do my tile floor project.

Our technician Norberto is amazing! He comes into our office each day with a positive attitude and smile and is ready to work. He communicates any concerns he has, or anything needed for our apartments. He has even gone above and beyond notifying us of issues he's seen in the hallways in passing. He provides exceptional customer service!

My family and I had a leak in our roof, which caused water to start dripping from the ceiling of one of our bedrooms and we called Immaculate Restoration & got quoted a very reasonable price and they came out to fix it exactly when they said they would. I used Immaculate Restoration to have our carpets cleaned. From beginning to end the experience I received was top notch! The gentlemen who gave us the estimate and performed the service were both friendly and highly professional. The estimate was competitive, the cleaning went much quicker than I anticipated, and the final result of the carpet was immaculate! This is the only company I will use going forward and the one I will refer my friends and family to.

If you are ever in an unfortunate need for remediation. I highly recommend Immaculate Restoration. They were so courteous and professional. The entire bathroom was demoed and left, well immaculate. We were able to go about our day without any encumbrances to our lives. Sandra was a doll, she was attentive to our needs and her crew was outstanding.

Called for a free estimate. They said they would send someone out. Said 9am, techs did not show up until 10am. On top of that the estimate was outrageous wanted 320$ to clean two 8x10 area rugs and one 2x7 runner.. told me it would take 6hrs

Called around and got a quote over the phone form a different company 150$. That's more like it . I do not recommend Immaculate Restoration

Immaculate Restoration came through for us when we had a flood in our house. We called in the middle of the night on a holiday and someone showed up ready to work within 30 minutes. We were recommended to another company by our insurance company and they were almost three times the cost of what we charged by Immaculate Restoration. Everyone that worked in our house were professionals and got right to the job and they explained everything has they went along. I would highly recommend Immaculate Restoration as they were highly recommended to us. Our house flood covered three bedrooms, bathroom, closets and hall. These are only a few pics that I have taken.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would.
I’ve had my carpet cleaned by them 2 years ago and they did good but their home repairs department is horrible. This place needs to stick to cleaning carpets only!!
Michael, their home repair manager, was a pain to work with. Would schedule repair appointments and be over an hour late or not come at all if I didn’t call to remind them. The job was not done right because workers would rush through everything, and when bringing up damages or work not done right, they would try to blame/ accuse me of tampering with it. It took over 2 weeks of calling for them to finally come out and fix things. They would constantly put off this job for “emergency calls”. I ended up telling them not to finish the rest of the job because it was done so poorly and because of how long it was taking them to get a small job done. It took forever to actually pay for the invoice itself because they were trying to charge me for fixing the things they initially damaged or messed up.
When speaking with the owner of the company, they didn’t seem to care about the bad experience or any of the house repair issues I was dealing with.
Overall, horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone to have home repairs done by this place.

Blower equipment was exactly what we needed to quickly dry out an area that had moisture from a leak. Appreciate the quick and efficient analysis of what we needed and getting it all taken care of.

We had major carpet damage during our AC install, and our installation company recommended Immaculate Restoration. They completely restored the upstairs carpet. We invited them back to clean our living room. We are very happy with their care and thoroughness.

Moving out and had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. A few places were available next week but Immaculate was able to come out the next day. Everything came out perfect.

Immaculate came out on 3/11 to clean my carpet and they did an amazing job! The tech was very professional.
