Para los que nunca han venido al lugar pasar por la scale primero, muy amables y si no sabes mucho inglés ellos te ayudan, recomendable llevar casco y chaleco

This place is awful mess, I arrived at 10am, my appointment time but the guy with the 11am appointment came at 9:30 and they took him in. I had to wait until 11:15 to be taken care off, because they took care of that guy that came 1 and a half hour before his appointment time.

They load you fast once you get in. The loader knows exactly how to load your trailer. Plus they have a scale. Will come back

Well organized loader for flatbed trucks, NO TARPING ON THE FACILITIES, and the loaders could do a better job at listening to the female driver when loading the product. If they had listened the first time we would have been down the road 2 hours earlier. Also don't go into load if you do not have v boards. They will not load you without them, however you can purchase v boards from Paul at 20$ each if you have PayPal or cash. On a side note they do have a restroom for truck drivers to use, just be respectful when using it.

Long term delivery driver. First time was June 2003. It’s dusty in the summer and muddy in the winter, not much else really to say.

I had an issue with the roof on a new home I purchased in 2015.
IKO was the chosen supplier of the shingles, of which I am very happy that IKO was the shingle supplier.
My reason I am very happy is because once I was made aware I had issue, I contacted the local roofing contractor that laid the shingles. They put in touch with IKO's warranty department. IKO inspect the shingles and agreed there was a defect issue.
IKO has agreed to provide new shingles and pay the cost for tear off of the existing shingles and install the new shingles.
I thank IKO for standing behind their product and taking away the worry and concern I could have had with this construction issue.

Thank you IKO for taking care of me

Sincerely
Mike Burton

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
