Well it was that time… an 18yr old roof with moss and water staining. In the spirit of “get it done before it is a problem” I was the 3rd house on my street to utilize the knowledge, skill and craftsmanship of BulletpRoof. Marty is keen, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He and his team use exceptional quality products and take the extra steps to ensure that the work is done right. The work crew was amazing also. Kind, polite and kept a clean work site. That is the mark of a quality operation. 10 outta 10 would use them again. I would highly recommend Bulletproof to neighbours and friends!!

Marty and his crew did a great job on my new roof. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. I figured the job would take 2 or 3 days but they completed the project in a day and a half. Marty and his team were informative, efficent, and professional. The roof looks outatanding, sun tunnels added very much need light to the house and they even took the time to paint all the plumbing vents and electrical mast all black which was a very nice touch!

I can't recommend Bulletproof Roof Systems Ltd enough. Marty and his guys are nothing but professional. here's the list of reasons why I recommend them:
1. reasonable pricing: I searched on Google and BBB, and contacted 4 roofing companies (including Marty's) based on the rating and reviews to come check out my roof and give me a quote. Marty's pricing was very close to one of the companies, the other two were just straight-up gaugers, 1 didn't give a price and the other quoted us for almost double the money.
2. professionalism & integrity: My husband is in trades, so he has a good read on contractors. Marty stood out immediately due to his professionalism. He came prepared with a thick file of information. He patiently walked us through all the roof materials. Since we decided on shingles to start with, he narrowed it down and went into details on those. Gave us his honest opinions and never tried to oversell us on fancy options.
3. his amazing crew: Marty pretty much organized everything, cleaning, garbage bin, and porta potty. Our project was scheduled 3 months ahead, and unfortunately, when it was supposed to happen, we got rain started that week. we all worried to guts on the quality and the safety. I believe I messaged Marty 3 times due to this rain. He was patient and assured me they wouldn't work in the rain and they would ensure everything was covered and the quality of the work. I gotta say, just trust the process. They are professional, my roof was done beautifully with no leaks. His crew cleaned up the site at the end of the project, it was such a peace of mind.

TL;DR, HIRE MARTY FOR YOUR ROOF. I did a ton of research prior to hiring Marty and went through the process with his team. Just knowing his team is working on my roof, fixing fascia boards, skylights, and chimney is complete peace of mind. I did not need to do anything or worry at all.

Finally, I referred Marty to my neighbor, who also contacted a few roofers prior and they immediately decided to go with Marty after meeting him.

Marty's team were some of the most hardworking guys I've ever seen. They finished our roof fast and it looks outstanding. As well, they cleaned up everything in a seamless manner, had bins in and out and never left the day messy. I would recommend Marty anytime someone needs a roof. We are so happy.

Well after that crazy down pour over the weekend, we discovered a leak in attic above the garage. Thanks to our neighbor Mike for his assistance to soak up the water. He gave the number for Bulletproof Roof Systems right here in Mission. I called Marty and explained my situation, he knew exactly where my problem was. My story: based on the age of our home (25 years), our insurance company told us we needed a new roof before they would renew our insurance. Instead of selling us a new roof he educated me about the different roofing products. He then came out in person and looked at the roof, and told me the roof had many more years of life. Finally, Marty offered to write a letter for the insurance company regarding the condition of the roof. In contrast, I had several other roofers reach out and provide quotes to replace the same roof. AMAZING Company. Would definitely Reccomend. Was in the process of replacing our siding when we discovered a Huge area completely rotted out due to improper flashing to direct the water from the roof to the gutters . Responded right away and even got an emergency technician to come out asap since the wall etc were now completely exposed . They were Very clear and easy to understand.
