Decent work needed some guidance on detail finishing work but was willing to work with us to get it done. Good crew although language gap was difficult at times due to not the best English speaking crews. Overall good experience and bathroom is updated and looking good.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Iconiq Construction. Project manager, Sean Gelvan, went above and beyond to address all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our project. Our new LVP flooring looks great. Our first estimate was with Lowe’s and we were told that they couldn’t install flooring due to some uneven areas. The workers at Iconiq were able to level the uneven areas with cement. They were also able to solve some challenging door entry issues in our older house. The project was done in a timely manner. The estimate was reasonable with no additional costs added after the completion of the project. Thank you to Iconiq Construction, and especially Sean Gelvan, for our beautiful new floors!

We recently purchased a new old house with a weird box in the laundry room that was for an old TV screen in the family room. They did away with the box, filled the hole in the family room, removed wall paper, removed old cabinets and retextured walls the were repaired. I got an estimate in one day and two days later job was finished at a fair price. Need i say more?

If I could give more stars, I would. We had the pleasure of working with Luis Vargas. Very personable, he explained the process to us, was very communicative, gave us lots of options, and just made our vision a reality. We had some carpet installed, as well as some pressure washing done. The carpet was custom ordered but as soon as it was in store, they got down to business. Very quick install and clean-up. Great workers, extremely professional. If you're looking for the right company to handle your projects and make your visions a reality, then this is the one to call! Thank you Luis Vargas and everyone else who completed our projects. We will definitely be using this company and calling Luis in the future as more projects arise.

Sean was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Even when I asked him to add on to the project at the last minute he responded with kindness and made it happen. The quote was fair and the project was completed quickly. It was pleasant to work with someone who believes in strong customer service and cares about earning the client’s trust and maintaining the company’s reputation. He was available by phone during the project, communicated clearly, and was punctual, always arriving when he said he would.

My husband just drove 45 minutes to meet Sean's team for a bid at a condo we need to have remodeled. 30 mins after our scheduled appointment, I got a text from my husband saying nobody had arrived.

I went to look up Sean's (the owner) phone number (because I hadn't saved it, being as I'm still deciding between multiple contractors) and noticed what I thought was a spam call earlier in the morning was actually him. I always assume if it's important, they'll leave a message.

So, I frantically called him back. He explained that was a confirmation call because he didn't want to waste 45 mins driving and have nobody there. Yeah, neither did my husband. But only one of them arrived to the appointment as scheduled. Turns out, if you don't answer, he won't leave a voicemail and also will just not arrive for the scheduled appointment.

He told me it was on me. I should have expected this unexplained mandatory confirmation call or known it was him among the multiple spam calls I get daily. He is the first contractor who has a) made an unexpected do-or-die confirmation call for a scheduled appointment (an hour before, no less!) and b) not shown up.

To the owner- you're welcome. Consider future clients informed of this policy now.

This company is built internally the right way. Extremely professional and everything is in house. I repeat...IN HOUSE. If you have ever dealt with a remodeling company that employs outsourced labor, it can be a mis-quote nightmare. Other companies pointed me to handy men for this job not realizing I might need or want more than that in the future. Iconiq is now locked in for our future renovations and we are so thankful for the super quick turnaround to remove our doggie door that was attempted to be broken into while we were on vacation.

We recently hired Iconiq to come and install new LVP flooring in our house. Not only do they look fantastic, but the materials used are high quality as well.

Throughout the whole process, the project manager Sean continued to check in to make sure things were going as we planned and that we liked the progress. The team even installed some new quarter round baseboard trim in the area where the old flooring has gaps.

We definitely would recommend Iconiq to others looking to get work done. We are hoping to work with them again once we are ready to remodel our bathroom and even a home addition.
