Saw that they did an awesome job on the neighbor’s house. When it came time do our roof, I called them first. Juan came out right away to start conversations to get the project started. We had some deadlines that put them in a tight timeline but they knocked it out without issues. Roof looks great!

Noticed a few shingles missing and put a search on Facebook looking for recommendations. ICT Roofing & Exteriors reached out and replaced free of charge! After leaving a voicemail that the wind had blown off some shingles, I was called back the same day! We set a date and time for the estimate, and again he was punctual, clean, and professional. The repair was made as agreed upon. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism!! I had 3 other companies who gave me a bid, and they never returned my calls.

These guys have done two jobs for me now and they did a great job on both of them. They were very responsive and easy to work with, and their prices were the best I found on both jobs.

Juan and his partner came to inspect my shake shingle roof. They had been recommended by a friend. They were both very courteous and professional. I had suspected that a few shingles may have come off last year. They did a thorough inspection and assured me that there was no damage. What I had thought was damage was actually a few warped shingles which they said was normal wear and tear. They did this for free. I highly recommend them.

We lost several shingles from the strong winds last week and I wanted to get them replaced quickly. Juan and his team were quick to respond to our needs and had them replaced in just two days time. The price was right too! I know I will be needing a new roof soon and I will be calling Juan at ICT Roofing. Great customer experience and a knowledgable local business professional. I’m so happy that my insurance broker sent me to this company after my roof insurance claim got denied when clearly we saw hail damage WITH a leaking roof. We had THREE other roofers which one tried its hardest to help, one basically said well sorry and last said just wait… We were about to give up but these guys helped to assure that insurance saw the damage, had to do an appeal on insurances decision and YEP i got it approved. They did a wonderful job and there was not a single piece of trash after they left which i normally see a lot of roofing nails. I have been a real estate agent for 8 years and just recently ICT Roofing also helped 2 of my clients with their roofs. Both clients love their service as well, their work, the prices and communication!! I honestly could go on and on but being in this business i have seen several trades showing the good, bad and ugly… they will forever have all my business, referrals and praise!! Juan and Brady really have your back so you won’t be disappointed plus they are HONEST… meaning if roof is good they will say so instead of TRY to get a new roof out of the deal when not needed. Brady and his team came out quickly after a wind storm to check out my roof. They were super professional and went above and beyond fixing a few extra things they noticed at no extra cost. As a woman, I’m always a little nervous calling contractors because I don’t want to be taken advantage of, but Brady didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I noticed some roofing damage at my place from the recent winds. I reached out to a contractor group in Wichita and got a response within 10 minutes. The contractor showed up at my house and was on the roof in just 30 minutes, even offering to repair it for free. Highly recommend checking your roofs and giving them a call if needed.

It was done quickly and looks absolutely amazing. And they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. The workers were very nice and did a great job!

Brady Potter was an excellent representative to work with. He did his diligence to make sure when the insurance only wanted to replace part of the roof and with his extensive knowledge knew that was not correct he helped us fight to get it all replaced. Juan was great to work with! I needed flashing on my porch roof and a small repair and Juan hustled and came out and did it that weekend. His estimate was reasonable and the quality of work was good! I'll choose ICT Roofing for future roofing and siding needs.

We replaced our 30-year-old lifetime roof about a year ago. We weren't really in the market for a roof at the time, but Juan Avila-Lopez with ICT Roofing was working on another roof in the neighborhood and when he drove by he noticed missing shingles on our roof. He knocked on our door and offered to replace them for free so we let him! When he got on the roof, he noticed hail damage and asked if he could take pictures to show us. There was enough damage that we contacted our insurance company. Juan got up on the roof with the adjuster in support of our claim. He made the process easy. He was very professional, responsive and had excellent communication with us and the roofers. He even added an oven vent for us. Overall, a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Juan and ICT Roofing. I have already mentioned them to a couple of neighbors and a friend of mine.

ICT Roofing made necessary repairs to our roof as well as replaced all facia and painted it, replaced guttering and installed gutter guard. The team was very conscientious and polite and did an extremely good job. I also observed their work on neighboring houses. They were very diligent and replaced roofs very quickly and left the properties in very pristine condition.
