Customers are fully satisfied

We used Ideal Construction for our two-story addition (kitchen, family room, master bed/bath and unfinished basement). Zaid and his team had done several other projects in our neighborhood, and came highly recommended.
We met with several architects and design-build firms before hiring Ideal. The other bids were far higher, and many of them seemed very inflexible about design. Zaid, on the other hand, presented us with several options, and continually worked with us to refine our plan until we got exactly what we wanted.
The only frustrating part of our project was getting the permit, which required several resubmissions due to seemingly nonsensical requirements from the county. Zaid and his team were fantastic, and managed to turn the county’s ridiculous demands into what turned out to be one of the nicest features of the house.
The actual construction process was, well, ideal. The workers hit all their timelines, and were extremely pleasant to work with. We lived in our home during construction, which I generally would not recommend if you can avoid it, due to unavoidable things like dust, noise, and paint/stain aromas. Zaid’s team did everything they could to reduce the inconvenience and work around our needs, even working around our daughter’s nap time!
Most importantly, Zaid and his brothers were fun to work with. They are always extremely nice, and very accommodating; they never said “no” to one of our requests, and always worked to find a way to get to “yes”. One example was some exterior trim work – our design was very New England inspired, with white trim boards. While putting in the trim, Zaid’s lead carpenter looked at the plans (which were fairly plain), and said “I can make it better”. He showed us his idea, and he was right – it was better. I think it required more time, and more materials, but they didn’t charge us. They just wanted to do a quality job.
We couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the process that got us there. If you are going to do any major work on your home, you would be crazy to use anyone other than Ideal.

We can recommend this company extremely highly. It is difficult to think of any aspect of our construction project they did not do well.
We appreciated their consistent quick responsiveness, clear communication, attention to detail, flexibility, consultation and consideration of our views, coordination and planning, (the right supplies and people at the right time), Their skilled work crews were polite and considerate, showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Most important, the workmanship was excellent.
We are totally satisfied with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Construction & Remodeling.

Ideal Construction finished a 528 sqft addition onto our house that included a mudroom, laundry room, and master suite as well as an unfinished basement. Building an addition is a long and difficult process but Ideal was flexible, accessible and amenable. We looked into five other design and build contractors and Ideal had the best quote and timeline. Further, and a bit unique, they let me do much of the finishing work which saved some money but also let me take part in the process and do some handywork, which I enjoy.
Unlike other contractors, Ideal generated multiple specific quotes quickly without us having to sign with them beforehand. Despite the rise of inflation in 2021, Ideal stuck to the original quote. After finalizing a design and having our permit approved, construction started within two weeks and continued for five months, almost non-stop which was, well, ideal. Ideal had a trade working nearly every week to keep construction going. When issues arose or mishaps occurred or the HVAC technicians left an enormous mess, Ideal took measures to rectify the issue. I am an avid DIYer and kept my on construction which probably annoyed them but in the end, the addition came out great and the way we wanted.
We have been living in the addition for two years now and it is all the extra space weve wanted. Both interior and exterior blend so well into house and we make great use of everything. The process was long and difficult but we wouldn't use anyone other than Ideal again, they helped up achieve our dream quickly and within budget. The project manager for Ideal, Zade, was amazing to work with too.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
