I hired the team at action roofing to do my Christmas lights this year! To say I’m glad I did would be a massive understatement. Not only did Jordan clean out all my gutters but they also discovered some major damage to my roof vents that was causing severe water damage. Luckily the damage is not yet inside my house. They repaired all the issues and have mitigated any further damage. They will 100% be getting the business for the new roof I need in the spring!

We’ve been having roof leaks year over year since moving in to our new home. The developer “fixed” the problems I guess, but the leak this year was the worst one and the developer’s roofer kept saying everything was fine.Yet we were still seeing water coming through into the house.

He took pictures and videos and documented his findings and then showed me all of the issues. Very detailed quote from the beginning with proof of WCB liability certificate. Options were given with exact pricing for suggested and recommended upgrades. When the work started, safety barriers were put up to enclose the workspace and materials - done in a way you could tell that thought went into inconveniencing the homeowner as little as possible. My garbage cans were blocked in on garbage day and I was going to talk to them about it, but they must have known and took my garbage out for me. Nice. If you don't want interaction with the roofers they come and go each day without ever having to use the house bathroom or asking for anything, but if you do, the guys are polite and respectful. You can tell they know they job well and what they are doing. The job site is left clean and tidy each day. In the end the quality or workmanship looked excellent and my invoice was exactly what was quoted as there were no unexpected surprises. Bottom line - I didn't have to worry about anyone getting injured on the job or if the guys knew what they were doing and I didn't get any extra charges. Honest work for honest pay. Love the roof, well done.

Action roofing made fantastic job replacing my roof in winter time. Initially I asked a quote just because of positive google reviews and they gave me the best price. More importantly David answered all my questions and concerns and won the project because of his professionalism and excellent customer service. The overall experience was very pleasant. Owner arrived ontime for a quote and was very open to explaining how he conducts the quote. Upon completion of the quote he took the time to explain things in detail and answer all my questions, as this was my very first roof repair/replace. Finding a company to replace your roof is a challenging process when you don’t know anything about roofing. There are many companies that are not qualified to work on your roof or just don’t care about your project.
Dave at Action Roofing took the time and effort to ensure we fully understood the product, installation procedure, and warranty. He educated us on roofing to the point that we could make an informed decision on roofing products and what to look for in a contractor. After receiving 6 quotes, it was obvious that Action Roofing was the right choice for our project. The price was very competitive, and the product is excellent.

Last week during a rainstorm I noticed water dripping on the floor. After a quick inspection inside the creepy attic, I discovered the skylight was leaking. In a panic I called Action Roofing Ltd and to my relief David Turcotte showed up within the hour, with tarp in hand, to stop the leak. This gave me time to contemplate my options. I decided to have a new roof and skylights installed, and of course I choose Action Roofing. We hired this company a few years ago to put a new roof on our barn.
