If you’re looking for a good, honest, hardworking company then Fehr Property Services is the one to call!
I can’t give enough kudos to Steven and his company, as it would seem very inadequate.
This is the 2nd time I have used his company and it definitely won’t be the last.
He goes above and beyond and is always very meticulous in his work, making sure that no detail is left undone, which is very rare to find with a lot of business nowadays.

We are repeat customers with Steve. He has cleaned our gutters for multiple years and this year he also removed the moss and treated our roof. He pressure washed to make sure all the fallen debris was cleaned up. He also called to ensure we were satisfied with his work. We would highly recommend!

Steven did an excellent job cleaning our exterior windows,vinyl siding and driveway. He took time before his quote explaining the procedures and building a relationship with us. It was evident that providing a great service and building his business on establishing a trusting relationship is important. Communication during the process was also excellent. Clearly Steven is a perfectionist and cares that his work is well done. The clean driveway which took less than an hour has drawn much attention from the neighbors with positive comments. We used Fehr Property Services for the first time this week. Steven was on time and did a fantastic job clearing and cleaning our roof, and washed windows and the entire house siding. The cost was more than we’ve paid in the past, but the job was extremely thorough and it was worth it. We did ask for our inside windows to be washed and he did agree to do it, but in the end, he did say he would get someone else to do it. That was a little disappointing to not have it done, but he worked all day doing our house and didn’t have time to do the inside windows anyway. We were pleased with the result, and also pleased that he came out to Hope to do the job. Having the owner do the work and beyond site makes all the difference. We would definitely hire him again and heartily recommend Fehr Property Services.

Amazing work done by Steven. Came just before the appointment time and started right away. Cleaned out all my gutters including the downpipes. Cleared out the leaves from the driveway/backyard and even washed the windows after. Showed us pictures at the end of before and after. Price is also very fair. Was referred to Fehr Property Services by a friend, requested an estimate for gutter cleaning and was contacted very quickly with a detailed estimate. Steven phoned me while on site to advise all downspouts were clogged and recommended covers to prevent this from happening again since there are multiple trees near the house (previous gutter cleaning company did not do this and therefore gutters were clogged shortly after). Steven provided pictures of all gutters so I could see exactly what he had done which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Fehr Property Services.

This is the second visit I have had from this company and I am again totally satisfied with the service I received from Fehr Property services. My house (including windows), decks, railings, driveway and walkways were all beautifully cleaned. I have also had my gutters cleaned in the fall, another great job. There is great attention to detail and doing the job right. Extremely high quality work! They came on time and gave an accurate estimate of how long the job would take. Absolutely satisfied with the job done here. This young man showed up first thing in the morning and is just finishing up now at 4:30pm. My outside windows have been done (3 stories), the siding washed, my aggregate patio and walkways, my deck, my driveway washed down. All work done exceptionally well the home looks beautiful. It was done at a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate to have him back.

Steven is definitely worth hiring for house services. We are very happy with how thorough and professional he was in all aspects of service. Steven communicated promptly, came out and gave a free, detailed estimate, showed up on time, was friendly, and best of all, did a very good job in all the jobs we had done. Our gutters were actually pretty full of stuff, and he worked hard to clear them. The outsides of the gutters were washed very well, the siding looks new again, and the windows were thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned. Steven carefully moved objects away from the house when he was working. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.
