Eric and his Team came in and did a total renovation of my kitchen and bathroom. Nothing had been touched in well over 40 years, so we knew there would be surprises- and there were! Eric always explained everything thoroughly including any items that would affect the budget and/or timeline. Every member of his Team was kind, courteous and professional. This was not an easy job! I truly appreciated the "extras" that are Eric's standard, such as picking up materials for me, ensuring the wood floors and personal belongings were protected, and working late to finish the job. I would recommend IFP highly and will be using them for the next phases of my home renovation.

Joe and Eric did an amazing job installing a glass door on existing built in shelves in my cottage rental. They considered the age of the cottage and created a beautiful door with hardware that fits perfectly with its old style character. It looks as if it’s always been there and that’s just how I wanted it! When my landlord saw the pictures I posted to FB, she called Joe and Eric for gutter and flashing repairs on a couple of properties.
