ICRG was great to work with. We had to leave town suddenly and forgot to reschedule our initial visit when they called to say they were in the on way we were able to still get our quote without being home. After accepting the bid we were quickly scheduled and the install team was quick and very polite. Overall a great experience

My experience with ICRG's was in a word great. Jake came out and listened to my issues and gave me a couple of different options. After reviewing them I picked the one that made the most sense for my needs and asked for a small change that Jake accommodated. I was scheduled within one week. The installation went well, as planned. There were some hiccups regarding who was going to remove the old gutters and dispose of them, with a lot of back and forth communication. But in the end, this company took care of it, though initially they said they were not going to do it. In the end, they came through.

My experience started by a phone call which led to an appointment and I met Jake. Jake is a wonderful young man who doesn’t oversell and does what you want. I received two other bids from local gutter companies and they were four to $500 more than the quote that Jake gave me. Today my insulation was scheduled within a week and I met Mario and his assistant. Mario told me he would only be a couple hours.. they installed my gutters in less than two hours, and they are absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Idaho custom rain gutters for any work that you’re looking for an honest company, to do work in timely manner.

From beginning to end Idaho Custom Rain Gutters is fantastic to work with and deliver a quality product.
We have new construction tying into existing house. Jake did a great job when we met to walk through my project and what I wanted from rain gutters for new and existing structures. He provided professional bid with pictures to include drawings on the pictures of the agreed placement of gutters and downspouts. When I decided on changes he made it very easy to update.
I received a reminder of my scheduled appointment, always appreciated!
The day of the appointment i received a text when installers José and Isiah were within 15 minutes of arrival and arrived exactly on time of scheduled appointment.
Both installers were friendly, professional and a breeze to work with. We walked the project, clarified any questions and they got to it. José and Isiah did a GREAT job with installation, explained warranties of product and labor, and left the job spotless.
If you are wondering who to go with I highly recommend ICRG and they are very competitive in pricing. (I did request bids from 2 other companies, 1 never sent and the other was nice but much higher than I anticipated).

Amazing experience with Idaho Custom Rain Gutters. To be honest, Jake, the estimator was who sold us with the company. He was very knowledgeable and laid out all of our options. Communication and scheduling was a breeze. The installation happened 2 days after accepting the quote. The installation process was quick and clean, and the two gentlemen that installed them were very professional (Ian and JC - I believe). We are so very happy we chose ICRG! Will definitely spread the word.

A small install job which included 2 downspouts on the backside of my home was nicely done by Jose & Isiah after Jake had come out to give me an estimate which was quick and well explained. A great all around experience.

Within a week, Jose came to cut and place the gutters in the corresponding sections they were to be placed, making the installation process a lot easier for us. Overall a smooth and great process. 5/7/25 - After getting a quote, I hired Custom Rain Gutters to do some work for me. They scheduled me very promptly and arrived as scheduled. Jose and Isiah did the repair work and did an excellent job. They were both very friendly and professional.
They even pointed how they could save me some money on the repair work. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

I have zero complaints about Idaho Custom Rain Gutters. They did everything they said they would, and even a bit more. They worked quickly and communicated well about when they would be onsite. If you need gutter work, you should have them give you an estimate.

There was no pressure to commit as we came up with a plan for my home, and they even color-matched the gutters to the trim! I did have a concern after the installation about one of the corners leaning forward. José and Isiah came out the next day and readjusted the areas of concern and they look great! Fantastic advice and service. Jake, the estimator, had experience with roofing and determined the cause of drainage issues that I had been having. He put together a plan that installed exactly what I needed, no more no less, with no purchase pressure. The whole reason I went with ICRG is because a LeafFilter canvasser came by and did their sales pitch. They way oversold me and would've installed the gutter guard system without addressing some of the underlying issues while overbuilding parts. Cut out the middle and go local!

The crew worked hard and fairly quickly to remove the old gutters. Prefabbed all the new pieces to exact measurements making install quick as well. Gutters look great!! Need to wait for rain to see if the new downspouts do the trick. After a few storms, we saw the need for a couple of downspout extensions. The team was quick to come out and get that done.
